This is for doing the easter egg on the map XI. It can be done with any amount of players. Must be done on normal or higher.
Step 1 - Pack a Punch
The first step is to unlock PaP. To do this go to the top of a gods alter and press X on the gong, this will spawn in a champion. Kill it and it'll drop a head, do this to all 4 champions.
Take these heads down to The Temple and place them on the spikes in the middle of this area. Wait a few seconds and this will cause the PaP machine to appear next to them.
Step 2 - Wonder Weapon
The next step is to get the wonder weapon.

Step 3 - Purge the Blight
Go to the arena and wait for an axe wielding zombie to spawn in, the ones that throw the axe at you. Force the zombie to throw hi axe at one of the two pyres on the sides of The Arena. This will cause wood to break off of it. Pick it up and take it to the cauldron at the bottom of Odins Tower. Place it inside with X and wait 3 rounds. The wood will turn into charcoal that you can now pick up.
Next you have to find the skull with a faint blue symbol on its forehead.

This will spawn in The Temple (PaP Area) on one of the many walls with rows of skulls embedded in them. When you find it, look at it and activate your special weapon (LB+RB). You may need to hit it with it too. This will cause the skull to dislodge and you can now pick it up. Here is a map of all known locations it can spawn in.

Take this skull to the grinder that is found inside the wall in the Flooded Crypt area. Place it in the grinder and used a fully charged shot from the Wonder Weapon to activate it. After a few seconds it can be picked up again.
Now you need to collect some poop. This is simple, go to The Arena and throw some grenades into the crowd and run into the fire so you get bad affinity with them. They will get annoyed and throw poop at you. Pick it up. Take the poop the Zeus Bathouse (Bottom floor of Zeus Temple) and place it in the bowl, on one of the ledges at the side of the bath. Wait two rounds and it will become fertilizer. Pick this up.
Take the fertilizer to the bottom floor of Danu Tower and place it between the two trees.
Wait 3 rounds and you'll see green smoke from where you placed it. Now use a PaP gun with the Firebomb ammo type. Use it to kill zombies as they run over the smoke. Keep doing this until the floor is blue. Stand on the blue symbol and you'll be taken to a black and white version of this area. Survive the zombie onslaught while shooting the red spores on the trees. If done correctly the quest at the side will change to Answer The Dawn.
Step 4 - Build the Shield
Now there is a good chance you will have done this already but if not get it made. There are 3 pieces you need to find, here are the locations:
- Ra Tower Altar Room - on the floor opposite mystery box location
- Ra Tower Altar Room - in the corner to the right of the gong
- Zeus Altar Room - at the foot of the stone statue
- Zeus Tower Entrance - on the statue with the outreaching arm
- Zeus Tower Bath Room - by the stone mural on a ledge
- Odin Altar Room - in the barrel with the spears
- Odin Tower Cauldron - to the left of the two shields on the wall
Once you have all the pieces go to The Pit and craft it on the table in there.
Step 5 - Answer the Dawn.
Now you have to shoot 4 bulls that are located in random spawns around the map using the shield. Hitting a bull will cause a champion to spawn. Kill it and his soul will be taken to the Ra statue atop the Ra Temple. Locations for the bulls are as follows:
- Flooded Crypt - through the window
- Drawbridge - over the edge on a wall
- Danu Tunnel - on the wall leading up the stairs
- Odin Zeus Entrance - on the wall, high up where the light shines through the ceiling
- The Pit - on the wall near the ceiling lanterns
- Temple - through the window to the left of the arch
- Arena - high above, near the crowd and barrels
- Danu Altar Room - out the window towards the crowd
- Ra Tower Burial Chamber - above the pillar near metal grate
Once you have done this and killed the champions make your way to the top of Ra Temple. You will see it shoot the pillar infront of it and a blue symbol will appear. Activate this and you'll be taken to another instance of Ra Temple. Look at this pillar and 4 blue symbols will appear. These symbols relate to a special zombie type. You must kill the 4 that are shown in the same order. Killing them out of order causes you to fail and you'll have to wait a round before retrying. Once you kill the first 4, another 4 will be shown on the pillar. Do the same again. Here is a guide for each symbol.

Once this is done the quest will change to Summon the Storm
Step 6 - Summon the Storm
4 poles will have spawned under ground, they look like long cables with circles on the end of them. Shoot them until the disappear. They are always found in the same locations.
- The Collapsed Tunnel - through the window on the ceiling
- Odin Tunnel - suspended from the ceiling where the large chains are
- Danu Tunnel - through the window where the foliage is
- Cursed Room - through the window, hanging from the ceiling where the spears are
Once this is done return to The Arena and have all players interact with the pillar in the middle of this area at the same time. You'll be taken underground. Run back to The Arena and you'll see that the poles you shot earlier are now visible around the edges of The Arena. Go and re-pack-a-punch your gun until it gets the Killowatt ammo type on it. Now use this to stun zombies near the poles, then kill them when they are stunned. Doing so causes the souls to be absorbed into it. Killing a big zombie will cause 5 souls to be absorbed. Once all 4 are done, go to the centre and get everyone to interact with that same pillar again. The area gates will lock and loads of gladiators will spawn in, during this time you have unlimited special weapon (LB+RB) so it makes this much easier. Survive for a few minutes and the gates will reopen and the quest will change to Channel the Flood.
Step 7 - Channel the Flood
9 blue symbols will have spawned around the map.
- 2 in Danu Tunnel
- 1 in Odin Tunnel
- 1 in Ra Tunnel
- 1 in Danu-Ra Entrance
- 1 in Odin-Zeus Entrance
You have to shoot 3 of them in one charged shot of Serkets Kiss. Don't worry about shooting through the walls, the shot will travel through them. You must hit all 9 but in sets of three. This is how it is advised to be done.
- The Pit - stand to the right of the window, aim left at the symbol and shoot just under the - hanging hook
- Danu Tunnel - jump in front of pillar symbol and aim shot down the hallway
- The Crypts - stand to the right of brick window, aiming diagonally left towards the symbol
Once this is done get every player to stand on the grate in The Pit. You should here a slight clink. Shoot a special weapon (LB+RB) at the grate and have everyone hold X at the same time. The screen will fade white and you'll have a zombie onslaught and waters will be rising. Survive the onslaught and its done.
Step 8 - Boss Fight
This is it, the final step! Before doing anything, make sure you are stocked up on Ammo and have your perks.
Go the The Arena and you'll see a portal. Go into it and you'll be at a larger arena. Keep killing enemies until an elephant spawns in. Hit the armour on it until the rider is knocked off. Once the rider is gone, shoot the elephant in the head until it dies.
Then a second, stronger one will spawn in. Do the same tactic again until it dies. When it does the cutscene will play and the achievement is yours!

Yeah, it's honestly not too difficult. Just a lot of waiting for rounds to pass. Haven't managed to get it done yet but come close a few times

To earn the Venerated Warrior trophy in Call of Duty: Black Ops 4, you need to reveal and defeat the very final Easter Egg boss in the IX Zombie level. You need to play on Normal or higher to be able to complete the steps needed to uncover the final Easter Egg. You also need to play on "Classic" -- no mutations allowed.
Worth keeping an eye on the Reddit master thread for updates, images, locations and apparently a master map which is currently being worked on. Good luck!
There are several steps to take here. In summary, you must:
- Unlock the Pack-a-Punch machine
- Collect the Death of Orion Wonder Weapon
- Collect Dung, Ash and Bone Meal
- Unlock and Complete the Danu Tower Trial
- Create the Shield
- Unlock and Complete the Ra Tower Trial
- Unlock the Arena Trial
- Unlock the Temple Trial
- Defeat Wrath and Fury, the Final Bosses
Pack-a-Punch Machine
To unlock the machine you need to summon four zombie Champions. There's a gong in each of the altar rooms (Ra, Danu, Zeus, Odin) and each summons a Champion. Defeat them one at a time and collect their heads. Once you have all four you need to get into the Flooded Crypts via any of the four towers and then get to the Temple. Place the heads on the spikes surrounding the statue in the centre. The Statue then becomes the Pack-a-Punch machine, which incidentally can massively upgrade your weapons for 5,000 points per use.
Death of Orion Wonder Weapon
First of you need to build an Acid Trap (once you build one they unlock in every Acid Trap location). You need three parts for the Trap. The Chains can be found in the underground Temple, hanging from a metal bar on a wall under the balcony. You'll also find the Gear down here on the first floor. For the third part, you need to complete three challenges.
Back in the spawn room you need to smack the rolled-up banners on the wall. This will unlock challenges in the level. Every time you complete a challenge you get a reward on the podium in the spawn area. After completing the third challenge you should get the third part, the Pot. Now look for a Skull switch near the entrance of any God tower to create the Trap.
Now you need to get the Statue Head. Go to the entrance of Danu-Ra Temple. You should see a blocked passage with a lit brazier visible down it. Shoot it to knock it over. Now go up to the bridge connecting the Danu and Ra Towers. The spilled brazier's fire should form an arrow pointing to one of the towers. This is randomly generated; whichever tower the arrow points to, you need to head there and find the skull. It's always in the room below the tower's entrance, but it's in a slightly different place depending on the tower.
Ra Tower: In a corner behind a brazier.
Danu Tower: In the centre, in the water.
Odin Tower: Underneath the big cauldron.
Zeus Tower: In the corner of the blood bath.
Go to a constructed Acid Trap (make one if you haven't already), place the Statue Head on the trap and activate the trap, melting the head and revealing the Scorpion Key.
You also need a Gold Vase, which only appears if you manage to get Crowd Affinity twice. In the bottom-left corner you want the Crowd Affinity symbol to glow with green sparks -- this means you've maxed out Crowd approval. Reportedly if you complete Challenges but then smash up the rewards the crowd seem to go wild for your brazen attitude. You'll get a notification when you have achieved Affinity twice, and the Gold Vase should have appeared somewhere in the spawn area.
You now need to go to the bottom floor of the Tower of Danu. From the entrance, look on the second tree to the left for a small hole. Smack it to insert the Scorpion Key, then place the Gold Vase below it to collect some Acid. You now need to go to the Mystery Box, wherever it currently is, and pour the acid on it. When the Mystery Box is green activate it, the weapon inside will always be the Death of Orion Wonder Weapon. (Here's a video guide showing several of the Box's possible locations)
Dung, Ash and Bone Meal
For the Bone Meal, you first need to find a unique skull in the Temple which will have an O on its forehead. It can spawn in several locations -- Reddit reckons that the possible locations are as per this map. You need to use a grenade or a special ability on the skull to release it and pick it up. Now you need to go to the Grinder in the Flooded Crypt. Place the skull on the Grinder and then shoot the skull with the Death of Orion, three times with full-charged shots. Collect the Bone Meal.
For the Dung you need to bring Crowd Affinity down to its lowest to get them to throw dung into the spawn area. Shoot at the crowd and fall in fire traps and they should get pretty annoyed.
For the Ash you need to get a Gladiator Zombie with throwing axes into the spawn area and strafe it until it throws an axe directly into one of the burning pyres. Grab the wood that falls off the pyre and go to Odin's tower entrance. Place the wood under the cauldron. Wait three turns and collect the Ash under the cauldron.
Unlock and complete the Danu Tower trial
Place the Bone Meal, Dung and Ash into the Offering Bowl in the Bathhouse at Zeus Tower. Wait several turns and then collect the Fertilizer. Now you need to go to the Entrance of Danu Tower and place the Fertilizer between the trees. Wait a couple of rounds for green smoke to appear. You need a Pack-a-Punch weapon with an explosive fire effect so go and grab that if you haven't already. Shoot the floor under the Fertilizer once the smoke is green to crack the floor. Get everyone to stand on the floor cracks and interact at the same time to go to the Trial. Shoot the red spots on the tree to complete the Trial.
Create the Shield
Go to the Temple of Ra. The first shield piece will be here, on either side of the staircase or possibly on the wall with the mural. Head downstairs and follow the path underground. Lower the gate (assuming you have the points) and turn to see a half-buried statue. Go past that statue to a second gate and bring that down. In here is the workbench you need to create the Bull Shield. Climb the staircase near it and reach a third gate. In the room beyond it the next piece will be either in a nearby corner, on the shield rack up the stairs or next to the barrel in the main room heading back to Odin's temple.
With two parts in hand, continue to Odin's temple and cross to Zeus' temple. The last piece is in here, either at the foot of a statue, downstairs from the main temple near another statue or near the mural in the basement. In the basement is a shortcut back to the workbench where you can construct the shield.
Unlock and complete the Ra Tower Trial
With the Shield in hand you can now hunt down and shoot four Bull symbols with that Shield. There are random spawn points all over the map.
- Above the big gate in the Arena
- On the outside of Zeus Tower when looking from the Odin-Zeus Bridge
- On the Zeus side of the Odin-Zeus temple entrance, look for the broken arch
- Past a zombie spawn point through an open door in the Flooded Crypt
- Through one of the zombie spawn windows in the Temple, near a torch
- Through the zombie spawn window with a spiral staircase in Danu Tunnel
- Through a cracked wall in The Pit
- Through a zombie window facing the crowd in the Danu Altar Room.
Each time you hit a Bull a Champion will spawn. Kill all four of them and a glowing symbol will appear in the Ra Altar Room, on the pillar. To complete the trial, you need to work out which order to kill the special zombies in by observing the obelisk; each special zombie corresponds to a symbol. The pattern resets if you get the order wrong. Once you have killed the zombies in the right order the Trial is complete. Once again Reddit comes to the rescue with a symbol list.
Unlock and complete the Arena Trial
After the last trial, four poles will have appeared around the map. They're all underground and need to be shot to be raised above ground. You'll find them in Danu Tunnel, Odin Tunnel, Collapsed Tunnel and Cursed Room. Shoot them repeatedly until they are fully extended into the Arena. Once the four poles are extended all players must interact with the centre stone in the Arena to get to the Trial.
You need to get back up into the Arena. Now you need to Stun zombies with the Kill-O-Watt effect (available from Re-Pack-a-Punched weapons but also the Death of Orion weapon). Stun them near one of the four poles. While they are stunned and electrified you need to kill them, transferring the electric charge into the pole. Once you have charged a pole sufficiently there will be a glowing orb in one of the Challenge bowls. Each player needs to pick up an orb after charging one of the four poles. Using an unlimited weapon that you will have been granted, you now need to kill a horde of Gladiators.
Unlock and complete the Temple Trial
You now need to go underground and find three glowing symbols, which you need to shoot from the correct angle with Death of Orion. In Danu Tunnel you will find one on a pillar -- jump before you shoot it. In the Crypts you will find a cracked wall, you need to aim from the right corner of the cracked wall to get the right angle on the symbol. In the Pit, you need to find a cracked wall with hooks and chains which gives you a clear view of the symbol. Shoot it. Now go to the metal grate in the Pit and have everyone interact simultaneously to go to the Trial.
All you need to do (hah) is defeat the entire horde of zombies that are thrown at you in this room. This includes several Blightfathers.
Defeat Wrath & Fury
When the four trials are complete there will be a red Portal in the Arena. Everyone must go there and interact simultaneously to go to the final boss.
After defeating several waves of Gladiators and Tigers a War Elephant will spawn. You must target the side armour and then the face when it is exposed. Defeat one War Elephant to make the second appear. Repeat the same tactic to defeat it.
Aaaaaaand you're done!

Now you need to get the Statue Head. Go to the entrance of Danu-Ra Temple. You should see a blocked passage with a lit brazier visible down it. Shoot it to knock it over. Now go up to the bridge connecting the Danu and Ra Towers. The spilled brazier's fire should form an arrow pointing to one of the towers. This is randomly generated; whichever tower the arrow points to, you need to head there and find the skull. It's always in the room below the tower's entrance, but it's in a slightly different place depending on the tower.
Ra Tower: In a corner behind a brazier.
Danu Tower: In the centre, in the water.
Odin Tower: Underneath the big cauldron.
Zeus Tower: In the corner of the blood bath.
Go to a constructed Acid Trap (make one if you haven't already), place the Statue Head on the trap and activate the trap, melting the head and revealing the Scorpion Key.
You also need a Gold Vase, which only appears if you manage to get Crowd Affinity twice. In the bottom-left corner you want the Crowd Affinity symbol to glow with green sparks -- this means you've maxed out Crowd approval. Reportedly if you complete Challenges but then smash up the rewards the crowd seem to go wild for your brazen attitude. You'll get a notification when you have achieved Affinity twice, and the Gold Vase should have appeared somewhere in the spawn area.
You now need to go to the bottom floor of the Tower of Danu. From the entrance, look on the second tree to the left for a small hole. Smack it to insert the Scorpion Key, then place the Gold Vase below it to collect some Acid. You now need to go to the Mystery Box, wherever it currently is, and pour the acid on it. When the Mystery Box is green activate it, the weapon inside will always be the Death of Orion Wonder Weapon. (Here's a video guide showing several of the Box's possible locations)
Dung, Ash and Bone Meal
For the Bone Meal, you first need to find a unique skull in the Temple which will have an O on its forehead. It can spawn in several locations -- Reddit reckons that the possible locations are as per this map. You need to use a grenade or a special ability on the skull to release it and pick it up. Now you need to go to the Grinder in the Flooded Crypt. Place the skull on the Grinder and then shoot the skull with the Death of Orion, three times with full-charged shots. Collect the Bone Meal.
For the Dung you need to bring Crowd Affinity down to its lowest to get them to throw dung into the spawn area. Shoot at the crowd and fall in fire traps and they should get pretty annoyed.
For the Ash you need to get a Gladiator Zombie with throwing axes into the spawn area and strafe it until it throws an axe directly into one of the burning pyres. Grab the wood that falls off the pyre and go to Odin's tower entrance. Place the wood under the cauldron. Wait three turns and collect the Ash under the cauldron.
Unlock and complete the Danu Tower trial
Place the Bone Meal, Dung and Ash into the Offering Bowl in the Bathhouse at Zeus Tower. Wait several turns and then collect the Fertilizer. Now you need to go to the Entrance of Danu Tower and place the Fertilizer between the trees. Wait a couple of rounds for green smoke to appear. You need a Pack-a-Punch weapon with an explosive fire effect so go and grab that if you haven't already. Shoot the floor under the Fertilizer once the smoke is green to crack the floor. Get everyone to stand on the floor cracks and interact at the same time to go to the Trial. Shoot the red spots on the tree to complete the Trial.
Create the Shield
Go to the Temple of Ra. The first shield piece will be here, on either side of the staircase or possibly on the wall with the mural. Head downstairs and follow the path underground. Lower the gate (assuming you have the points) and turn to see a half-buried statue. Go past that statue to a second gate and bring that down. In here is the workbench you need to create the Bull Shield. Climb the staircase near it and reach a third gate. In the room beyond it the next piece will be either in a nearby corner, on the shield rack up the stairs or next to the barrel in the main room heading back to Odin's temple.
With two parts in hand, continue to Odin's temple and cross to Zeus' temple. The last piece is in here, either at the foot of a statue, downstairs from the main temple near another statue or near the mural in the basement. In the basement is a shortcut back to the workbench where you can construct the shield.
Unlock and complete the Ra Tower Trial
With the Shield in hand you can now hunt down and shoot four Bull symbols with that Shield. There are random spawn points all over the map.
- Above the big gate in the Arena
- On the outside of Zeus Tower when looking from the Odin-Zeus Bridge
- On the Zeus side of the Odin-Zeus temple entrance, look for the broken arch
- Past a zombie spawn point through an open door in the Flooded Crypt
- Through one of the zombie spawn windows in the Temple, near a torch
- Through the zombie spawn window with a spiral staircase in Danu Tunnel
- Through a cracked wall in The Pit
- Through a zombie window facing the crowd in the Danu Altar Room.
Each time you hit a Bull a Champion will spawn. Kill all four of them and a glowing symbol will appear in the Ra Altar Room, on the pillar. To complete the trial, you need to work out which order to kill the special zombies in by observing the obelisk; each special zombie corresponds to a symbol. The pattern resets if you get the order wrong. Once you have killed the zombies in the right order the Trial is complete. Once again Reddit comes to the rescue with a symbol list.
Unlock and complete the Arena Trial
After the last trial, four poles will have appeared around the map. They're all underground and need to be shot to be raised above ground. You'll find them in Danu Tunnel, Odin Tunnel, Collapsed Tunnel and Cursed Room. Shoot them repeatedly until they are fully extended into the Arena. Once the four poles are extended all players must interact with the centre stone in the Arena to get to the Trial.
You need to get back up into the Arena. Now you need to Stun zombies with the Kill-O-Watt effect (available from Re-Pack-a-Punched weapons but also the Death of Orion weapon). Stun them near one of the four poles. While they are stunned and electrified you need to kill them, transferring the electric charge into the pole. Once you have charged a pole sufficiently there will be a glowing orb in one of the Challenge bowls. Each player needs to pick up an orb after charging one of the four poles. Using an unlimited weapon that you will have been granted, you now need to kill a horde of Gladiators.
Unlock and complete the Temple Trial
You now need to go underground and find three glowing symbols, which you need to shoot from the correct angle with Death of Orion. In Danu Tunnel you will find one on a pillar -- jump before you shoot it. In the Crypts you will find a cracked wall, you need to aim from the right corner of the cracked wall to get the right angle on the symbol. In the Pit, you need to find a cracked wall with hooks and chains which gives you a clear view of the symbol. Shoot it. Now go to the metal grate in the Pit and have everyone interact simultaneously to go to the Trial.
All you need to do (hah) is defeat the entire horde of zombies that are thrown at you in this room. This includes several Blightfathers.
Defeat Wrath & Fury
When the four trials are complete there will be a red Portal in the Arena. Everyone must go there and interact simultaneously to go to the final boss.
After defeating several waves of Gladiators and Tigers a War Elephant will spawn. You must target the side armour and then the face when it is exposed. Defeat one War Elephant to make the second appear. Repeat the same tactic to defeat it.
Aaaaaaand you're done!

zI, CART3R, Iz
This is the main Easter Egg for IX, the easiest of the three base eggs, it will take around 90mins to 2hrs depending on teammates, map familiarity and a bit of luck. Keep in mind that this must be done on Normal difficulty or above.
Recommended Weapons: Death of Orion (required for steps), Hellion Salvo (highly recommended), MOG-12. Start with Strife w/ Stiletto Knife or MOG if you have them. Wraith Fire is most useful equipment but replace them with the Homunculus if you get it from the box. Bring Sceptre if playing with friends as it can revive them with all their perks just by shooting them, if solo choose whatever you prefer.
Recommended Perks: Stamin-Up, Bandolier Bandit, Dying Wish, Mule Kick. PHD Slider is useful if you want to avoid splash damage from the Hellion, I also like Quick Revive.
Recommended Elixirs: Anywhere But Here, Temporal Gift, Stock Option, Aftertaste (if solo)/Nowhere But There (if co-op). The non-classic elixirs can be helpful if you have good ones but are not required.
As a general tip, all players should try to complete the first four challenges available to them, as at the third level you get the PaP'ed Strife which will help a lot early one and after the fourth one you'll get a Max Ammo which you can redeem whenever you need it. Also unless otherwise stated all players should endeavour to keep their affinity at maximum, as you will frequently get Fire Sales which can be used to potentially get the recommended guns for cheap. Make sure to Pack-a-Punch any weapons you use 5 times (until the price changes to 1500) to maximise their damage.

Around the map, circular symbols with bulls on them will appear around the map, you must shoot them with the shield's gun and kill the gladiator that will spawn. Make sure you kill the gladiator before moving onto the next symbol, there have been reports of people being unable to continue due to going too quickly. Once this is done, head to the top of Ra Tower, you will see a blue symbol on the pillar. Once everyone holds
on it, you will be teleported to an alternate version of the tower and 4 symbols will light up above the original symbol. Each symbol correlates to a special zombie so check the key HERE before heading in so you can figure out which is which (Credit to The_Beebat for the key). A lot of regular zombies as well as the 4 special zombies will flood in, and you must kill the special zombies in the order given by the pillar. You're free to kill the regular zombies and it doesn't matter who kills the special zombies as long as they're in the correct order so I suggest spreading out if you can. If you fail, there will be a white flash and you have to wait until the next round to try again. Once you do it once, you have to do it a second time (you don't have to wait a round between the first and second set), it'll work exactly the same but with different zombies. Once done, there will be 8 symbols on the pillar and Ra will have been appeased.
Step 4: You will need the Kill-O-Watt effect on a weapon for this step so try to get it if you haven’t already. Have all players interact with the center pillar of the arena to teleport underground. Through 4 windows will be poles, you need to shoot these with any weapon until they raise fully. Once they have all been raised you will be able to go back to the arena, you'll notice 4 tesla coils above the arena walls, and four semicircles of electricity on the floor near them. There are 2 ways to charge these. Killing Gladiators or Brawlers inside the circles will instantly transfer some power to the coils or you can shock zombies with the Kill-O-Watt effect then finish them off before they die. Once you’ve charged a coil, it'll turn blue and the semi-circle will disappear, repeat this for all 4 coils. Once this is done, have each player interact with a bowl in the center to start waves of Gladiator Zombies, keep killing them until it ends. Everytime you kill one your special weapon will recharge so you will have practically infinite use of that.
Step 5: Around the underground area are 3 sets of 3 symbols, each set will need to be lit up with one shot of the Death of Orion/Serket's Kiss. This is difficult if you don't know where to shoot and may require trial and error even if you do, but keep trying until they stay lit up. Once this is done have all players stand on a large pressure pad near the crafting table and hold square, this will start a lockdown where waves of regular and special zombies will attack you. By the end you'll get a couple of blightfathers spawning. Once those are dead and zombies have stopped coming, you can grab a key from the grate on the ground. Head to spawn, you will see a red portal in one of the gates, all players must hold square on it to be teleported to the boss fight.
Boss Fight:
The boss will start with many Gladiators and tigers, keep killing them until a large elephant spawns. Start by shooting the red jewel on the side of the elephant until the saddle/rider comes off, then shoot the jewel on the elephants head until he dies. If you have the Hellion this will be over quick. Once he dies, a second elephant will spawn soon after, repeat the same tactic to kill him and beat the boss once and for all. You will get more than enough Max Ammos over the course of the fight so ammo isn't really a concern, you'll also have other zombies spawning with the elephants but these won't be much of a problem especially if you have a Homunculus. The rider can throw spears at you, the elephant can charge at you or create lava by stomping but as long as you keep moving and firing you shouldn’t have an issue. I strongly advise you not to go on the quest with three people, yesterday we caught a bug on the penultimate step of the quest, the key that opens the passage to the boss is not taken. After a quick google, I found out that this often occurs among those who go through the three of them. Having made the next approach, four of us went through without any problems.
