You need to complete mission 7 and mission 13 (the second from last mission), so dont worry when you achivement dosen't come through after mission 7.

I believe the second mission you have to finish is #13 (The Mace – Polish Mission) not #11 (Hostage – British Mission). I've finished level 12 and don't yet have this achievement. I'm working on #13 right now, so hopefully it'll pop when I finish it.

Just to add. If you are having trouble with the last part of this mission like I did, I found a potential glitch that made it extremely easy to complete.
In the section where you have to defend the peak of the hill and eventually get the panzerfaust to destroy the tank, I back tracked in order to find a better gun, as I was getting annihilated.
In the previous area, I was given full acces to artillery support again. You can still see the enemy tanks from this position and can take them out from a safe distance, using artillery strikes, rather than dealing with the infantry in the trenches. Hope this helps and works for you too.

This story based achievement can be gain on any diffiulty level and wull unlock as you progress as you make your way through the game. When you get to the first Polish mission (mission 7 - "The Black Baron") you will take control of a tank. Simply get through this mission and it will unlock and add another 15G to your gamerscore.
Dark, Fury
Go through the single player campaign and after completing two missions as a Polish soldier, you will pick up this achievement. This can be done on any difficulty.
