How to unlock the Going Green achievement in Call of Duty: Black Ops 4 - Definitive Guide

You must open up all pathways WITHOUT turning on the power. This means opening up every door/clear debris on the map, and blowing open three (3) different pathways using dynamite. There are a total of three power switches on the map (one in the spawn area (Docks), one on the boat (Bridge), and one on the mountain facility (Human Infusion)). Do NOT flip any of these switches while going for this achievement, there is no way to turn off the power once it’s been turned on.

There are a total of twenty-three (23) doors/debris you will be able to open by using points, fairly simple. You will be able to open three (3) of those doorways right from the spawn area, five doors on the Lighthouse, seven (7) doors on the boat itself, and four (4) in the mountain facility. There is another door/debris from the Lighthouse Cove area, and another one in the in the Cargo Area kind of under the boat going to the Secret Pathway. There is also another one at the blue cave area (Lighthouse Approach) to the Beach, and one going from the Beach to the boat (Gangway). You'll probably open most of these doors just by going around the map, super easy.

There are three (3) pathways that will need to be opened with dynamite. Those pathways are in front of the lighthouse (Lighthouse Cove), behind the boat (Sunken Path) or from the left side of spawn (Lagoon) (can be accessed from either side), and up on the mountain facility (Facility Entrance/Loading Platform) (can be accessed from either side). They will look like a barrier of wooden barrels and sandbags, with the sandbag in the middle with a red ‘X’ painted on it. Once you have you dynamite (see below how to get it), simply place the dynamite on the barrier, and step back. Yes, there will be explosive damage if you stand too close, so back up after placing it. You’ll have a few seconds before the dynamite detonates, opening the path.

To get dynamite, you will need to kill fire zombies by throwing snowballs at them (I recommend aiming for the head, as that’s usually a quick kill with a snowball). It’ll take a few seconds after killing them with a snowball; a glowing yellow piece will drop where the fire zombie died; pick up the piece. You’ll have to do this a total of three times. Once you have the three pieces the fire zombies dropped, you’ll be able to go to a buildable table, and construct your dynamite (don’t forget to pick it up once you build it). Three buildable areas; one in the lighthouse (Lighthouse Station), one on the boat (Gangway), and one on the mountain facility (Specimen Storage).

One dynamite blows up only one pathway, so you will have to repeat this step three times to acquire three dynamites total. I’d recommend as soon as your get your dynamite, blow up one of the barriers immediately. Fire zombies will not spawn in until you’ve used the dynamite. You cannot hold more then one dynamite at one time.

Once you buy your final door, clear the debris, and blow up your final barrier, (again, assuming you have not turned on any of the power switches) the achievement should pop.

After trying this twice ive just watched the video. Not sure if the fire in the room with rictophen needs to be put out to create a path to a pack a punch location, I’ve only seen it for the first time there. Hopefully it’s all I’m missing

Putting the water out was the last one I needed lol, the video helped a lot with that.

Pretty self-explanatory. There are three power switches, one in spawn, one on the boat bridge and one in Facility, you're not allowed to turn on any of those until you get the achievement. There are a lot of doors however, plus some paths to destroy with dynamite which I'll get into later. Lastly, it's not immediately obvious how to get to some parts of the map if you're new.

First, I'll list all of the point doors in the beginning area:
 
  1. Docks - Boathouse
  2. Docks - Frozen Crevasse
  3. Docks - Ice Grotto
  4. Lighthouse Cove - Lighthouse Level 1
  5. Lighthouse Level 2 - Lighthouse Station
  6. Lighthouse Level 3 - Lighthouse Level 4
  7. Lighthouse Station - Lighthouse Cove
  8. Lighthouse Level 3 - Lighthouse Station
  9. Lighthouse Approach - Beach
  10. Beach - Gangway
  11. Gangway - Stern
  12. Gangway - Navigation
  13. Sun Deck - Bridge
  14. Gangway - Main Deck
  15. Main Deck - Forecastle
  16. Forecastle - Artifact Storage
  17. Artifact Storage - Cargo Hold
  18. Cargo Hold - Lighthouse Cove
  19. Cargo Hold - Hidden Path
You'll also need to open doors in the facility. To get to the facility, you'll need the Zipline Handle, which you get by putting two ziplines back into place on the boat. See Lifeline (15G) for more details.

Once you actually reach the facility, there are a few more point doors:
 
  1. Security Lobby - Geological Processing
  2. Security Lobby - Decontamination
  3. Upper Catwalk - Human Infusion
  4. Upper Catwalk - Specimen Storage
You'll also notice some red X's around the map, these need to be destroyed by dynamite. To get dynamite you must kill fire zombies with snowballs then shatter them, they'll drop a part each. When you have three parts, you can craft dynamite, then repeat the process again:
 
  1. Lagoon - Sunken Path
  2. Lighthouse Cove - Beach
  3. Facility Entrance - Loading Platform
Finally, you may have noticed fire blocking a path in Artifact Storage. If you shoot the pipe above the fire, you'll put it out, opening the path. As you might guess, all the point doors will end up costing a lot of points so you'll have to survive a while without access to Pack-a-Punch or Perks, though it's not so bad on Casual. It may help to use the above list as a checklist as you open doors as it's pretty easy to miss one or two.

The achievement can be obtained on easy difficulty. Foreign video guide. To achieve this, you will need to collect 3 dynamites. And a handle for the cable, description under the Mile High Jug achievement. To do this, you need to pick up the snowballs that are lying on the ground. Use them to kill fire zombies. And only then will parts for dynamite fall out of them. In total, in the end you will need 9 fire zombies, for 3 dynamite. Dynamite is collected at the workbench on the ship. Do the rest according to the guide.
