2) keep pressing LT and RT and you will break out of the chair ( you will recive and acheivment)
3) Walk behind the chair where you are sitting
4) Press x to access the computer behind you
5) Type in ZORK then press the enter key(achievement unlocked)

When you start the game wait untill you get to the title Screen. Then Fastly press The left and right triggers (Bleep bloop) Untill you break free. Now turn around and you should see an computer in a corner. Go to it and hold down X. Now on the top right corner of the screen you should see a keyboard, Type into it ZORK and press enter. (Bleep bloop)
Note: Typing In DOA will Create a 4-player co-op Zombie mode, but its in a sort of Birds eye view. (Note: DOA means Dead On Arrival. A tirm used by doctors.) (this will get you another achievement.)
Note: ZORK Is a Word game. Its was One of the first Games for computer.
Note: The following notes below will not unlock you achievements, i just thought you might want to know about them.
Note: If you type in " 3arc unlock " ,without the quotes, all black ops missions unlock and so does the zombie map "five". (Warning! this is a cheat and activating it may stop you from earning some achievements, You will have to use the " reset " command ,without the quotes, to reset it. Also this will not unlock you any achievements.

From the main menu where you can select Campaign, Multiplayer, Zombies and Options use your Right Analog Stick and look down at your hands then hit repeatedly both the triggers on your controller and you will be released from your chair. Go behind the chair and go to the terminal/computer and hold X after this enter Zork and you will unlock the achievement/trophy.

This is a simple achievement the first thing you need to do is break out of the chair in the main menu by pulling RT and LT untill you break free the go to the computer then type in zork then you're achievement should pop up.

Just thought I'd mention that if you have a USB attached keyboard, you can use that to enter commands/codes.
If you want to quit the ZORK game, just enter "quit" (without quotes), then enter "y" (without quotes) for yes.
