How to unlock the Decimator achievement in Call of Duty: Black Ops III - Definitive Guide
Close to the end of the mission you will control a turret on an armoured vehicule driven by the AI (rail gun shooter sequence). At the end of the sequence the vehicule will be stucked and you will be surrounded by dozen of enemies : just fire in the middle of the swarm and you will pop it up !!
Advice from blueriversbeast : Just spam LT and RT at these points !

Later in the mission you will be tasked with providing air support for Khalils team. Initially you will be dog fighting other ships and then you will provide direct support for the ground team by directly targeting the enemy troops. During this time enemies will advance on your allies from both sides. What I did was allow the enemies to mass up on both sides and then spammed rockets quickly into the two large groups of enemies. Achievement unlocked.
I do not have a video, but the location worked effortlessly for me on the Hardened difficulty and I didn't even mean to unlock it.
Hope this helps someone who unlike me the game didn't unlock this for them on mission one.
There are multiple opportunities to get this throughout the campaign, and there's even an accolade in Mission 9: Sand Castle that will get you this as it requires 10 kills in 2 seconds, but the easiest place to get this is in Mission 1: Black Ops - Objective: Go to the Secondary Extraction Point. When you're using the turret on the APC, you'll crash through a gate, at which point you'll have robots streaming towards you from the front for 20 seconds before you move again. If you constantly shoot the robots during this section, you should easily get the trophy. If you're playing in co-op however, you likely won't get enough kills assuming all players are shooting, so try this solo.
