As stated, be the last alive in Blackout mode. As of now, I have had the best luck with this in Solo. Gun fights seem to go quicker, when you down someone, they stay down. You also don't have to worry as much about a guy's buddy flanking around you when you get into a gun fight. I would definitely practice getting into gunfights before going for this. Drop into the hottest parts of the map you can find, don't worry about winning, and just practice your gun game. When you're confident with that, and the idea of a gunfight doesn't worry you as much, it's a matter of a little luck coupled with skill. If you can get a hold of a good setup gear wise, play conservatively, and worry about getting to the end. Only engage when necessary, and if you get to the last circle, and don't see the other guy, don't panic. Don't pop off unnecessary shots or fish with your grenades. If you've got a stun grenade now's the time that it shines. Use any kind of advantage you have, but don't panic. Hopefully your gunfight practice will see you through. Good luck!

You can get this in quads too if you're willing to wait out and see if your squad wins. You can still get the win if you're dead.

or simply play Ground War (if available for you) easy win and will help for the following achievement

Not sure if it just bugged for me, but I got two wins in Ground War and no achievement...

Wins may be based on luck for rookies early on. It takes a lot of practice to get a win based on skill. There are many guides on blackout, so i'll give you my quick suggestions for a noob.
1. Sky dive into the dense areas that are not labeled on the map. Look for small houses and pick up a gun ASAP!
2. Pick up all the ammo you can and try to get at least 1 long-range weapon (sniper rifle) and a mid-range weapon (Assault Rifle or SMG).
3. Equipment is very useful too like grenades, molotovs, trauma kits, med kits, etc. but you might need to pick up a backpack to carry all that stuff.
4. Get as many add-ons for your weapons as possible, don't waste too much time swapping stuff out though.
5. Pick up perks and use them right away. Dead silence and paranoia are amazing, as are many others.
6. The eye of the storm closes fast so just make your way near it's center while scavenging very cautiously. Avoid using a vehicle unless the storm is coming on top of you.
7. If you see someone, only engage them if it's self defense or you know it will be a clean kill. Every shot fired in the map gives away your location and could end your life very quickly.
8. As the storm gets very small, move slow and stay on the edge of it, using cover often. Sometimes it's good to move in a circular motion around the bubble.
9. This is typically where you just listen for foot steps and snipe anyone you see. Let others fight each other and then pick off the winner if you get so lucky.
