This achievement is the basic, beat the single player achievement. An easy way to complete this is to play through on recruit and putting in points into your Exo suit that help contribute to survival such as extra grenades.

quite simple, just finish story mode, go through on whatever difficulty suits you best weather its recruit just for the story or veteran for a challenge, goodluck and happy shooting smile
also finding intel and getting kills, head shots and grenade kills will help you upgrade your suit for some good perks.

Not very hard to understand what you have to do but once you've completed all 15 missions you will get this trophy no matter which difficulty you played on.
