Edit: According to what I have been told you can also get the achievement by shattering zombies with snowballs which is much easier then getting the Tundra Gun

This achievement is seemingly glitched in a good way, because I had it randomly unlock in my very first game. The high ratio of people with this achievement, implies this is a very common glitch.
If it doesn't unlock normally however, you will likely need the Tundra Gun for this. As always with Wonder Weapons in BO4, you can obtain it from the mystery box or get it through a side quest.
You need to hit 5 targets around the map with snowballs in order as quickly as possible. You should open up all areas of the map and the flingers for this.

- Above the right hand door into the facility.
- The second is at the bottom of the Ice Slide.
- The third is opposite the Golden Pack-a-Punch flinger
- The fourth is on the centre rail of the lighthouse on the third level.
- The final one is in the water at Cargo Hold. If you were quick enough, the box next to it will open and give you the Tundra Gun.

you can just throw snowballs at dogs or zombies and the trophy is yours
