Wrath of the ancients
The first step for all four bows is to build the wrath of the ancients bow, which is then upgraded into the 4 variants. This bow is relatively powerful, and is quite easy to build. To build it you must fill 3 dragon heads scattered around the map. The three locations are:
-In the lower courtyard (where double tap and the gate trap is) right beside the mystery box spawn
-In the church above the fireplace
-In the crypts by the pyramid
To fill these dragons’ heads you must kill zombies close to them. But, the dragon can only be eating one zombie at a time so kill a zombie and wait for him to finish before killing the next. Each dragon needs about 7 or 8 zombies. Once you fill all three dragons all players can grab the wrath of the ancients located in the stairwell going from the church to the crypts.
Lightning bow
This bow is in my opinion the easiest to build, and by far the most powerful. I was able to easily get to round 50 with this thing just camping in a corner.
Step 1: Getting the fragments
Head to where you activate the death ray on the battlements, you will see a golden weather vane, shoot it with your bow, it will drop the lightning bow quest, once you pick this up, you cannot begin another bow until you finish.
Step 2: lighting the bonfires
For this step you must light three massive wooden piles using your bow, the shots can be quit tricky, but with practise you'll be able to get it every time. Locations of where to stand to shoot them:
-On the battlements just outside the clock tower.
-Coming out of spawn towards double tap, look right off into the distance by the floating debris on the bridge, this one is very far away so you need to put a massive arc on your shot.
-In the rocket test are, on the right side.
Step 3: Wallrunning
To activate the low gravity in the crypts are, you must stand on all 4 tiles located around the pyramid for a few seconds each, until they stay permanently lit. This will activate low gravity in the room, and you move a lot like you did on moon except you can wall run. For this step you must wallrun over a number of these blue symbols on the walls without touching the ground. If you jump on the wall and completely circumvent the room you'll be good. If low gravity runs out don't worry, wait a few minutes and it will auto activate.
Step 4: electric vases
This step can be a little annoying but its really pretty easy. There are three vases around the map which require about 7 zombies killed around each one to power up. Once they are powered up, charging your bow (holding ) near one will make your arrow electrified. You must simply hit the three bonfires again using this electric charge. If you miss you must grab another charge and try again. The locations of the vases:
-In the clock tower, bottom floor
-In the room above double tap, beside the buildable location
-In the safe area of the rocket test area
Step 5: getting the arrow
Simply head to the weather vane from previous and hold on the wall, a few seconds later a "reforged arrow" will appear, grab this.
Final step: Powering up the bow
Head down to the crypt and you will notice around the pyramid are chests. You need to place your bow in the right chest, try them all until you get it. Next just kill about 30 zombies near your bow and you're finished, the first bow is complete. Unfortunately the rest are not quite this easy.
Void Bow
Next up we have the void bow, this one is decently powerful, it effectively spawns in a portal to which disembodied skulls emerge and start killing zombies.
Step 1: Getting the quest
In castle entrance by doube tap look above the second the gate and you will see a symbol on the wall, shoot it with your bow and collect the quest it drops
Step 2: Knifing a zombie
Head to circular room just beside mule kick, it can be acessed by reaching the top of the corridor with an entrance right beside quick revive, or from the upper courtyard. You will notice a glowing purple square on the ground, you need to melee kill 1 zombie over this square, you can use any melee weapon, obviously a bowie knife makes this easier, but if you're on an early enough round just using your normal knife will be fine. If you do it right, the ground in the square will break, hold on this area and a vase will pop out.
Step 3:Collecting skulls
Pretty easy, just need to collect 6 skulls hidden around the map, they always spawn in the same place and holding on them is all you need to do, there is a very obvious purple flash when you do. Their locations:
-From the upper courtyard, look towards the church. on your right is a set of stairs, go up them and at the top there is a skull in a window sill.
-To the right of double tap in a broken ledge
-Head from spawn up to mule kick, right before you reach it, it is sitting on a ledge to your left.
-In Samantha's room, which you enter right before power, inside the toybox
-In the teleporter room, in a sink.
-Entering the rocket area there is a truck to the left of the rocket, in the back of this truck.
Step 4: Sacrifising crawlers
This step is relatively simple, the 6 skulls you collected wll now be in the room above mule kick, you need to feed each one a crawling zombie, for a total of six. I recommend you train up a few zombies and lead them down there, then throw a grenade to make them all crawlers. The crawl space gobblegum makes this very simple if you have one, as it makes all zombies around you into crawlers.
Step 5: Name symbols
As soon as the last crawler is killed, you will hear a vice say three words, pre- patch you had to listen carefully, but now whatever he says is subtitled at the bottom, so you can just read it off there, write down or remember what he says. If for whatever reason you miss what he said, shoot the urn with your bow and he will repeat it.
Now he will have said three of the following words, in any order:
-Horn
-Griffin
-Stag
-Crown
-Door
-Heart
If you head over to the knights room, right before power, you will a number of knight statues, each one has a symbol undenreath it looking like one of things he could say. It is pretty easy to tell, the crown looks like a crown, the horn looks like a horn etc.
Go up to each of the three knights corresponding to the symbols you were told and hold a glowing purple symbol will appear, the symbol correpsonds to a different knight every game. You need to remember these three symbols in the right order for the next step
Step 6: What is my Namne?
At this time, if you kill a zombie, it stands a chance of dropping a glowing purple symbol idnetical to the ones that the knights show. They could drop any of the six symbols, but you only need to collect the three you need. Collecting unwanted ones will not hurt you in any way however. Each symbol can only be dropped onbce, so if you've gotten 5 symbols but you're still missing one you need, it will definitely be the next drop.
If you head back to the room above mule kick, you will notice that the symbols you have collected will be visisble on the floor. You need to now shoot the correct symbolsm in the correct order with your bow, if you fail, the voice will say "that is not my name" and you need to get the hell out of there because he will down anyone in the area. Don't fret though because you can just try again, if you keep getting it wrong head back to the knights area and ensure you have the right symbols, you can also have him repeat the inital 3 words as well. If you are correct, an arrow will spawn, grab this, and you're on to the final step
final step: Powering up the bow
This is the same for every bow, place it in the right chest and get kills.
Fire bow
This bow is far and away the most difficult to upgrade, it takes htting some very difficult shots. I recommend the host of the game do this one, as a little bit of lag can ake hitting some shots next to impossible.
Step 1: Getting Fragments
Samne as all other bows, head to the top of th clock tower and you will see a symbol on the wall, shoot it with your bow and collect the pieces it drops.
Step 2: Rocket box
This next step can be a biot tricky, and it seems to be very touchy.
Every few minutes the rocket by the pac- a- punch will do a test fire. Stay in the safe area during this test fire and wait at the doors, you need to move fast.
As soon as the rocket is finished, the doors will open and you need to quickly run out and look to your right. There will be a glowing orange rock on top of the building, which you must shoot with your bow. You may think you hit it dead on but the game won't give it you. If you do hit it you will see a ball of fire launch towards spawn, if you fail you must wait for the rocket test to happen again.
Step 3: Mid- air shooting
This step is why the fire bow is so difficult, it is very tricky and will end up costing you alot of points. There are three very faint circles around the map on the floor, their locations:
-The ramp from spawn up to double tap
-Right beside the death ray activation
-By the entrance to the clock tower
Your job is in theory pretty simple, you must shoot each of these 3 rings while you are in the air after being flung by the wundersphere. For the one by the clock tower, take the wundersphere above double tap, this one is not too difficult, as you land right beside it, so you can shoot just before you land. For the death ray one, use the wundersphere in the upper courtyard, it is a very difficult shot considering how fast you are moving and will for sure take you multiple tries. The hardest one is the double tap ramp, use the rocket launch wundersphere. You need to shoot it from very far away. The annoying part of this, is every time you want to try it, it costs 500 points, so you can run out of money very quickly if you fail. Here are some tips to make this easier.
-Have your teammates stand in the circles as a frame of reference, iot can be very difficult to see the rings when you are in the air.
-Your teammates can buy the wundersphere for you if you run out of money.
-Charge up your bow before activating it, so you are ready.
It will take you a number of tries, but eventually you will get it.
Step 4: charging up rings
After each ring is lit up, you must stand in each one and kill zombies that are close to you to power each one up. About 10 zombies are required per ring. Pretty simple.
Step 5: fireplaces
Now head back up to the top of the tower and hold on the exposed gear, causing it to move. It will reveal a glowing symbol. You will want to either remember this or write it down. Now you want to find the fireplace with this corresponding symbol, the locations of the fireplaces are:
-In Eddie's room, across from samantha's
-In the church under neath the dragon head
-In the lower courtyard, if standing underneath the dragon's head you will see a set of stairs, at the top of these stairs.
It is very difficult to see the symbol in the fire place, so bump up your brightness and even shoot your bow in there to light it up briefly. Find which fireplace has the symbol you need.
You need to now go to whichever red circle is closest to that fireplace and stand in it, there will be an orange glow to your screen. At this time, shooting your bow will cause it to spawn these mini volcanoes, which stick around for a bit. If you spawn a volcano you can go up to it and your screen will light up orange again, meaning you can spawn another volcano. You need to keep shooting volcanos until you are in a position where you can see the right fireplace, where you must shoot it. You have 4 total shots to get there, if you do it in three you get a free max ammo. This step is decently easy, just kind of confusing. Hold on the fireplace once it is lit and you will grab some arrows. Now head to the death ray and you will see a giant ball of fire in the air, hold on this. It will spawn an arrow, pick it up and you're on to the last step
Final Step: Charging the bow
Same as every other bow, just place it and get kills
Wolf bow
The wolf bow is relatively easy, probabal;y second easiest to the lightning bow.
Step 1: posters
Unlike the other bows, this one starts differently. There are 4 posters around the map, holding on them triggers an audio que, either a guitar strum or a really obvious fail sound. You need to activate them in the correct order, luckily its the same order everytime, however, the locations of the posters changes every game, the four locations are:
-Bottom floor of the clock tower
-In the room above mule kick where the void bow is done
-Leaving Samantha's room and heading towards power, across from the stairs
-In the church, looking at the M8A7 go up the right set of stairs and you will see it.
The order of the paintings is always going to be:
1. Throne: a King sitting in a throne with some dogs
2.Knight: a knight on horseback
3. Mountain: a Mountain with a shield in the foreground
4. Arrows: A dead king swith a man bowing down to him
You must always hit the posters in this order, and they will not always be in the same locations
Step 2: Grabbing the bow quest
Head down to the pyramid room and on the wall before the stairs leading up to the church there is a symbol, shoot this with your bow and grab the quest it drops
Step 3: Shooting a flag
Really simple, head to the rocket test launch area and you will see a flag flying way up in the air to your right, shoot this with your bow. A skull will roll down the mountain which you can pick up
Step 4: Spawning the wolf
By the pyramid you will see the wolf box (which has 2 wolf symbols on it) which you will use later for powering up your bow. To the right of this box is the skeleton of a wolf, and it is missing a head. Hold on this skeleton and it will spawn a glowing blue ghost wolf. He will begin walking away, follow him. The dog will eventually stop and dig a small hole, before howling. Here, you need to kill a few zombies in close proximity to the whole. It takes about 10 zombies. When it is complete it will glow blue, meaning you can hold to grab a bone from the hole. Causing the dog to begin moving again. The dog will again stop and dig a hole do the same thing two more times.
Once you have the final bone, the wolf will begin pawing at a nearby wall.
Step 5: Shooting the wall
For this step you will need 0 gravity to be activated in the room During 0 gravity, head over to where the dog is pawing and you will see a glowing symbol at the top of the wall, shoot this and it will spawn a platform right underneath it, stand on the platform and hold a skeleton will hand you an arrow, and its on to the last step
Final step: powering up the bow
Again, same thing, place the bow in the box and begin killing zombies.
As soon as the fourth player finishes their bow, everyone will get this achievement. Again, this can be done solo, but it will take you a very long time, so the best way to do this is with 4 people, each doing their own bow.
Each player can build a bow and the achievement will still unlock.
This is possible in solo if you want to but it is easier with 4 people since there are 4 quests for the bows.
Note: You do not have to be the one to upgrade all the Bows you only need to pick them up off the Locations in the Zero Gravity Room

For this trophy, you must obtain the bow, and complete all 4 upgrades. If you are playing with multiple people, each can work on doing a different one, and once the final upgrade is complete, the trophy will pop for everyone. You do not need to equip every bow yourself, just have all of them upgraded at once for the trophy. When you upgrade your first bow, Take a Bow will pop.
First of all, how to get the bow:
There are 3 Dragon statues on 3 specific spots of the map; 1 in the Right Courtyard in the back, 1 in the green lab, & 1 underground near the pyramid. You need to kill zombies under each one, and they will get sucked into the dragon’s mouth to power it up. You have to wait in between kills for it to count though, so kill one, wait for it to be eaten, then kill another. After about 8 kills the dragon will breathe fire & crumble away. Repeat on the others. Then head to the tomb located between the stairs connecting the green lab and the underground, behind it is a box with the bow inside.
Here are the steps to get the 4 upgraded bows.
Lightning Bow:
1. Head to the Death Ray and shoot the weathervane up above with the bow, it will drop a piece that you must pick up.
2. Next, you need to shoot 3 pyres located outside the map with the bow:
-Left Courtyard, head upstairs by the 4 computer screens, look over the right side of that area and you’ll see it in the distance.
-Area with Double-Tap, look by the floating stuff that glows blue, and look to the right, way off in the distance behind the Rocket Pad is the next pyre.
-Rocket Pad area, face towards the main area, and look up and to the right to see the final pyre.
Each pyre should light up on fire as it’s being shot.
3. Head underground near the pyramid. Once the anti-gravity starts, wall run around the entire outer wall without touching the ground, there are 5 symbols with wind on them that you need to run over. Once all 5 are ran over without touching the ground, you’ll be done that step.
4. Around the map 3 urns will be lit up with electricity, you need to kill around 5-10 zombies near each and the urn will be powered up. Then you need to charge a bow shot (Hold ), your bow will have electricity on it, then shoot the pyres you shot earlier to infuse the fire with electricity. If you miss, just go back to the urn and charge the bow again.
They are located as follows:
-Left Courtyard, inside the clock tower under a staircase.
-Right Courtyard, in the room directly above Double-Tap.
-Rocket Pad, inside the tunnel.
5. Head up to the Death Ray, underneath the weathervane, the ground will have a blue electrical cloud, press on it and the final piece will spawn, grab it.
6. Head to the pyramid, put the arrow into its box with , the kill zombies close to the pyramid until the box stops collecting souls, then put your bow in the box to collect the Lightning Bow.
Note that some of the steps in the video are not needed, the only steps needed are the ones I've mentioned.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eUfvB5nGPrQ
Wolf Bow:
1. There are 4 paintings around the map, you have to hold on each in a specific order. If the painting stays lit up, then you got it in the right order. If not, just start again until you get all 4 lit up.
-Bedroom, located right next to the entrance to the Knight/Power Switch room.
-Green laboratory, at the top of the stairs on the right side.
-Clock tower, near the doorway leading to the computer systems outside.
-Circular room under the clock tower, on the wall.
Once all 4 are activated, head underground. Near the exit closest to the pyramid, a wall will open up with the first piece.
2. Head to the Rocket Pad, above the tunnel entrance is a flag sitting up high on the mountain above it. Shoot it with the bow to make a skull fall down. Pick it up.
3. Head to the pyramid underground, then put the skull on the box to spawn a turquoise wolf. Follow the wolf around the map and it will stop in front of some dig spots (1 in Left Courtyard, 1 by Double-Tap, 1 underground). Kill about 15-20 zombies at each and the wolf will start digging, hold to pick up the remains at each.
4. After getting all the dig spots, the wolf will stop underground and try to climb up a wall. There’s a hole at the top of the wall, you need to fire an arrow into there while anti-gravity is on, and it will create a ledge up top. Once up top, hold and the last arrow part will spawn.
5. Put the arrow into its box at the pyramid and power it up by killing zombies near the pyramid until the box stops collecting souls. Now put the bow in there and you’ll have the Wolf Bow.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_Z3dnUdAwpk
Skull Bow (AKA Void Bow):
1. Head to the area with Double-Tap, there is a symbol on the wall directly above the entrance to the Right Courtyard, shoot it with the bow to get the first part.
2. Head over to the circular room underneath the clock tower, and there will be a glowing panel on the floor, melee a zombie while it’s on it and the panel will break, revealing a vase hidden underneath.
3. Next, you have to find 6 skulls scattered around the map, and collect them with .
-From the spawn, head left towards Mule Kick, and as you’re going through the tunnel, the skull is on your left right before you get to the opening with Mule Kick.
-Left Courtyard, head up the stairs on the right as if heading into the green laboratory. There is a window here with the skull on it.
-Near Double-Tap, there is a shelf that has fallen over to the right, the skull is on the wall next to the shelf.
-Bedroom, in Samantha’s room on a shelf. (Near the teddy bear on the chair)
-Teleporter room, sitting on a sink near the safe.
-Rocket Pad, in the back of the truck near the Pack-a-Punch machine.
Once you collect all 6 skulls, head back to the circular room.
4. In the circular room, make 6 crawling zombies (earliest you can do this is round 4), and the 6 skulls will eat the zombies and kill them.
5. Now shoot the urn and it will say 3 of the following 6 words:
-Door
-Crown
-Griffin
-Stag
-Horn
-Heart
Make sure you hear exactly what words he says and in the correct order. If you mishear it, you can always shoot the urn with your bow again to hear the words. I suggest writing it down on paper.
Head to the room with all the Knight statues (same room as the Power Switch), find the Knight statues corresponding to the words he said, and press on each. A purple symbol will appear at each Knight, write down the symbol for each word you need. It doesn’t matter what order you hit these; it is just to find the correct symbol you need.
6. Now you will need to kill lots of zombies until they drop symbols (much like they drop powerups like max ammo, etc.), you need to collect the symbols before they disappear. There are 6 symbols that can drop from the zombies, but you do not need to find them all, just find the ones you need that correspond to the words you heard. Once you find the symbols you need, head back into the circular room and shoot your bow into the symbols on the floor. This time make sure you shoot them in the same order that you heard the words, this will spawn the final piece you need.
7. Head down into the underground, and put the arrow in the box near the pyramid, then keep killing zombies to power it up until it’s done. Then put your bow in the box to get the Skull Bow.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RbNwe2VD9c0
Fire Bow:
1. Head into the clock tower, and go to the top floor. You’ll see a symbol on the wall, shoot it with your bow to drop the first piece.
2. Head over to the Rocket Pad, and look at the bunker to the right of the tunnel, and you’ll see a black colored rock sitting on top of it. What you need to do is wait until the rocket test fires, and head into the tunnel while it fires. Once the firing sequence ends, the blast doors will open. You will need to rush over to the rock and you’ll see it glowing from the heat, you must shoot it while it’s glowing to get a fireball to spawn into the air. It might take a few tries, as your shot has to hit the hole in the center of the rock.
3. Next, you have to use the Wunderspheres and launch into the air and shoot some circular symbols that will glow red/orange. They are fairly visible while in the air but they won’t light up while on the ground. There is 1 near Double Tap, 1 near the Death Ray, and 1 near the computers at the clock tower. If you succeed in hitting the targets while in the air, they will stay lit and glow with bits of fire on them.
4. Go to each of the circles you lit up, and kill 10-15 zombies while standing inside the circles. Once each circle is filled, a tube of fire will fly into a fireball located above the death ray.
5. Head back to where you picked up your first part, and hold on the clock. It will reveal a symbol. Write it down or memorize it. Now head to the 3 fireplaces around the map and find the one that has the symbol inside it.
- 1 in the green laboratory, under the dragon statue
- 1 in Edward’s bedroom, which is the room on the right when entering from the courtyard
- 1 in the small tower in the back right corner of the Right Courtyard
6. Once you find the correct symbol in a fireplace, head back to the circles you just filled. 1 of them will be lit up again. From there you must fire a shot into the ground to create a mini-volcano. Now you have to stand in the volcano and fire a shot in the direction of the fireplace you need. When the arrow lands, it will create a new volcano where it landed and the one you were in will crumble. Continue by doing the same thing at that volcano until you get to the fireplace. Then fire a shot into the fireplace to make it glow with a red flame. Grab the item in the flame.
7. Head to the Death Ray and the fireball will be really close to the ground. Just hold on it, and it will drop the last part.
8. Head underground to the pyramid and put the arrow into its box, then power it up with zombie souls near the pyramid. Once it’s finished, put in your bow and you’ll get the Fire Bow.
