Call of Duty Classic

This mission is especially hard on verteran. though persevere, it is do-able. leading up to the base is comparatively easy so i wont detail it, though take your time and stick to cover as often as possible (utilise the lean as much as possible and beware the mine fields around the border).

when you get to the base try and leave as much kiling as possible to your invincible ally. if you see a fixed machine gun stay as far away as possible, if you get to a good distance you can shoot him without them shooting at you.
with the number of times i tried this you get familiar with the spawn patterns of the enemies and it is just a matter of getting past a series of fights without screwing up.

- stick to cover
- lean round corners
- use grenades frequently
- switch for enemy weapons to prevent ammo shortages
- learn enemy spawn patterns
- let your allies keep up and do as much work as possible
- take your time, watch your back
- listen, you can often hear enemies running round corners (indoors)
- if you're having trouble seeing turn the brightness up on your tv (no brightness option in the game menu, not really necessary for this mission)
