Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare

In the mission "Retribution: Cost of Victory" you have to use the computer automatically because it is a mission objective but you can use the computer long before if you want this.

If you are in the "main room" where you can select the next mission and stay in front of this, turn around and go in the right corner. Open the door and interact with the computer on the table.

First available during Retribution: Aftermath. As soon as you get access to the door by moving the large cabinet, you'll watch a cutscene and end up in an office. Walk forward and notice the computer on your left; interacting with it to unlock this.
You also have chances to unlock this during any of the later Retribution missions, and will be required to use the computer during Retribution: Cost of Victory.
