You will earn a medal once you earn 2 or more enemies rapidly after one another with any of the specialists WEAPONS. Here are some examples:
Seraph -> Annihilator (6 round instakill pistol)
Battery -> War machine (6 round grenade launcher)
Firebreak -> Flamethrower
Prophet -> Tempest (electricity shot, one to down enemies, another one to kill)
I personally got this with seraph, I really like the annihilator pistol, even at long range it takes down enemies instantly. You will need to get a feeling of when to pull out the gun; which is just before you get into combat. While you have the weapon out it will deplete. It will also deplete by firing shots, 6 at maximum. I would advise not to play in hardcore for this as the weapons are instakills anyway, thus you can better have some extra health yourself.

I am pretty sure I got this while one of my medals was
"Killed 2 or more enemies rapidly while stimmed by your TAK-5"
Im guessing there are even more, as long as you get kills while the specialist abilty is active, and they appear to call them all weapons in the menu Personalization

I can confirm that using Crash and the Tak-5 also worked
I thought this was the easiest one to boost, because you keep the Tak-5 boost until you are injured. So if you can avoid being shot at all, you can do a couple double kills with one use

For this achievement you must earn 10 double kills with a specialist ultimate ability. I can personally confirm that the nomad K-9 unit and runnier gravity slam count towards this achievement.

Therefore objective based game modes are advised as it is easier to find enemies close to each other.
