How to unlock the Centennial achievement in Call of Duty: Black Ops 4 - Definitive Guide
Centennial 118 (15)
Acquire 100% of the Stars
This achievement is easy, however will take some time to finish. Start by going to the Specialist HQ, then play the skirmish for each specialist 3 times ( remember you must win). You will need to play a total of 30 skirmishes, 3 for each of the 10 specialist. Sadly you must complete each difficulty to unlock the next: Recruit, Regular, Veteran.
This video will show you how to unlock all 5 achievements in the specialist HQ.

An extra tip is that you will always spawn with your multiplayer custom games class 5, so you can modify that for a weapon/class that you prefer more than the default. You also have the option to change your scorestreaks as well.
EDIT
This stopped working for me once I selected the 6th preset class, but the scorestreaks can still be set.

This is a Simple Trophy to Earn :D and is done in the Specialists HQ (Solo)
it Requires you to win 1 Skirmish with Each of the specialists on each of the 3 difficulties
1) Recruit (Bronze Star)
2) Regular (Silver Star)
3) Veteran (Gold Star)
In Total it will mean you have to play a total of 30 Skirmishes, which can get boring after a few
so take it slow and do 1 or 2 here and there in between playing multiplayer/black-out or zombie matches
There is no "Change Difficulty" button/option
The difficulty changes automatically when you play the skirmish
The First time you play the skirmish, it will be on recruit Difficulty, Second time, Regular, Third Time, Veteran :D
Hopefully this helps :D i know the description of the trophy doesn't explain it too much :D

This is linked to the Specialist Headquarters, which places you against bots in multiplayer-esque situations in order to train you with each specialists abilities and in multiplayer in general. There are 10 base specialists who have 3 stars each. To get all 3 stars for a specialist you must complete their tutorial, then complete 3 skirmishes against gradually more difficult bots. These aren't too bad if you have some experience with CoD multiplayer, as the veteran bots are nothing compared to a good amount of real players. You'll have teammates who will generally play as well as you are so you won't have to worry about them screwing you over. Unfortunately, despite each star being tied to a difficulty setting, there is no way to skip over them to save time so this can be a bit of a slog.
