How to unlock the Death From Below achievement in Call of Duty: Black Ops II - Definitive Guide

In order to build items simply find each of its parts and hold (x) to pick the part up.
Take the part to the building table (the table with a red toolbox and blueprints) and hold (x) on the table to add the part to the item.
Go down into the tunnels.
Follow the chalk lightning bolts to find the power switch. Turn the power on. [OPTIONAL]
All parts have FIXED SPAWNS and are found in the GENERAL STORE.
Build the Subsurface Resonator
-There is a building table on the ground floor of the saloon.
Part1 - ROULETTE WHEEL - (ground floor, on a bench)
Part2 - TURNTABLE - (ground floor)
Part3 - WOODEN BASE BOARD - (ground floor, back exit passage)
Part4 - ELECTRIC MOTOR - (upstairs landing)
Build the Turbine
-There is a building table on the second floor of the building near the first box spawn.
Part1 - TAIL-FIN - (ground floor, on a shelf)
Part2 - MANNEQUIN - (ground floor, back room)
Part3 - FAN - (upstairs room)
Pick up [hold (x) beside the built item] and then place down [press up^ on the dpad then right trigger] both items right beside each other.
Lure at least 10 zombies in front of the sub to kill them.
Pop goes the cheevo.

After both are built, go to any narrow area, the best place is upstairs in the saloon, the room where there is a hole in the wall, they only come from one direction (the door you came through + the window next to the door). Place the Subsurface Resonator, then grab a turbine, and power it up by placing the Turbine next to it.
It will fire down the hallway and no zombies will get to you, and you will be 100% safe until the Resonator dies.

This will require you to build the Turbine and the Subsurface Resonator.
All parts are found in the general store (building across the street from the first mystery box location). There are two easily accessible work benches. One being in the building next to the mystery box on the left and up the stairs and the other in the saloon.
There are enough parts inside the general store to build four different items. Make sure you grab the right parts.
Turbine:
- Fan - Ground Floor Shelf
- Manikin - Ground Floor Back Room
- Tail Fin - Downstairs
Subsurface Resonator:
- Roulette Wheel - Ground Floor
- Wooden Base Board - Ground Floor
- Motor - Upstairs
- Turntable - Ground Floor
As soon as you build these two items, find a good spot and put them right next to each other. Whatever direction you place the Subsurface Resonator is the direction that it will hit zombies.

In order to drop the beat on a zombie, you must kill it with one of the new buildable items, the Subsurface Resonator. All parts for the Subsurface Resonator can be found inside the General Store:
- Roulette Wheel - on the counter next to the Weapon Locker
- Wooden Board - on the ground by the back entrance, below some hooks
- Turntable - on the ground in front of the Weapon Locker
- Motor - on the ground at the top of the stairs
Once you create the Subsurface Resonator, place it in an alleyway - the alley leading towards Jugger-nog is perfect. Before you can use it though, you'll need a Turbine, for which you can also find parts in the General Store:
- Tail Fin - On the bookshelf in the corner
- Mannequin - In the back room in the corner
- Fan - In the first room upstairs, on a shelf
Once you have a Turbine, place it behind your Subsurface Resonator to power it up, then simply let 10 zombies walk near it to kill them. You can find crafting tables in most major buildings.
