How to unlock the Class Warfare achievement in Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare - Definitive Guide
Class Warfare!
For this Achievement you need to play Online or Private match in Exo Survival this Achievement might seem long but it's very easy and quick.
When you start up your game in Exo Survival you be able to pick one out of the three options one being Light Exo, Heavy Exo and Specialist Exo.
Now this Achievement requires you to play on each one for 30 Minutes. I would stick with one for 30mins and switch to another one afterwards.
YOU DONT NEED TO SURVIVE FOR 30mins YOU CAN PLAY 15mins on A EXO SUIT THEN THE NEXT GAME FOR ANOTHER 15mins it DOESN'T HAVE TO BE 30MINS STRAIGHT
Now every time you start a Exo Survival game you can pick the same one or pick another exo suit depending on which one you're on. BUT you can change your Exo suit at anytime while playing the game by going to the "Exo upgrade" box in the game and picking "Exo class" then you may pick another suit. But I don't recommend doing this unless you've been in the same game for awhile (30mins).
THIS ACHIEVEMENT WILL UNLOCK AFTER THE MATCH FINISHES (you die). When you have done 30mins on each exo suit
There's nothing much left to this Achievement just play and have fun .

This achievement is bugged for me, ive added up each time on each of the 3 needed classes in private matches ( I actually went over 30 mins on each) and I never got the achievement. Sucks the achievement tracker doesn't work for this game.

Make sure you die in your games this might fix it.

As the above solution states that is probably the most common way of getting the achievement. However, I unlocked it by going into a private match NOT LOCAL MATCH A PRIVATE ONE. And played with one class until you get to the drone wave. (I believe it is wave 4) then camp in a building that they cannot hit you but is near the Exo store. (Best map is probably Bio Lab) start a timer and every time you hit 30 mins go and switch classes in the game. That was the only way the achievement would unlock for me. Hopefully this helps people who are having issues with the game.

Excellent Solution.
There is a typo, Replace the O with I in the second line.
I cannot vote as I am on PS4 and this site says I don't have the game.

I will give this a try since I'm sure I hit the 30 mins with each class.

If you've gotten the achievement on the 360 version you don't have to play the 30 minutes of each class, just load up any map you want to play on then chose any class then just quit. The demo class does not count towards the achievement.
For this Trophy you simply need to play 30mins with each class in Exo Survival.
There is only 3 classes (Light, Heavy and Specialist).
I recommend keeping track of how long you played with each class, after each game it should tell you how long you survived for.
Also this trophy states it has to be done online, that is a lie, this trophy can be obtained while disconnected from the internet/local play.

Just found an easy solution ....wait until 5th round (the one with the drones) and just wait inside ....the drones won't come in and just wait for 30 minutes and do the same for the other classes :)
An easy way to win this achievement 1 - get to round 5 of any map 2 - stay inside a house or something that has coverage. 3 - Watch something on TV and come back every 30 minutes to change class.
In case you do not win the achievement when you pass the time. Finish this game and start another after 1 minute the achievement should pop up.

There are 3 Classes in this game:
Light Class
Heavy Class
Specialist class
You can either play online in public match or you can play in private match. If you're looking for a quick trophy, do it in private match, because most of the people online are really bad and you will die to fast. Simply play 30 minutes with each class and you're done.

What i did was:
1. Write down the time on the career leaderboards that you have currently spend inside exo survival.
2. Play one class and after the match check your progress on the exo survival career leaderboards. During the match let one enemy live and run circles until 30min passed.
3. When you have played 30 mins on top of the total time you wrote down, write the next time down.
4. Start at 1
The career leaderboards can be found inside of the main menu of exo survival.

Note: If you unlock this trophy on one system (PS4/PS3), it will automatically unlock when you play on another system (PS4/PS3) under the same PSN.
There are a total of three classes to choose from in Exo Survival, these are as follows:
- Light Exo - Fastest movement speed, full range of boost abilities, lowest Armor. SMGs and Assault Rifles. UAV class Scorestreak.
- Heavy Exo - Slowest movement, limited boost abilities, highest Armor. High Damage, heavy weapons. Goliath Scorestreak.
- Specialist Exo - Normal Movement, limited boost abilities, normal Armor, Shotguns and Sniper Rifles. Sentry Gun class Scorestreak.
You need to play for 30 mins with each one. There is no way to check this, but most games last around an hour (It tells you at the end on the scoreboard screen how long the game lasted for). Also, this needs to be done in either public or private online modes. Playing Local Play won't count towards the 30 minutes on any of the classes.

Now it's 4th grade, not 3rd grade!

If you have already knocked out all the co-op trophies offline or you do not want to play for each class, then you can use a trick.
Launch Exo-Survival-Multiplayer-Private Match, select the Retreat map. In the game, we take the class for which we need to earn time and go through 4 waves. Then we go to the north of the map to a small cave:
On wave 5, you will be attacked by drones that will not be able to fly there. We mark 30 minutes and go about our business; if you still need to add 30 minutes for another class, then simply change it to the appropriate device on the map (indicated by the suit icon on the map). It is advisable to destroy all drones except one before leaving the cave, so that they don’t suddenly get killed along the way.
I don’t know if it’s a coincidence or not, but I got the trophy only after moving to wave 6.

If you made this trophy on PS4, then on PS3 you just need to enter the online game for the first time and the trophy will appear immediately.
