Call of Duty: Black Ops II

I should point out that you should attempt this achievement in the earlier rounds as the shock from the perk may not kill a zombie in higher rounds. At about round 11-12 my Electric Cherry was not killing zombies as effectively.

Best done on Easy difficulty. You will need 5000 points (not including weapon).
This requires you to purchase the new perk "Electric Cherry" which is located in the third floor of the Broadway Cell block. To get there from the spawn, buy the door in the Library section of the spawn and take the stairs all the way up. At the top is a gate that cost 2000 points. Build enough points to get through the gate. Turn left and the perk machine is right there. Build another 2000 points (I recommend getting the M14 from the spawn) to buy the perk. To power the machine on, past the perk machine is a Red Shock Box by the Gondola. Use it to go into Afterlife mode, then shock the Blue Shock Box beside the perk machine in Afterlife mode. Revive yourself from Afterlife and purchase the perk.

After purchasing the perk, every time you reload you will emit an electrical shock. I don't think it is possible to kill 10 from a single shock by reloading.

So, find a big room to round up lots of zombies (the Shower room is a pretty good choice, I did mine by the MP5 outside the Shower room though). Have your mob of zombies grouped close together. Now let the mob down you, and as you go down you will emit an extremely powerful shock that will kill every zombie around you, provided you are not on a high round. If you killed 10 or more, the achievement will unlock. If you didn't you'll have to purchase the perk again.

This is easier done on solo. Make sure you open that cell door in the beginning before you grab your body, it always has double points in it. I wouldn't use the power up till round 2 if you want maximum point collection. You will need at least 5000 points for this. 1000 for the first door in spawn where you didnt grab a body. 2000 for the door at the top of the stairs. And 2000 for the perk. Remember you need to enter afterlife mode to turn the perk machine on. This is easier done if you go for it by round 4. once you have the perk just try to accumulate 10 zombies and then once you got them have them cluster you and make sure you can reload. if you go down you will get it and if you dont as long as you kill 10 you will still see the 15 g pop.
