How to unlock the Nemesis Completionist achievement in Call of Duty: Ghosts - Definitive Guide
If you are going in this order of generators:
1,2 Right side up and down
3,4 Middle (garage)
5,6 Left side (Gas/Petrol station)
When you are in the garage doing the generators there, DO NOT KILL THE ANCESTOR AFTER THE GENERATOR HAS COMPLETED. If you do kill the ancestor after the generator has completed its powering up you will end up glitching the game and you will not be able to trigger the ending with Cross. The dialog will stop and the second ancestor will not spawn at the Gas/Petrol station and you will have wasted your time.
We have done this in three different sessions all experiencing the same problem. Just be careful. If the ancestor dies during the powering up that is fine, but if they are starting to leave you should not kill them.
Why? Any ideas?
It is recommended that you do this on regular with no relics active as otherwise it can make it much harder. There is a challenge for each of the 6 generators and one for each door opened. Some general tips are:
- Circle challenges change location every 5 kills
- Play with 4 players
- Play with no relics on
- Save/Craft flares for important challenges! They are extremely helpful in weapon-specific challenges, taking no damage from seekers, trap kills, and high and low kill challenges
The completionist in this DLC is much easier than the previous ones. Most of the challenges are predictable and usually occur in the same areas as long as you take the same route usually. There is a challenge for each of the 6 generators and a challenge for each of the doors you open. If you decide not to open all the doors, then that's less challenges you will need to worry about. A few things to point out, you will not get a weapon challenge when opening a door. The final 3 challenges are always the same, but can be in different orders.
Deal 20000 damage to critical points and Don't take any damage for 2 minutes. You'll want to hide on the opposite side of the area for that one. It usually takes an enemy 1 minute 40 seconds to get into a spot where it can hit you if you are hiding on a opposite side that it's coming from. If an enemy comes from the front gate it can be a little more tricky. Just don't run out and try to kill it. The last challenge you can get is to kill the ancestor in 180 seconds. Make sure Everyone has NX-1 Disruptors, and charge them for for max damage.
