Ahh mate, not another!
Very frustrating, i wonder if its to do with the game being played by more people now its GWG and maybe the servers are having a hard time with it?
Either way, hope this unlocks for you soon man!

I have no idea, but I got it to unlock along with the rest of the achievements up to Chapter 6. clap

It should unlock, if not, give the console a hard reset, quit out of the game completely to the dashboard and see if it unlocks.
If not, a few people have said it just takes ages to unlock for some reason, so dont panic mate.

Story related and cannot be missed.

During Chapter 4, you’ll eventually make your way through some caves and find an altar, with a picture of your character on it. Interacting with it will activate a cutscene and you’ll get the trophy soon after.
