How to unlock the PC Load Letter achievement in Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare - Definitive Guide

The 3-D printer functions like the mystery box from treyarch's zombies. For those of you who do not know how it works, you put 1000 credits in you get a random weapon out. After so many hits the printer can malfunction and it will move to a new location. There are maps on the walls showing where the printer is hiding. I would suggest getting all of the doors open first then focus on getting the 15000 credits (or how ever many more you need after all doors are open). I would then wait until there is one zombie left in the round leave him alive and go hit the 3-D printer the amount of times you need for the achievement.

EDIT!!!: I noticed there is a powerup called power surge... this makes every 3d printer available for 10 points kinda like firesale. I'm not sure if this counts towards the total but it should if someone can confirm this before me let me know

EDIT2!!!: The power surge power up does work making this achievement much easier than it already was

I believe the power surge method may have been patched as I got 19 in a match with no achievement.

You must have the Havoc DLC pack. Load up Exo Zombies > Outbreak.

This IS possible solo, however is much easier in a co-op game with friends or randoms.

Simply survive long enough to accumulate enough points to buy 15 weapons from the mystery box/3dprinter IN TOTAL in one game. Each hit of the box costs 1000pts. The mystery box spawn locations are shown in the map below, the box will malfunction and move after it is used a number of times. You can use the digital maps on the wall in locations such as on the wall of the circular room to locate where the mystery box currently is. The weapons are NOT random in that when you press x the weapon blueprint shown is the weapon you get, however because of how quickly they cycle you will usually get the weapon after the weapon you press x on.

AS A SIDE NOTE: If you're trying for the cell-3 cuarterizer [which is the new wonder weapon shotgun] I found the best way to attain it is to watch the box, notice how often it comes up, wait until you predict it should be coming up soon and you'll get lucky eventually. For me this takes on average three box hits to attain.

A good strategy would be to buy juggernog, and keep hitting the box as often as you can, once you have a good weapon such as the caurterizer keep it and swap out your other weapon for the random weapons you're getting from the box/3printer.

Alternatively, save up 15k to get the 'Moneybags' achievement then simply hit the box 15 times in a row with your 15k points.

Solution for Moneybags In Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare

Tips to survive are:
-Start the low rounds shooting in the legs and knifing for more points
-Buy a cheap gun to start eg the Mk14
-Get to Exo Suit room ASAP
-Attain HealthBoost/Juggernog ASAP (2500pts)
-Attain two good weapons from the 3dPrinter/MysteryBox or the wall ASAP
-Train zombies behind you (gather them up behind you and run in circles around the room or map) once you reach approximately round 7 and upwards
-Upgrade your weapons using the upgrade machine whenever you can (2500pts)
-Pick up all powerups especially - DNA Bomb kills all zombies spawned in on the map, double points & instakill
-Knife/punch when you have instakill for more points
-Pick up all care packages! Why not they're free and they help you out!
-Gain free points from green security consoles by walking up to them and pressing x (randomly change around the map).
-Purchase all other perks in order of personal preference (I would suggest speed cola > quick revive > ground slam > gun-ho
-Prioritise killing zombies: acid > gas/infected > EMP > standard

Good areas for training are spawn and the circular room right next to spawn show on the map below.

Some additional useful info is contained in my map below!

The 3D Printer is a terminal you can use to buy weapons and grenades you can't otherwise obtain on the map. You have to use this terminal 15 times in a single match in order to earn the trophy. The default cost of the 3D Printer is 1,000 credits. However, while the Power Surge bonus is available all 3D Printer locations will be active and they will only cost 10 credits to use. You don't have to pick up the weapon in order for it to count as a use. If you can, I recommend running from the 3D Printer in the Main Hub area to the starting 3D Printer in the Administration Hallway as long as the door is open during a power surge. This will allow you to hit both 3D Printers at least once if you don't want the weapons that you have the option to pick up from the Printer. Keep in mind that the Power Surge is a random bonus earned by killing enemies.

This images below show the original spawn location of the first 3D Printer. If you're using the purple path from the Cheapskate trophy map then you'll have early access to use this Printer along the way.

(The Blue Circle indicates the starting location of the 3D Printer)

After the 3D Printer moves, you can easily find it using the in-match maps on the walls of various rooms like the one shown in the picture below.

You can tell where the new printer is on the map by seeing where the Red "?" Box is on the map. In this picture you can see that the 3D Printer is still in its starting position of the Administration Hallway.

So, first we save 15,000, for which we get the “Money Bag” achievement. then we run to print, but there are a few things that make it easier, namely:

-package camouflage

-bonus "voltage surge"

If you have the camouflage, and the team grabbed the bonus, then at the end of the wave we run to any printer and print 15 times. You definitely won’t have enough time between waves to complete the achievement at once, even with camouflage, even with the long-suffering crawler left by your experienced partners)) so an exciting program awaits you: “printed it out, cut a circle with zombies, came back and looked at what was printed.”

ATTENTION!!!!

This is where some unpleasant nonsense awaits you)

Use the printer 15 times.....it would seem that it is incomprehensible, and what could lie in wait here.

It turns out that “using” in the game algorithm means not only spending 1000 credits, it is important to grab the weapon (even if you don’t like it). Simply put, the use counter only increases when you pick up a weapon from the box.

PS This is the first time I’m writing a hint, don’t judge the meticulousness

The 3D printer is an analogue of the box from the Black Ops subseries. It has one notable difference - the gun on which you stop it falls out. So, if you have a quick reaction, then you can easily get a good weapon or, for example, a laser gun that you will need for a quest.
