I would recommend waiting and earning as much money as you can until the end of round 6 or 7. Hence, to survive those rounds without much trouble, I would recommend getting the L-Car 9 for a price of 750 from one of the market tents in the Junction. By then you should have enough to afford all the doors needed. In the end you will need a total of 10,750 to unlock all the debris needed and survive.
For a precise sight of the parts I suggest watching the video below because it is difficult complicated to explain their trails.
Canal District
As soon as you get out of Easy Street, turn left and enter Canal District. Then, always go straight and make a left whenever is possible. This part is located in the middle of the second 'skyway' you will need to cross. If we count the door we needed to open in order to get to the Junction, the trip to retrieve the part will cost you 4,000.
Waterfront District
For the second part get yourself back to the Junction and enter the Waterfront District. You should see it in front of you on your way back from the Canal District to the Junction. Next, always go straight and make a right whenever is possible, the part will be in the house on fire, right before the powered stairs. The way up to the second part will cost you 3,500.
Footlight District
If you are coming back from Waterfront District to the Junction, you should find Footlight's entrance by going straight and looking to your right. The only 'easy' way to explain how to get to the third part would be "just go straight," except for when you make a left instead of getting on the train. As in other districts, you will need to go through 3 doors, thus spending 3,500 points more to collect the last part.
Finally, if you did it in the same order I did, turn around, follow the path and you will eventually find a workbench on your left. When you get there just hold to make the Zombie Shield, then go back to the Junction. There, kill the last zombie and play the next round. The controls for the Zombie Shield are to melee and for rocket boost, the latter being what you need to do to get the achievement. So, make a train, line the zombies up, and hit the right trigger.
Video guide :)
To get all the Rocket Shield parts you must first open the 3 districts and open up the areas containing Juggernog, Speed Cola and Double Tap. You can find all 3 parts laying up against walls or on chairs, etc. within the immediate area.
Once you have all 3 parts, find a workbench and build the shield.
It would appear you can only kill a specific amount of zombies with the shield under normal circumstances because I first attempted this on round 9 to a train of zombies and barely killed 4 or 5.
The method that worked for me was to keep the shield on me and wait for a random InstaKill to drop. While the InstaKill was active I pulled out the Rocket Shield, turned around and burst into the group. I rocketed twice just to make sure.
This worked for me and I was on round 28, so its never too late in the game to attempt this trophy.
A few seconds after you decimate your train this trophy should pop, if not, try again.
Here is a video by PowerPyx showing the part locations and how to get the trophy
There are three parts to the Rocket Shield, one found in the location of each of the rotating Perk Machines in Canal District, Footlight District and Waterfront District. The perks that rotate are Jugg-a-nog, Double Tap and Speed Cola, so if you are at these machines then one of the parts are in that vicinity. Now use them on a workbench to craft a Rocket Shield. There are three workbenches, but if you can't find one there is one behind the warehouse in the Waterfront District.
Once you have the Rocket Shield, press to equip it and to charge forward with it. You only have three charges, so if you use them all you will have to get another shield. Group up as many zombies as you can, preferably more than 10 to have room for error, and then charge through them all in a line for the trophy.

On wave 7 we collect zombies (as in the video).
First in one location, then we run to another.
We take out a shield, with which we hold back the blows of the zombies in front, just so that there is no one behind us.
