On “Break on Through”, your character will be put through several different scenarios, 4 to be exact, where you can either obey Adler’s orders or disobey. The first scenario starts in the daytime with a M16, the second scenario starts in the nighttime with a bow, the third scenario starts in the daytime with a grenade launcher, and the final scenario starts at the ruins.
To complete the achievement, you must first play through the mission following Adler’s instructions for each of the first three scenarios. This will give you the cave path for the first scenario, the village path for the second scenario, and the napalm strike path for the third scenario. You choose whether to follow Adler or not in the fourth scenario as it does not matter. All four intended memory endings will have you enter a room where Persus is staring at a board on the other side of a table.
Once the first playthrough is complete, you must complete a second playthrough where you disobey Adler in the first three scenarios. As long as you go down different paths in the first two scenarios that weren’t the intended ending, you should be good. You will know you have chosen a new ending once you go through the red door and a different room than the intended Persus room is present. For the third scenario, go right at the first fork and instead of going into the cave, go right toward the giant Lenin statue where you will see a hidden trapdoor. Go inside the hidden trapdoor to get the secret fourth path. Do whatever you want when you are down there but you must die in this scenario to continue. Go through the red door hallways until you get to the seventh and final memory ending.

the mission is a total madness and messes with your mind lol but basically on one playthrough you want to listen to what the voices tell you and follow the instructions , in the other playthrough you do the exact opposite

It is better to do it according to the video in the first hint. I did it without watching the video according to the advice in the second hint, I turned to the bridge once, and not to the cable, although Adler said to the cable (made a denial) and did not receive the trophy after playing all the other scenarios.
