I've found a great way to do this VERY easily on any difficulty. On the mission "Executive Order", while you are disguised as the Russians, just before you enter the building in which you have to clear the floors one by one, face the door, turn around and look left.
You will see three enemies standing next to a building, simply walk up to them and equip your python (which you get given by default), line up your shot and fire.

Finally got it after 10 tries... make sure you shoot at the right shoulder of the first guy, and do it from their behind (which would be on the near side from where you arrive at this point).

Good solution. Just to add that if you shoot before your team breaches the door it causes them to die restarting from your checkpoint. I had to time it with when you hear your team mate shouting "go" surprisingly enough.

I did it on Redemption when your going through a flooded hallway while I was using the Galil. I would 100% recommend doing this on zombies its super easy just grab an M14 and get 3 headshots.

Firstly thanks to "Astaroth1337" for posting his solution =)

This way took two tries to get, mainly because on the first attempt i had not lined them up properly. I found that i couldn't line up the three heads in such a way that the bullet would travel through all three. It would have hit two and missed 1.

The way i lined them up was to stand on the left side of them and while looking down the sight, aim at the furthest's away head. I waited untill the one in the middle moved his head in-line with the one in-front of him, and the one at the back (nearest you) moved his right shoulder in-line with the two heads and then shot. Make sure that you take the shot as soon as you can because you don't get much time before they move out of this alignment.

Im not saying this as a certified solution and there will be easier ways to do this, im saying this is how i did it.

I think the key is that the bullet hits one enemy and two civilians. I just kept on trying, also using the gun. But I got it with the automatic machine gun, the gun the guy throws at you at the bar. Just shoot in the direction of the police and civilian.
And the two helis with one rocket I had many tries, I pulled it off on Veteran, l2ed XIII try hit RT than rocket explode earlier, so you can easier get the two helis, don't wait for impact.

excellent solution - just a couple of additions, keep firing after the warning about killing civilians comes up, as the character will still keep firing. behind the notice. also, walk out of the bar slightly to trigger a checkpoint so you don't have to go through the opening stages too many times. great guide - got it on my 5th try.

Took a few tries, but it worked eventually! I used the M16. General Arcane's tip about getting a checkpoint is a good one, but one wouldn't pop for me just outside the bar, I had to run right down the street to get one - but even if you do that, the checkpoint puts you back in the perfect position, and you don't have to sit through the feckin' opening scene every time.

I was driving and shooting the jeep/tank thing at the start of the second part of rebith. Not thinking about this achievement I shot with the machinegun into a group of running enemies. ploink! achievement unlocked while spraying bullets.

Thanks, got it on ~10-15 tries. As read above use the checkpoint to not see the opening scene again and again. Go a bit outside of the bar, line up [LT] to the right (where the civilians are running) and shoot [and hold the RT Trigger] even when the message came up that you should not shoot civilians then it came up.

This guide is a bit try and error, but when i didnt got the achievement on 2 playthroughs (normal and veteran) it works for me now.

Works great, took me about 5 tries, before you attempt to do this though, make sure you watch out far enough to get a check point FIRST, so that you can immediately retry again when you fail, otherwise you'll have to go thru the intro cut scene again and again.

Worked for me. After about 15 tries. Just head out the door and wait for the checkpoint. Kill yourself or a civilian and start over. You'll be outisde with civilians running. Just shoot and spread. Aim for head height. Keep shooting after message pops up.

Worked after a few tries. Go thhrough the cut scene and get the checkpoint. Get yourself killed or try shooting the civilians. After that you always start at the door And can try to shoot the civilians.

tip for anyone having trouble.

put your sights up to the right near the little bush.

wait for that 1-2 seconds, you will be able to see exactly when they line up. Then you pull the trigger and it works.

key thing is to not start shooting straight away. pick your moment with the civilians.

Thanks to GeneralArcane and Isis88, plus one additional observation. Here's the whole thing, soup to nuts:

- Get past the first animation, and run out into the street chasing the civilians, but DO NOT KILL THEM YET. WAIT FOR THE CHECKPOINT TO POP.
- Once the checkpoint pops, go ahead and shoot a civilian and let it fail. It will now start you just after the annoying animation, so you can run through this pretty fast.
- Now, when you restart, you will be at the front door for the bar. Cops are already shooting, and people are running.
- Sprint just to the bottom of the stairs, towards the running civilians. This will help you get a level shot.
- Quickly, pull the LT to aim down the scope, aiming at head level at the thickest part of the group of civilians walking away.
- Pull the RT to shoot, and hold the button down so you keep firing even after you get the warning for shooting civilians. If you're still not getting it, very very gently sweep left and right as you shoot to distribute more shots into more people.

Once I stepped down the stairs, I got it right away. That was the trick for me, so I was shooting a straight line through their heads.

let it be known that this achievement can also be won in the Dead Ops Arcade mode. i think that would be the easiest place to do it as you have unlimited ammo, some VERY powerful weapon upgrades, and the zombies are usually very bunched together. to get them in a line, just run in circles and avoid getting hit and they will gather up in a horde in no time. this tactic also helps for the "rhino" achievement, to dash through 20 zombies at once.

side note: to access dead ops arcade, at the main menu hit the LT and RT back and forth until you break free and stand up from the chair. make your way to the computer in the back of that room and hold X to get on the computer. then type in DOA and then hit enter. that will unlock dead ops arcade, AND a couple more achievements along the way

@Grapple there is no specific set of events you gotta do to get this. its almost always accidental. but if i were to suggest anything, i would say the minigun upgrade would be best as its pretty much one hit kills. just dont go nuts and kill them all. you have to wait til there is a group of them lined up in order to hit three all at once

the key in DOA is staying stationary and shooting. get a group bunched / lined up, stop moving, and fire straight. took 2 tries vs the 10 on level one.

I got this one on DOA (level 6?) while trying for the "Easy Rhino" achievement. I had a bunch lined up while trying to run over them. I think I was using either the shotgun or the rifle you start the game with...it switched either right before or right after I got the achievement. Good luck everybody!

you get it the same way you would in any other mode, except its probably easier in Dead Ops because you have unlimited ammo and the zombies are bunched together. just play normally and it will eventually pop up.

As shown in the video below, start on the first mission of the game on recruit. When the door is opened shoot right at the civilians running away from the police. If you are lucky enough to hit 3 you will get the achievement. This may take a few tries so good luck =)

I just got this on level 8 "Victor Charlie" As you proceed through the level there is a large machine gun/Turret on the water where after killing the gunner, the chopper comes in. To the left of the turret a boat will pull up and approach land with like 4 guys on it. I was using a WA2000 and lined up with the incoming boat and got this achievement.

Watch out for enemies on foot. I took them all out but I think once the boat starts pulling in another wave of enemies begins.

First Time I'm doing this so I hope it helps, let me know if you have questions.

I did this on the zombies map "five"

There are a few ways you can do this:

1- Get to the end of round 1 and have the M14; spare a group of around 4 then line them up and fire twice at the torso of the first one.

2- Get to round 2 with an M14, then before lining up the zombies knife them once, after that the M14 can kill 3 or more of the "selected zombies" with a body shot.

At least thats how i did it btw the easiest way to line them up is run around the table and at least three will line up just make sure you've knifed them before you try to line them up good luck : )

Here's one that is also on Victor Charlie but with cometary

Once you get to the docks after you detonate the c4, there will be a couple of small boat coming ashore. If everything goes right there will be three enemies on a boat and should be lined up perfectly to take the shot.

The easiest way to get this achievement is in Zombie mode on level FIVE. In the first round buy the M14 then switch back to your pistol either do it at first or let three zombies live. Shoot each zombie twice in the chest with the pistol then run around the tables till you get them lined up and switch to the m14 and shot them once you then should have killed them and gotten your cookie

I got this one without trying on WMD, use the AUG (Default weapon) in the ambush at the start of the mission in the safehouse. A few enemies come in through both entrances and rush around together into the sight of your weapon, just stay where you are and shoot in their direction.

I got it on the mission "Rebirth" from Hudsons point of view when you are in that car with the Machine Gun/Grenade Launcher. after a while of that you will come to a bridge thingy and a bunch of Russian Soldiers/ Scientists will scatter onto the bridge in a massive group. from there just fire a single bullet from your MG into the group of people and you should get it! i got it accidently when i was trying to get the "No Leaks" achievement!

I got this achievement on a zombie map. Just get a rifle and a bunch of zombies. I got it by chance, but it is do-able.

I also got this completely by accident, while doing the Veteran run through on Vorkuta. At the point where you get the Gatling gun and have to walk down the steet (just before you get gassed) I just kept shooting the trucks and the guys, and it popped randomly.

All you have to do is start a zombies game on kino. On round one let 3 zombies in, shoot each one a few times with the pistol, then buy and m-14 off the wall, line them up and take your shot.

Do this on zombies in kino ... get the python and round up a bunch of zombies on the stage shoot one shot back and you should get it.
PS. Make sure you are under round 10 because the python. Is a two shot kill after that.

Just as a note this can be done in zombies, which should make it significantly easier.

I got mine from body shots with an upgraded weapon but I would just try lining up headshots.

Easiest way to obtain this trophy:

Step 1: Load up the Campaign mission "Executive Order" on any difficulty.

Step 2: Follow Woods and obtain your Russian disguises. Keep progressing and meet up with Bowman and Brooks. (You will see them toss a couple Russian soldiers down an embankment.)

Step 3: When Woods says "just do what they do" you will see your team start running towards the main Comms building. STOP right where you are and do not follow your team to the building.

Step 4: Look to your left. There are 3 (three) enemies standing next to a building/wall. Equip your Python (default pistol you are given).

Step 5: Line up the shot and shoot the 3 soldiers that are standing next to that building/wall.

If for some reason you mess up, the mission will "fail" and you will restart from checkpoint.

Keep trying until you unlock the trophy!

This Trophy can be achieved in either Campaign or Zombies and the later is the easiest way of achieving it, load up Kino Der Toten and purchase the M14 of the wall, this eliminates the random element of needing a weapon powerful enough, 6 Zombies spawn in the first round, wait for them to all group up and then when you have distance aim for the heads and pull the trigger with that at least 3 should die and the Trophy is yours.

Although not exclusively limited to Zombie Mode, this trophy is best attempted while playing Zombies. Sometimes enemies will drop a powerup that looks like a glowing skull (Insta-Kill) that makes your shots instantly kill anyone. Line up 3 zombies and use either a gun with wide spread like the Olympia or with high piercing like sniper rifles and shoot them to unlock this. Credit to Vo1cl.

The trophy glitched for me as it did not unlock during my first few tries but it unlocked the next day when I was playing a random Zombie game without doing anything.

If attempting this in the Campaign, there are a few places you can try these:

Playing Mission: Executive Order on Recruit. This is currently the easiest way known. Follow the video below to get to the ideal shooting position. Credit to mjc0961.

You can do this in various ways. You can play Dead Ops Arcade (see "Insert Coin" achievement), and kill 3 zombies there with a single bullet. In the mission "Numbers", when you are escaping with Dr. Clarke, he should open up his weapons cache. Grab the PSG1 gun from his wall, and as he opens the door, aim down the hallway and you will see an enemy running towards you.
