How to unlock the Fetch achievement in Call of Duty: Black Ops 4 - Definitive Guide
Around the map there are piles of snowballs, so they are quite easy to find. You can carry up to 6 at a time (10 if you do several Hermit challenges). The best way to get this done is when the first dog round arrives, find a decently sized training area and aim for the head when throwing the snowballs. They should be a 1-hit kill, making it very easy to get this achievement.
Just pick up some snow, wait for like round 6, and just beam them at the doggos. shouldn't be too difficult.
Piles of snowballs are spread all over the map and you can infinitely grab snowballs from them. On the first Max Ammo round (usually around round 6) you will get enough hellhounds for this trophy.
At this point a snowball to the snout is enough to kill a hellhound. If not, 3 snowballs regularly will do the trick. Just spam snowballs, you got infinite after all. Then DING and the trophy pops. Probably the easiest trophy in this DLC pack.
If you'd still prefer a visual guide, then here is a short video of me getting it:

Simple, you'll get your first wave of Hellhounds at about round 6, they'll die in one headshot or three body shots, though you'll probably get headshots without even trying for them. Find some snowballs, stay by them and let the Hellhounds come to you, you shouldn't get overwhelmed. You'll get more than 5 in the first Hellhound wave so you can get this really quickly.
