This is done in Extinction, without giving any spoilers you must make it to the cabin, I found a great video on getting this achievement by NGTZombies.

After you made it to the city you will need to destroy three or four more hives for the chopper to arrive to destroy the Alien hive blocking the path to the cabin. Once the chopper destroys it the achievement will unlock.

The cabin is just after the city. After you destroy the final hive in the city while the helicopter backs you up you will be able to walk towards the cabin and the trophy will unlock.
