I can't get this? You know why? Cus Treyarch cant make games. Veteran achievements won't pop up for me. The reason why I post this on this achievement solution is because executive order is the hardest in the campaign and I really really really am not doing that mission ever again. When I beated the game on hardened, it gave me only achievement for recruit and regular. Screw black ops. if you havent got it yet, dont buy it.
Voted up, because it's still helpful for the ones that actually CAN unlock their achievements.

I covered the corridor (minute 19:30) with 3 smoke nades until the door to the right (minute 20:30) and threw the last smoke inside this room. This way worked best and I survived.

For me the hardest part was in Executive Order getting from the hallway into the control/observation room because of that one guy who is triggered to meet you at the doorway. I threw a tactical grenade and then used the grenade launcher to take him out.

It's not too bad. I'm not that good at COD but I beat this in about 2 hrs. I got stuck at the end of Ex. Dis. like everyone else. The guys are always in the same place so just memorize their locations. The grenade launcher attachment helped out a TON.

I was really fooled into thinking this was a good game up until I decided to try it on veteran. This level will show you just how bad the AI and infinite respawning system are . Not to mention the horrible check points at the end of executive order this game is going back to game fly today and I will not attenmpt a single motherfkn achievement. The AI is worthless. It can barely hurt the enemy. The AIA gets in your way and get you killed. Sometimes the AR I will not move where it is supposed To. The enemy ai has aim bot like capabilities and can shoot around corners and Insta kill you. The entire design is cheap. Imagine this as a game that wants to eat corners like an old arcade game. This is that kind of design. Very poor. Thank you. Goodbye. Good riddance.

Operation 40 and Vorkuta are not that hard to do, just take it slow, use cover and let the AI players kill some of the enemies, they will constantly rush forward most of the time. Don't save and quit in middle of a mission, cause the achievement might not pop because of that. This happened to me.

In the end of Executive Order there will be a long part with no checkpoints, you need to get to a room on the right side of the corridor and the enemies will respawn continuously, save some smoke grenades for this part.

The enemies can't respawn when they are alive inside the smoke cloud, also they mostly won't shoot you. I recommend saving at least 2 smoke grenades for this corridor. Throw the other one after you have reached the room on the right, then you will see a small room on the opposite of this room (far left of the long corridor). Lob the other grenade there and rush to this room. You might hit a checkpoint and after that, it is easy to finish the mission. Note: in this room there is usually a couple enemies there, so be ready.

yeah use the AI this wud be great if they did anything but the AI on ur team is so useless u may as-well play lonewolf style they dont even do anything when they cover fire. the enemy just laugh leave them and come straight for u with 3 shots max and u r dead sometimes even one cus they will hit u in the head the enemy r like aim bots pop out then get shot ... vet is wank it wud be better if ur AI did something except watch..

One comment I'd like to add to the executive order video is save ur smoke nades. If u notice he burns all 4 at the elevator room and like he says he gets lucky in the final room. Throwing 1 smoke (or 2 max) in the elevator room works perfectly for moving up allowing u to use ur last 3 in the nightmare hallway to come. Also don't be afraid to use frags as u can usually pick up more off the dead bodies.

misterman08: I hope you noticed that the person said that you should not Save and Quit otherwise the achievement might not pop because it happened to them. I would normally agree with you but this was blatantly put out there.

The last part of Executive Order on Veteran makes me want to bite my fingers off. So frustrating! Up until that point, Black Ops' veteran was challenging but doable. Then I hit this wall. I'll have to try again later.

Yes, I completed the campaign veteran, that was definitely the hardest part. I recommend having 2 smoke grenades for that. The enemies have less time to respawn when they'r inside the smoke cloud and can't shoot you. Then is the time to rush forward. When you get to this small room on left side of the long corridor, it may hit a checkpoint. But there is usually at least 2 enemies there, one with a shotgun at least.

I wanted to kick small children during the tunnel sequence but if you save four smoke grenades and once about to enter the tunnel with the room to the right; clear out first four or five guys, throw a smoke, then another in front of that, and so on until you get to a yellow cart at the left turn in the tunnel just past the war room and locker room you'll get a save point and life, once again, is sweet.

executive order level, struggling in the tunnels?

you shoulkd have not used your smokes until you got to this level, ok clear room at bottom of the stairs, peek around corner clear a few russians that move forward... use explosive crossbow on lift in far room (just peek around the corner) when safe move up to barrels on left down corridor and use 2-3 smokes in front and to the left. move up and mp5 the 2-3 bad guys and hide behind barrels on left, beside the lift. reload and clear forward. (checkpoint) now the next hard part is clear forward and in rooms with exploding computers... now this is the sneaky bit....

before going down the next horrible corridor of doom, re trace level to where you start the tunnel, swap crossbow for enlarge mag submachine pistol and pick up another 3 smokes off the silver table!

this makes the last bit a peace of piss

good luck!

This was an excellent tip.

After the server room, I lobbed in two greenades and two smokes in the corridor, then ran into the small alcove on the left. One more greenade and one smoke more, and I dashed to the room on the right, killing the two enemies inside. Meanwhile the friendlies proceeded on the corridor. At the back of the room was another exit to the corridor, I threw in one smoke and one greenade and dashed to the locker room, killing the two guys inside. Checkpoint reached.

I'm not sure if I've ever seen such a frustrating point in a game before :) Thanks for the great tip.

You must complete “Operation 40”, “Vortuka” and “Executive Order“ on Veteran difficulty. Please refer to "Black Op Master" for tips.

“Executive Order” on Veteran is one of the most difficult missions, since there is a point where you must fight against infinite respawns. Below is a video to help.

To get this trophy, complete the three levels listed above on Veteran Difficulty. You can play them out of order via the Chapter Select menu.

Operation 40 and Vorkuta on Veteran shouldn’t give you too much trouble.

For Mission 4: Executive Order, in the underground facility, after clearing a control room and coming to a corridor with blinking yellow light and a yellow vehicle on the right, you will enter a corridor. This corridor has infinite spawns until you push far enough into the command room on the right behind the vehicle. I spent two hours here. Move from cover to cover and lay prone because you can use be hit by bullets even if you crouch.

The method I generally use is to crouch behind the crates on the left, move to the vehicle (your allies should move up to the vehicle at this point) and immediately run across to the gap on the left behind the crates earlier. From here I can see the entrance to the command room so I throw (not cook) a couple of grenades and use them as a distraction to make a run for the command room. Pay close attention as there is normally one guy directly in front of you as you enter, and other enemies to your left. Eliminate the first guy and crouch or prone just before the small set of stairs to take a breather. This should also prompt you allies to move further up and cover the corridor.
