*IMPORTANT: Be sure to read this all the way through because if you mess up, you need to reset the whole game to attempt this again*
To get the Stake Knife, make your way down to the Forest and take a look at four trees, you can find them by looking for a tree with a lantern on the left side of the forest. The symbols are hard to see in the screenshot, but each tree should have one of four symbols: a triangle, an upside down triangle, a triangle with a line and an upside down triangle with a line.
These need to be noted in the following order:
1) Tree 2 (Directly to the left of the cursor)
2) Tree 3 (Broken tree directly to the right of the cursor)
3) Tree 1 (Tree with lantern)
4) Tree 4 (Tree on the far right)
Note the symbols in that order, we will need them later. Move ahead to the Garden and you will notice rocks in four locations with the same symbols as above
Location: Under the window of the gazebo
Location: To the left of the Vapr-XNG wall buy
Location: Against a wall to the right of the perk machine
Location: Along the railing across from the perk machine
What you want to do is shoot the rocks (any weapon) in the order indicated by the trees from earlier. You should get a quote from your character indicating that you did it right.
You'll now need to have the Bowie Knife and Ballistic Shield to proceed. Go back to the forest and find a tree with an orange lantern right next to the trees from before.
The symbols will appear on each side of this tree, you need to melee them with your Bowie Knife in the same order that you shot them in. Each time you do this, a slash should appear through the symbol. When all four symbols are slashed, pull out your Ballistic Shield and shield bash each symbol (order does not matter at this point).
You should hear the tree shake and a branch will fall close by. Pick up this branch and proceed to the Mausoleum. Interact with the altar located directly in front of the mausoleum and the branch should be placed on the altar.
Proceed to kill vampires (around 10-12) here until you can pick up the branch again. Once you can pick it up, you can now craft the Stake Knife at the workbench in Cemetery Path.
Now that the hard part is done, all you have to do now is go to the Dining Room and kill a vampire with your melee attack and the achievement should be yours!

For this, you will need to craft the Stake Knife.
First, you need to open the forest see earlier in the Guide for details. Head down the left side of the forest and just past the Koshka will be a tree with a lantern. If you look above the lantern, you'll see a symbol. This is also true for the three trees directly behind it. You must remember the symbols in the following order: Left of lantern tree, tree at the very back, lantern tree, right of lantern tree.
Head to the gardens, there will be four stones with the symbols from earlier. They will be on the edge of the small gazebo, to the left of the Vapr wallbuy, in an alcove to the right of the perk spawn location and on the handrail opposite the perk machine. You must shoot these with silver bullets in the order specified earlier. If you do this wrong, there are no second chances, you must start the game again! In Gauntlet mode they do reset, though that may be more trouble than it's worth. If done correctly, your character will make a remark.
Buy the Bowie Knife and craft the shield if not done so already. Head back to the trees from earlier, nearby will be large tree with another lantern. If you look closely, you’ll see the symbols again, you must melee them in the same order as before. Once you’ve done all four, shield bash all four symbols to cause a large branch to fall.
Head to the Mausoleum, opposite the perk spawn point is an altar to place the branch. You must now kill 10-15 Nosferatu's nearby in order to light the branch on fire. Once this is done, pick up the branch. You can now craft the Stake Knife on the table at the end of the left path to the Cemetery.
