Call of Duty: Black Ops II

First you must turn the power on, to do this travel to the 4th (i think) stop on the bus route, you will find a warehouse type building with a shack next to it. Open the door and drop down. You will be in a bright white corridor, go into the main room and follow the walkway round till you reach a small room. In front of you is a workbench, now you need three components for it because you need to build the power switch, they are:
- A back panel
- A 3 pronged switch
- A zombie hand

The zombie hand is the most difficult to find because it looks exactly like the hands that get littered around when you kill zombies. All three are somewhere within the main white circular room, the entry corridor and the workbench room. To pick them up just walk up to them and there will be an on screen prompt for you (X for 360, square for PS3). You can only carry one part at a time, once you have a part, take it to the workbench and hold X or square to build the part. Once you have built all three, you can then switch on the power, the circular white room will become electrified and a tube will rise with the electrical zombie boss in it, who will then escape! Fun times...

Secondly, you need an EMP grenade from the random box (alternative to the monkey bombs). Now hopefully when the zombie boss attacks he doesn't do it while your on the bus and its when at a stop. When he arrives, avoid him and throw an EMP grenade at him. That should kill him and providing nobody got attacked by him, the achievement should pop for all people in the game.

Credit to x1001x Puppys for discovering when the Avagadro (electrical zombie) spawns, best ending a round while the sky is full of a lightening storm.

This is a solo guide...First step is to turn on the power. Try to get to the power room without killing as much zombies as possible to make it easier. Once the power is on get back on the bus and go to the next stop. Buy the pistol on the top of the bus ceiling. If there is 1 zombie left keep him in the bus and run around him so you dont start a new round. When you get to the town go to the bar on the far side up the stairs and get enough points for juggernaut. This is optional but it helps. You want to make it back to the Diner part of the map where it is easy to train zombies. Run around in the open area to train zombies for points. Either get lucky and get EMP grenades out of the mystery box or you can just stab him if your playing solo. Eventualy the electric zombie will appear after a random round and then just throw the EMP grenade at the zombie and it will disappear....for now. In solo its attacks do not hurt but in co-op it definetly does. You can get your friends this achievement by letting it attack you while you kill it.

Here is the tutorial that I made for this achievement.

1. First thing you would want to do is try to obtain the EMP grenades from the mystery box. I recommend using the EMP grenades.
You can use GalvaKnuckles from the diner, they cost 6,000 but it is really hard to get the achievement using them.

2. Once you have the Knuckles or EMP grenades, you want to turn on the power.
Once the power is on you may want to move on to a new area.

3. Once in that new area, you will want to start a new round, kill all zombies but make sure to leave 1 or 2 crawlers. Once you have a crawler left, make sure you watch the sky.
Once the storm looks like it is right above you, kill the zombie and a new round will start, which should spawn the Electric Zombie.

4. If the electric zombie spawned you will hear a noise, find him and throw one EMP grenade at him and he will spin and fly into the sky. The achievement should pop up.
If you have the GalvaKnuckles then you will need to hit him at least 4 or 5 times to kill him and get this achievement.

I have just done this, this guide is for solo.

You need to;

1.) Get hold of emps from the mystery box at the diner.
(if you don't get them by round 5 just end the game and start again.)
2.) Turn on the power.
3.) Keep two zombies alive and run around the yard outside power station, keep an eye on the sky, when lightning is all over the map, it's time to kill the zombies and try to get the electric guy to spawn.
4.) Read the last paragraph of this solution as it is the most important thing I have to convey to you.

It took me several rounds to get the lightning right and spawn him, When he does spawn, stay in the corner opposite the ak47u, this will make him spawn in the upper floor of the building, he will then climb down from the open corner of the building, at this point run over and toss an emp over the barrier at him. Boom achievement pops.

The most important thing I can tell you here is that when it's the right time to end the round, your guy will say something about the lightning, I really wish I could remember what it was. It was one sentence about how crazy the lightning was, if he (maxi/your character) comments on how crazy the lightning is, shoot the zombies immediately, end the round right there, the electric guy will spawn the next round.

You can also get this one by punching the lightning guy with the galvaknuckles. It only takes about 4 or 5 hits and can be a bit easier to get than waiting for the box to randomly spawn the EMP grenades. The only issue with this method is you become a target for his attack and can miss out on the achievement. Which is what happened to me, my buddy got it because he was in a different location of the map and thus wasn't attacked by "him."
Just try and punch the hell out of him without mercy before he can fire off an attack at you.

There are several steps to this achievement.

1) Turn on the power.
-Travel by bus to the power station (4th stop- Depot, Diner, Farm, Power)
-Buy the door to the shack with the ak74u on the side
-Drop down and build the power panel (board, 2 pronged switch, hand)
-Turn on power, which releases "him", the electric man out into the open.

2)Get something to kill him with.
-Either
a)Hit the box for emp grenades
b)Use the building part for the roof of the bus on the diner. Once you open the diner go to the back right corner. You will see stuff kind of piled up on the ground making a hill. Look up and you will see a place to attach the inside bus ladder. Double jump up and the Galvaknuckles will be on the wall for you to purchase for 6000.

3)Get "him" to come near
-You will hear lightning every once and a while after you turn on the power and release the electric man. He will appear if you kill your last zombie of the round when the lightning is directly overhead.
-If done correctly, you will notice that the thunder has gone all quiet and the lightning fills up the sky.

4)Kill "him"
-You will see him appear
-Either stand back and toss your emp at him (only 1 needed if done correctly) or get in close and hit him with the knuckles (two hits was enough when I used the knuckles on him)

Notes:
-You are more likely to get hit with his zapper when using knuckles as they are a close range weapon
-If you are going to use knuckles wait until he is in human form, not ball form or punching him won't work.
-I can confirm you do not have to be the one to kill him to get the achievement. I've played with friends and they have gotten the achievement when I have killed "him" because they did not get hit.

What i've done to unlock this Achievement really easy. Is You have to get the EMP GRENADE from the MYSTERY BOX, i would Recommend turning on the power before round 4. Then going to the MYSTERY BOX and spam it mad crazy before round 7 or round 8. Because the zombies will be tougher and harder to kill. If you don't get the EMP GRENADE before round 6. Your going to have a tough time on your hands lol. Just restart the game and try again if you cant get the EMP GRENADE in time. its not hard and its really super easy to get this Achievement. Ill upload a YouTube video on how to get the EMP GRENADE from the MYSTERY BOX before round 6. once you finely have the EMP GRENADE. wait for the ELECTRIC ZOMBIE BOSS to spawn and right when hes about to hit you. throw the EMP GRENADE right at him. Make sure he does not hit you before that. Once you kill him with the GRENADE. The Achievement will unlock soon after.
