How to unlock the Crop Duster achievement in Call of Duty: Black Ops III - Definitive Guide
How To Unlock The KT-4: In this section we explain how to get the KT-4 Wonder Weapon. You must do these steps in the given order. You cannot skip a step!
• Step 1: To build the KT-4 you must find its 3 Parts and put them together at a workbench. Their locations are as follows:
– Where to find Part 1?: Where you turn on the power on Lab A there’s a cage you can lower down. This only works after turning on the power (bring irradiated water in a bucket to start the generator). Lure a spider into this cage and bring the cage back up. Some blood will be drained from the spider which counts as a part for this weapon.
– Where to find Part 2?: Inside the bunker open the door in the middle and go down to the lab. There’s another door at the side you can open and swim down a cave. At the very bottom there’s an aquatic plant you must pick up. Shoot the yellow bubbles on the walls to replenish oxygen. Be quick or you’ll drown!
– Where to find Part 3?: This one is randomly dropped by a zombie
• Step 2: Now that you have all Parts you can build the KT-4 in the lab of the Bunker (corner of the room).
• Step 3: To get the achievement for killing 10 zombies at once with a single shot of the KT-4, you’ll want to have a lot of zombies running after you (in a non-spiders Round). Just run in circles and stay in one area. Then charge up an acid shot by holding down RT on your controller and shoot on the floor. This will create a pool of acid and the zombies get killed when they walk through it. The acid stays there for a few seconds.
Make sure to only fire one charged acid shot, if you fire multiple shots it might not count.
Edit: to spawn the zombie that carrys one of the parts, one player must be in Lab B area, because it only spawns near the green 115 water.
I did not make this guide. All credits goes to the videogamesblogger.

Do not know whether the cheevo is glitched or not, but this simply guide will let you through.
Despite the fact the cheevo description says "kill 10 zombies with a SINGLE shot of the KT-4", do not hesitate to shot an energized one (pul RT and wait for a second), then hit the ground in front of zombie train. Then step back a bit, pul another energized one and hit into the same bunch of assholes...
Few seconds later.... tram-ta-da-daaaa! Cheevo is there!
No peck-a-punch KT-4 is needed.
I suffered as many of you with several games, multiple +15 to +20 kills, nothing happened. The first try I made with double shot, brought me a cheevo.
Good luck and I know you make it :-)
To earn this you must first build the KT-4.
This requires you to find the 3 buildable parts scattered throughout the map.
Green Vial
Found randomly by killing a zombie with a green mist exuding from it. Once the zombie has been killed, pick the vial up from the ground
Purple Spider Serum
After power has been activated in Lab A (Near the blue water source) lower the cage found within the lab. Inside the cage will be a severed arm with a purple mist coming from it. At the next opportunity that a spider is chasing you, move near the cage and the spider will enter it. Run up into the lab and raise the cage up. A needle will kill the spider and a purple vial of serum will be available to collect.
Plant
Located in the very back of the bunker. Enter the farthest doors from the entrance into the area with yellow stasis tanks containing test subjects. Go down the stairs and into the door with Mule Kick. There will be an area to go under water. At the very end of this passageway will be a plant on the ground, collect it and then leave the water tunnel. (There will be two areas to surface for air at the beginning, but further down you will need to shoot at orange spores for air.) This is also the same area you find the valve piece to open the Pack-a-Punch..
You now have all the parts to build the KT-4. In the Division 9 test lab, at the very back of the bunker, near where you retrieved the plant for the KT-4, is a special buildable station specific to the KT-4. Go up to it and press . A few seconds later and you can take the weapon from the workbench.
I found the easiest way to earn this trophy was to run zombies in circles underneath Lab B, once I knew I had 10-15 in a large group, I held down the fire button to charge up a shot, spun around and shot at the closest zombie to me. The KT-4 creates an acidic area of effect blast which kills anything that runs into it. Overall the hardest part of the trophy is building the KT-4, which becomes easier and easier the more you build it.
If it doesn't pop for you, you may not have gotten 10 like you thought you did, so just try it again. This is a powerful weapon and works very well up into the higher rounds.
Heres a video by PowerPyx showing you how to get it.
To build the KT-4, you’ll need 3 parts scattered around the map. See Sanguine Serum or Seeds of Doubt for how to build it.
To kill zombies with it, you can either fire a regular shot with , or hold it down to make a more powerful attack. It’s best to use the powerful attack.
Try to get as many zombies on you at once by running circles around any area, then fire a charged shot into the floor in front of you to make a puddle of acid. Then keep running over the puddle to make zombies follow you and they’ll die while on it.
If you managed to kill 10 at once, you’ll get the trophy. But sometimes it can be finicky and you might think you got 10 kills, but for some reason not all of them will die. So keep trying and it will unlock eventually!
If you're having trouble you can always try the upgraded version, the Masamune, and it will make the trophy easier!

Then we collect a bunch of zombies and hold fire (if you hold then the shot is more powerful and longer)
