How to unlock the Never Saw It Coming achievement in Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare - Definitive Guide
Both guides above are great and have covered all the requirements, but if anyone is struggling I got this on fission level (one where you attack power station),
near the end as all the enemies are retreating, so you don't have to worry about getting shot at :)
So when u see guys retreating near them end run up close then double tap then click to dash, then press to slam down
Hope this helps guys as stated other guides are great and cover all you need. Just I found it easier as I didn't need to worry about being shot

Just as a side note, you cannot do this in Exo-Survival.

To get this achievementyou have to have the boost jump, which will be unlocked for many missions. Mission 1 (Induction) gives you the ability early on.
Here's how to do a stomp kill.
Press twice to double jump, Left stick forward and push in, press to stump.

To do this you have to Double jump with 2x then dash to left, right or any other locations with pull and clicking the after that directly pressing to hit an enemy.
It takes a few tries if you are terrible at this like me :)
See the video for an example where i got it.

To do this you'll need to double jump with , dash to the left, right or back by sharply pulling & clicking // and then pressing B to slam on the enemies. I did this on the first mission.
Another easy Trophy once you get the button sequence down. I completed this during the first mission on Recruit difficulty.
After the turret defense against the drone swarm your boost (double) jump is unlocked. Hit jump twice and you'll, ahem, boost higher in the air. When you are at the top of the jump hit your melee button and you will slam down to the ground killing anything underneath you.
For the Trophy you have to boost jump, then dash forward in the air (L3 and forward PS4) and then melee for the ground slam kill.
It might take a few practice jumps to get the hang of it. The Trophy will pop a few seconds after you make the kill.

hi, At first I didn't understand why I couldn't get it until I realized something.
Infact I play with the configuration of tactical button so by pressing B it made a melee attack.
In my case, as I'm in tactical control to unlock the success I had to press RS instead of B.
so if you have changed your key configuration press the key that was changed with B.

Okay to get this trophy all you have to do is double jump towards an enemy then push L3 + forward to boost then at the peak of the jump press for the air stomp attack and kill the enemy... May take a couple of attempts but a pretty easy trophy...

This can also be done in the first Mission. For this you need the following combination: press and then use to stomp on the enemy.
You need to have the assault exo for this trophy, an example of a mission where you have that would be the very first one. What you want to do is:
Jump (), Jump in the air (), Air Dash forward (Click the gold , move it forward), then stomp ()
If you do that near an enemy, you will stomp them from the air and kill them instantly. It might sound a little tricky to pull off but it really isn't. Remember that this can only be done with the assault exo. The specialist exo cannot double jump therefore you cannot get it in the missions where you use that exo suit. For a visual walkthrough, refer to the video below:

Mission 1 . You need to carry out an “air attack” and kill the enemy with it. This is done in the first building, where you find yourself walking along the street. There are also enemies with laser designators descending from the ropes.
Air attack: Press twice , then hold down the left stick, press it up, then
The video shows how to do it in the fourth mission.

The point is that you need to kill not in hand-to-hand combat, but rather land directly on the enemy.
So if someone, like me, changed the layout on the joey, then the last one in this combination will not be and R3
