Story related and unmissable. Should unlock right at the end of Chapter 2 after inspecting the warehouse and having a conversation with Officer Bradley. No matter what dialog choices you make here Bradley will drive you up to the mansion at the start of Chapter 3.

Desculpe, não sei português, então estou usando o Google Tradutor para responder. Se a conquista ainda não foi desbloqueada, talvez seja necessário reiniciar o jogo e jogar o Capítulo 3 novamente. Não demora muito para chegar ao Capítulo 3, então espero que isso não seja um grande problema.
Além disso, lembre-se de nunca reiniciar o jogo usando o Quick Play, pois isso às vezes impede que os jogos desbloqueiem conquistas. Certifique-se de fechar totalmente o jogo e reiniciá-lo em vez de usar o Quick Play antes de tentar essa conquista novamente. Isso pode ajudar. Boa sorte.

You’ll get this trophy after completion of chapter 2. After entering the warehouse, you’ll need to perform a reconstruction scene, interact with a few things and then leave the warehouse.
