How to unlock the Secret achievement in Call of Duty: Black Ops 4 - Definitive Guide
Here is a better tutorial that I have found, has to be done on normal.
So the fastest way to get this I found is with 2 people and have the Elixer Talkin' Bout Regeneration or you super for extra health.

Only one person gets the achievement at the moment.

To be honest I've only played the map on normal. So I don't know if easy works, I would have to test it. I might do that later today.

More of a step by step guide to this achievement as I had to do bit of research to understand.
Apparently can only reach secret area once per game. So if you both get flung and only 1 of you reach the secret area, you will have to restart to get there again.
I did it on co-op with 1 other player on normal difficulty (me and my buddy we both got to the secret area first attempt in 2 separate games back to back on normal doing it this way)
loadout...you definitely need 'talkin bout regeneration' elixer. The rest is upto you, but I go with extra credit and firesale since I have so many.
step 1. Start the hermit
From the start docks area, turn on the power on the deck and start killing zombies. Pick up snowballs as soon as you can and snowball kill any fire zombies that spawn in first few rounds. It takes 3 snowballs to freeze a fire zombie, smash him and pick up dynamite (you will need to kill 3 fire zombies to gain all 3 dynamite sticks)
Buy all the doors from the docks and boathouse to the lighthouse and clear the debris to reach the top of the spiral stairs. Interact with the hermit to start progress.
Step 2. Blue rock
Buy the door from lighthouse lvl 2 to station and make your way to the beach area. In the caves on the right hand side path from the lighthouse to the beach (near the MX9 wall buy), you will find a glowing blue rock somewhere in the walls. Knife it, pick it up and return to the hermit. He will lower a pallet for you to give it to him. He is now your friend.
Step 3. Build the shield
This step can be done anytime before going to the facility.
The first shield part can be found in one of three locations in Docks, which is the starting spawn area. It can either spawn against a tall yellow gas pump, leaning against a capsized boat, or near a snowbank in front of the previously-mentioned boat
The second shield part will be in the area to the left of Docks. Two spawn locations are in Frozen Crevasse—it can be on the ledge to the right or on the other side to the left of the Mystery Box spawn point. The third possible location for this part is in Lagoon in the grass behind the right side of the Pack-a-Punch spawn point.
The third and final shield part can be found on one of three levels of the Lighthouse. If you’re looking at the spiral staircase in the Lighthouse, the first possible part location will be against the outer wall on the right side of Lighthouse Level 1. The part could also be on the outer wall to the left of Lighthouse Level 2 or near the right-side guardrail on Lighthouse Level 3.
once you have all 3 parts, head to a workbench and build the shield (theres 1 in lighthouse station, ship gangway, specimen storage to name a few)
Step 4. Obtain the cranks/Activate zip lines
Clear the debris from the beach to the ship on left hand side of the map. Buy the debris to the front stern of the ship (near the bowie knife wall buy) and retrieve a wheel crank located in 1 of 3 areas around the stern area. Next buy the debris on the stairs of the ship (near the KN57 wall buy) and make your way to the top sun deck. Open the door to bridge and turn on the power. Outside opposite the bridge room on the sun deck is a control box to fit the wheel crank. Fit crank and rotate it couple times holding X to activate zip line.
Next clear the debris on the right hand side gangway of the ship to reach the rear main deck area of the ship. Buy the debris on the right hand side to reach the forecastle rear area of the ship and retrieve another wheel crank located in 1 of 3 locations around the forecastle area.
There is another control box to fit the wheel crank in the main deck area (near the M1897 wall buy) . Fit wheel and hold X to rotate to activate zip line.
Step 5. Build the dynamite bomb
You can do this step in any order before you go to the facility, once you have snowballed 3 fire zombies and collected 3 dynamite sticks. Go to any workbench (theres 1 in lighthouse station, ship gangway, specimen storage to name a few) and build the dynamite bomb (don't forget to pick it up once built).
Step 6. Obtain the zip line handle
Return to hermit at top of lighthouse, he will now lower the pallet and give you the handle. Take the zip line from the lighthouse to the facility entrance. As soon as you land, turn right and use your dynamite bomb to blow the barricade to the outer walkway. Pick up the broken gearbox by the flipper and return to the facility entrance. Go up the steps and buy the door into security lobby, head into geological processing and head through the doorway on the right onto the upper catwalk. Turn left, head down the steps and buy the debris. Turn on the final power switch located in far right hand corner.
Step 7 . Fix the gearbox
Return to the hermit at top of lighthouse. Place the broken gearbox on the pallet and wait around few minutes while your new friend fixes it.
Once fixed, retrieve gearbox from pallet and return to the facility via the zip line. Place the gearbox back into position next to the flipper on the outer catwalk. The flipper is now good to go.
Step 8. The achievement
Now there are several methods used so far to get the flipper to send you to the secret area, as the flipper can send send you to several places across the map. For us, best method was to get down to one zombie. Have 1 player stand by the gearbox, next to the flipper but not on it yet. The other player who has the zombie will run up behind and both of you and the zombie will enter onto the flipper at about the same time. Start running square laps around the edge of the flipper just inside the yellow trim so your still on the flipper. You will here it ticking down. After about 20 seconds, the player wanting the achievement stands on the front left corner of the flipper while the other player keeps moving. If it works you will see yourself heading to a frozen island outside of the map. When you land, your immediately in a tunnel. Pop your 'talkin bout regeneration' elixer and start swimming. Your freeze a few times so you will keep having to slash your way free. Without the elixer, its not the ice that kills you but you will drown before you reach the end. When you exit the tunnel your find yourself on a secret small island. Theres a one way boat there to take you back.
If neither of you get flipped to the secret place, just run the flipper again. But once one of you gets launched there it cant be reached again in the same game.

This is the worst achievement. (Doesn't work on casual difficulty, at least it didn't for the whole 30 tries. Worked pretty much straight away on normal)
Did this with one other player, crafted the shield and fixed both fingers and after flinging 6/7 times from the facility we both went to the secret place and yes only gave the host the achievement.
The second player got stuck over there and had to down themselves and spectate to come back.. After coming back they were ignored by zombies!! Which is pretty cool if ur trying to go for high rounds, but was pretty crap for me as I just had them all coming for me.

There is a confirmed way now. @IR i ID has made a solution, repair the flinger and crouch walk onto the back right corner with the lighthouse to your left. Once on the flinger spin counter-clockwise and it will fling you into the water. I would recommend the talkin' bout regeneration elixir if you are not confident with where you are going as you are likely to drown.

To add on to the other guides here, there is a way to always get the Flinger to launch you to the island 100% of the time, which is the intended method. Once you have everything you need and the Flinger is ready, simply crouch walk onto the corner of the Flinger closest to Specimen Storage and once you're on it, spin around until you launch and you should be flung to the island guaranteed, no need for a second player or running around on the Flinger.

This has to be done on normal Difficulty. I flung like 100 times on easy and nothing happened. I played 2 games on normal and got flung pretty quick. And another thing that may be a thing is that I put my main account that needed the achievement as the second profile. (We played local)
I've heard from a lot of people that they didn't get flung over there no matter what. Maybe this helps you to get this annoying achievement.

This is a secret that's so secret that it took a few days to find out roughly how to do it, and we still don't know exactly how to trigger it more reliably. First off, it seems that you'll need at least one other player in the game, a bot will do. Secondly, this will need to be done on normal difficulty. Finally, if you have it, bring the rare Talkin' Bout Regeneration Elixir. Dying Wish can also help.
Play the map normally, open up facility and repair the flingers. You may want to complete the Beach totem to get the ability to thaw faster and build the heat pack. To do this you must land on three boxes when using the facility flinger. If you stand on the left you'll get the left one, the center one will take you to the middle and the right one will take you to the right. The amount of times you must land on each box to break it is equal to the number of players in the game.
The way people usually trigger the secret is by running around in figure 8's on the facility flinger. It may automatically fling you over to the secret area though sometimes the people I was playing with or I had to stop before we were flung so if you've been running for a while to no avail try stopping. People have also had this work on the boat flinger, though the facility one seems to give much more success. Most of the time only one person will get flung over but I also experienced two people getting flung at once or a second player using the flinger right after and being sent too. However as mentioned earlier, only one will get the achievement in this case, it's random.
Once you're actually there, use "Talkin' Bout Regeneration" immediately if you have it and start swimming through the long tunnel. If you have the heat pack, you'll swim faster and if you have "Talkin' Bout Regeneration" you won't drown if you swim for too long. My thought is you have to reach a "goldilocks" amount of spins; too little or too many spins and you will not fly to the entrance.
