Call of Duty: Black Ops 4

The Hand of Gaia is one of the four new wonder weapons on the map Ancient Evil. As is the case with many of the Zombie achievements in this game, this can be completed on Casual difficulty, so I would highly recommend using it over the other difficulties if you're going for this.

To begin, you'll need to find one of the four Dormant Hands found scattered throughout the map. There are 20 spawn locations for them, all of which can be found in this video:

After you've found your first Dormant Hand, head to the Spartan Monument location of the map and look for the glowing green circle on the ground. Deposit your Dormant Hand into the statue and you'll begin a little ritual. It will require you to kill roughly 10 zombies that are glowing green in the chest, all the while you are required to stay within the glowing circle. After all 10 have been killed, you will be able to pick up the Hand of Gaia. We're halfway there!

This weapon will need to be upgraded in order to use the charged ability required to unlock this achievement. In order to upgrade to the Redeemed Hand of Gaia, you'll need to locate three plants with Red Crystals on them. Their locations are in the Temple Terrace, the Stoa of the Athenians, and the Intersection of Treasuries. When you find these three tress, shoot each of the crystals using the Hand of Gaia and a seedling will spawn on the ground in front of the tree. Hold on these seedlings and carry them back to the ritual statue we deposited the Dormant Hand at initially. When you've successfully carried all three of them back to the statue, a portal will spawn that you need to enter.

This part is pretty straight forward, and is more or less a tutorial teaching you how to use the charged ability of the Redeemed version of the gauntlet. After killing the 30ish Zombies that spawn in, another portal will appear allowing you to exit with your newly upgraded Hand.

With the hard part out of the way, you now need to kill 8 zombies with one charged shot. This can easily be obtained anywhere you desire, but I find the easiest place to horde Zombies is in the Amphitheater. Simply horde up 15-20 zombies, hold down , and when you kill 8 in one go, the achievement will pop! This achievement was a little trickier than the other gauntlets, but I found it easiest to try and line the zombies up (as best you can) and try launching the charged shot at them that way, instead of shooting the while their in a circle.

First thing you need to do is activate the artefact, then head back to the spawn area to receive the primordial weapon location from the oracle. Once at the Oracle she will say “Seek the Primordial weapon…”

Now there are 20 locations that the Oracle can give as to where the primordial weapon can spawn. Below, I will list them all with a time stamp so that you can go straight to the location the oracle gives you. In one game there are four different primordial weapons that all spawn at the same time around the map.

00:39 - Guided Taurus is in the Spartan Monument area that’s near the Gaia shrine.
00:53 - Arrow Splits The Road is in the Intersection of Treasuries area and it’s on the floor next to a big giant arrow.
01:09 - Fallen Statesmen is in the Spartan Monument area that is on top the stiar you go down to get to the Zeus perk machine.
01:24 - Workbench of Hepaestus is in the Cliff Ruins area on the table on the right side
01:46 - Shieldbearer's Fountain is in the Stoa of Athenains area on the fountain.
02:01 - General's Column is in the Spartan Monument area down the stairs from the big fountain
02:16 - Top of the center of the world is in Center of the World area and it’s on top the slope on the left side.
02:31 - Shrine of Wind and Sky is in the Center of the World area and it’s on the right side near the ledge
02:29 - Where sorrow flows beneath is in the River of Sorrow area and it’s on your left down the stairs.
03:03 - Chaos of Treasuries is in the Intersection of Treasuries area and it’s inside a crystal.
03:18 - Where the serpent snared the eagle is in the Cliff Ruins area and it’s next to the big bird cage that’s on the ground
03:32 - Beneath the watchful gaze of Zeus is in the Spartan Monument area and it’s next to the Zeus perk machine.
03:49 - Where sorrow washes over is in the River sorrow area and it’s next to the Odin perk machine.
04:01 - Near the purple blossoms is in the Intersection of Treasuries area and it’s next to the purple flowers next to the stairs.
04:14 - On the steps of flesh and bone is in the Python Pass area and it’s on the floor next to the Charon shrine.
04:29 - Near the wheel of water is in the Cliff Ruins area and it’s on the floor left of the blue fire.
04:45 - On the broken bridge is in the Cliff Ruins area and it’s on the bridge that you go over and it’s on the ledge.
04:59 - Chaos of venom is in the Python Pass area and it’s next to the buyable trap just before you go to the area before Pack-a-Punch.
05:14 - Near the barque of gold is in the Stoa of Athenains area and it’s on a green box.
05:29 - Where the mighty titan points is in the Python Pass area and it’s inside a crystal that’s on the floor left of the Titan wallbuy.

Now that you have found the primordial weapon (Doormant Handle) you need to take it to the Shrine of Gaia that’s in the Spartan Monument area and keep on killing zombies inside the green circle until the timer expires. Once that’s done pick up the Fallen Hand of Gaia from the shrine.

Next you need to shoot the three plants with the Fallen Hand of Gaia, that have red leaves on them which can be found in the Intersection of Treasuries, Stoa of Athenians and Temple Terrace areas. Simply just shoot the three red leaves on each plant and it will drop a seed, then take the three seeds back to the Gaia shrine and a portal will open in front of it. Head through the portal and keep on killing zombies in the reward area until the timer expires. Once that’s done you have unlocked the Redeemed Hand of Gaia that’s required for this achievement.

Next what I did was, I trained the zombies in the Ampitheater area. Once I had a good amount of zombies. I brought them towards the Temple Terrace area and used the charge attack on them. You do this by holding down RT and releasing it. Overall this achievement is quite easy to do, but the locations of the primordial weapon can be a bit confusing at first.
