The opportunity to get this happens at the end of the mission Fracture Jaw, upon reaching Firebase Ripcord.
Start by making sure you take out the vehicles below you as you come around the corner into the open area. Now, the most important part to get this achievement is to get the mortar teams which are located on the ground but do not have any markers on them. You can see the trail of their mortars in the air when they shoot, and your crosshairs will turn red when you are aimed at them.
Do a counter-clockwise rotation around the hilltop scanning the ground for these mortar teams while taking out the main objective vehicles when convenient. Keep trying until you are asked to land. If you are unsuccessful, you will have to retry.

Did you have to end the mission to get the achievement to pop or did it pop the second you killed the last unit needed?

When you reach Firebase Ripcord you will want to ignore the first set of vehicles the game tells you to go after. Fly around the perimeter of the base and start looking for the Motor teams. They can be found by looking for their smoke trails they leave behind when firing. Think it’s best to go after the mortars first as it will allow you more to time look for them.
After having a good look around focus your fire on the enemy vehicles.

The trophy dropped on the fifth try. After I destroyed all the targets, they announced the landing, I flew for another 30 seconds and the trophy dropped.
