This is a very easy achievement to earn. First go to the Specialist HQ, then complete the mission & skirmish for each specialist.
This video will show you how to unlock all the achievements in the specialist HQ. MP 101. Stargazer. Centennial. Skirmisher & Sleuth.

Go to the HQ on the main menu. Then play and complete each mission with every Specialist.

To earn a star, you need to win a skirmish after completing the tutorial.
Do this for each specialist to earn this trophy..

Where you select your specialist, there will be 3 stars under their picture. All you need to earn one for all specialist so complete skirmishes on recruit and you will get this trophy very easy.

Oddly enough, this has the exact same requirements as Skirmisher (15G), just worded differently so this will unlock at the same time as that.
