The mission begins with a Zero G section that allows you to use the hook to kill enemies. Continue forward and kill as many enemies as possible by using your grappling hook with cn_LB while locked on. Once you reach the Breach objective, restart the mission to re-do this section until it unlocks.

I wanted to post my method for anyone else that is having problems unlocking this like I was. The method that worked for me was to go into my games and apps and delete my profile save from everywhere. This does delete everything saved from your campaign so I would recommend doing your full play through and doing the other achievements before attempting this method. A new fresh start play through of the campaign was able to get me this achievement on the Boarding Party mission.

Load mission "Operation Port Armor: Boarding Party" on recruit. Right at the beginning of the mission is the zero g grappling hook sequence. Kill all enemies here with the grappling hook until you reach the "breach" checkpoint. If you reach the "Breach" checkpoint, quit to the main menu and load the mission again and repeat until the achievement unlocks.

Main Mission – Operation Port Armor: Boarding Party
At the very start of this mission you will be in outer space and can grapple enemies from afar (press LB to use grappling hook).

This will pull the enemies towards you and kill them instantly.
Because your teammates are killing enemies you can’t get 15 in one go.

There is a little trick: after killing everyone and reaching the next checkpoint you restart the mission via pause menu. Your kills are still saved and you can farm some more. Should only take 2 runs to earn the achievement.
It’s best to do this on recruit difficulty.

This trophy is awarded for performing a total of 15 zero G "grappling hook" kills. This can be done in missions where you are out in space in a zero G environment. Enemies will have a reticle on them and when in range will show an prompt in this reticle. Hit and you will grapple toward the enemy and do a one hit melee kill on them. This count proceeds through death and is saved instantly so you can grind this out at the first oppurtunity for it if you wish.

The first time you can perform grappling hook kills is at the start of the main mission Operation Port Amor when you start out in space on the exterior of the ship.

This can be grinded at the start of "Operation Port Armor: Boarding Party" and is recorded on Recruit difficulty. Use the grappling hook on the enemies in the zero-g beginning of the level. Once you have cleared the area restart the mission and repeat until you earn the achievement / trophy.
