This achievement is very easily done while playing on casual and adding 3 bots. They will revive you constantly and kill zombies very quickly.
You simply may not open the door to the catwalk after turning on the power. The bots will not open this door either but I would recommend keeping them away from there just in case.
You should use your special weapon (overkill is recommended) as often as possible. You can also use traps found in the workshop on the right side although notice that the bots will frequently walk into the trap and go down.
Luckily the mystery box will also always spawn on the west side of the map so getting a gun that can carry you to round 20 wont be a problem.

I sat down by the dog and kept buying the GK5 and activating the trap and using my special whenever i got it. Super easy

Open up the power house, model industries, and the transverse tunnel. This will allow you all the possible room to run trains without voiding the achievement. The mystery box will spawn either in the powerhouse or model industries so this will give you a chance to grab a weapon you feel comfortable with. There is always a chance if the box moves it can stay on the west side with you. You have the MX-9, Vapor, and the GKS all on the walls available to you. I would suggest grabbing one that way you can always buy ammo. You don’t have to beat round 20 just make it to 20. Save your special weapon for if you get in a pinch. This can be done on casual. If you are having trouble you could always add bots but you shouldnt need them.

The West Side of the island is everything before the gate to the catwalk that requires power so for this achievement don't open that gate. There are a couple of decent wallbuys on the West Side (Vapr/MX9/GKS/MOG), plus the mystery box will always start in the power house or New Industries so you'll have a few shots at getting an even better weapon. Unlike the other two base maps, there is no way to obtain a Pack-a-Punched gun (unless you have the Wall Power elixir handy) so you'll have to make do with un-upgraded weapons. You’ll also be able to buy the first perk slot, so equip your favourite one there.
As for places to survive, my favourite place is New Industries, even with the obstacles you have a good amount of room to train, in and out of the Power House is also decent, you can also just run loops around the whole area. Finally, there's a blade trap in New Industries that can help you out. However you do it, once you hit round 20 this will unlock.
