Could it be that you also have to be in the winners circle, as in finish top three for each win?

Can't possibly be that as I've been in the winners circle the majority of my wins. I have also won 5+ games in first place on gun game.

Can confirm: Glitched. Being in the Winner's Circle does not help.

From what I was told, you have to win the match and be in 1st place. Don't know how true that is. If anyone can comment on how many 1st place wins they have to see if it holds some truth.

try winning in different game modes. Might be just me but won the achievement when winning on a different game type. Might very well be the 5th game type which I won a game in. when I unlocked the achievement.

I've won on TDM, Frontline, Uplink, Gun Game, Search and Destroy and the Hardline counterparts, I'm sure someone else can confirm that they have done the same.

I just got the achievement, I needed 3 Cache resets, I was just playing Infected.
I can also confirm this: when you play with an account which didnt start this game, if you play infected and get 5 wins in a row the achievement will always unlock, tried it with 2 other accounts.

i made 10 wins streak on infected and no achievement yet

Just unlocked it very randomly. Got mine in my 180th game, winning ratio 134:46. I was playing Infected and I wasn't in the top 3, though in the past I managed to be top 3 about 10 times.

There's no rhyme or reason to my knowledge, seems like it's inevitable as long as you just keep playing.

Only one I need and still haven't got it at 60 odd wins really annoying. The fact that there is almost an update every day and it still hasn't been fixed is beyond me.

I played and won 6 games after the patch and it didnt unlock. I cleared my cache once again and removed my profile and redownloaded it. I played one game of infected after doing those steps and it unlocked. Prior to the most recent patch I tried 4 cache clears and had no luck.

i cleared cache several times and recovered gamertag and no achievement. now all i can do is have the same luck as SDREW44.

I had 23 wins on team deathmatch, played a game of kill confirmed and won - no pop. Then played a game of Infected and won - achievement popped. Seems like infected win works for a lot of people.

I just got it today after about 20 wins in infection it's seems to be random guys just keep trying everyday I wouldn't even remove your gamer tag tbh

Unfortunately, the multiplayer in Infinite Warfare frustrates me to no end and I refuse to continue playing it. Really don't understand why this is taking so long to fix. They've been patching the game quite a bit.

Fucking finally it popped! 25th win and I placed 3rd in the winners cicle. My theory still stands that they do not fix this achievement yet (or at all) because they know that once people unlock this achievement, the Multiplayer will be dead...

Everyones talking about 'why this hasnt been fixed?' Well its because in the developers eyes nearly 9000 tracked gamers have got it! They wont see it as a priority unless NO one unlocks it for weeks or possibly months. I know how they work - ive been through this with other game developers and glitchy achievments. It wont be on their priority list.

Just got mine. 13 win streak playing Infection. Then switched game modes to Hardpoint lost 2 games in a row then achievement popped! Good luck everyone struggling with this.

Mine just popped after clearing the system cache. Had a total of 7 win 0 loses. Glad I'm done with the multiplayer.

Hey welcome to yet another crappy made cod game. Glitches and bugs all over again. Ah well, so long as they ship out their game in November and collect their money it's all good! Who cares about making sure it all works. Let's focus on dlc to sell more crappy achievements and bugs. Only money money money!

^ just for the record this is the first game released in the series with a buggy achievement, and making a buggy 5g achievement isn't game breaking. Most people dont give a shit, it's an achievement bro. I don't think any reviews for this game took pounts off for this achievement.

Whatever you might think about COD and the current thread is about ONE achievement not unlocking. They just need to update specifically addressing this issue. It's not rocket science, compare won games to 5 and if egual or superior unlock the dam achievement. That's it that's all. The rest is too much ass-kissing in my opinion.

I've got every achievement in cod excluding the win10 stack and I agree with zero, which I could only feel the appreciation if u in fact have played all of them as there really arent any faulty achievements. Also there's an update today so there's hope!

Finally got it I had a total of 24 wins when i got the achievement. I played and won in different multiplayer modes. My last game i played was uplink and won the match.

After 46 wins, I finally got it.

This might be superstition, but I pulled up the achievements list, moved the Dominion achievement to the top, and kept it snapped while I played (and won) my final game of Infection. It switched over to the Unlocked tab but didn't give me the popup notification. I exited the game, closed the achievements list and relaunched it, then it gave the popup notification as soon as it refreshed.

Unlocked completely random for me, was 3rd placed in losing team. Only played frontline never any other mode.

55 total wins according to the victories tab when it popped although still not 100% sure how infection wins may or may not count toward the achievement. Played across all games modes, 5+ wins in tdm, domination, etc. Tried the last few suggestions of having the achievement snapped, played a few more matches and it finally popped after an uplink win. Probably just coincidence and still nothing definitive but glad something finally worked. Definitely won't bother trying to boost the Win 10 version until there's a clear patch for it.

I played Kill confirmed and by the 5th win the achievement popped as it's supposed to. Also if you check the recent winners you'll see that plenty of people are getting it.

An update come out today (1/11/17) 1.51GB. I jumped in a game of infected, won and it popped. Maybe it'll pop for you guys too.

Finally got it after 5 more wins today

i had 19 wins in various game modes before I joined a in progress game of infected and it finally unlocked. I didn't even play the game I just rubber banded and spun in circles. Totally glitched achievement.

I've played it again today after the recent patch and still didn't get the achievement. I'm currently at around 45 wins and no achievement. I've tried almost all the solutions I've read so far and none have worked.

Well your best bet is to either keep playing or wait for another patch. I suggest you to wait unless you are really concerned with getting this achievement and have all the other ones already.

Nowhere in the solution did I tell people to "Just play until it unlocks". There is a reason the solution consists only of stating that the achievement may still be glitched with no definite answer on how to unlock it.

Dumb ass comment hawk. The achievement is bugged and your best bet is to wait for a patch like he says, unless you really want it now then u play until u get lucky.

I finally got it. It does appear completely random. I had 30 some wins I think. Popped after a game of infection

I had over 50 wins (mostly infection and TDM) and no cheevo. Then I played frontline for the first time and I lost it but the achievement has popped up. I see in comments that it unlocks for some people when they play frontline mode (even if they lose like me).

Got 10 wins, started playing the game today. Achievement still broken it seems, even for new players.

To my knowledge Infinity Ward never announced this glitched achievement nor made any approach to fixing it. I highly doubt they ever will if it has been this long without even acknowledging the problem. The only thing I can tell you is to play the game and it should eventually unlock. It took me around 50 wins to unlock.

I kinda followed Heraizen's advice and removed my profile.
After I removed my profile I removed the game and cleared the cache. I then re-download my profile and reinstalled the game. I didn't however had wins in different game modes, only around 170 wins in infection. After I did the above I got another 5 wins in infection and got the achievement...

Finally popped last night @ 60 some odd wins after losing a game of hardcore domination....so if it doesn't pop for you, keep playing different modes from both the standard playlist as well as the hardcore.

Around 90 something wins and still no achievement. Mostly in infected, some in scattered other modes. I understand that I have to keep playing but I am seeing a lot of people pop it on here much sooner so I am a bit concerned. Any more random things I could try?

so i'm now over 80 wins according to challenges, over 90 on my record. I've tried reinstalling game, clearing cache multiple times, removed and redownloaded my profile. I don't know what else to try, played multiple game modes, have had a long win streak and won on a different game mode and lost too. have been in top 3 more than 20-30 times. I was where you were at, after a point I just won 10 days on infected every week and hoped that it would eventually pop. After getting on and playing a match with no special game mode or cache resets the achievement popped. The reason to why the achievement does not unlock for some is still unknown and the developers have yet to acknowledge the problem. In all honesty the only thing I can tell you to do is to keep playing, I know that's not what you want to hear but try and space out your wins especially after patches are released.

Over 120-130 wins (depending on if you look at records or operation challenges). Getting annoying now. Tried a whole range of game modes. Done infected a few games then move onto a HC game more or a different core mode game mode. Nothing. I just hate this MP sooo much, i just want this achievement to pop now. I can just deal with the zombies on this game, but the MP is aweful.

Not worth it to buy a physical copy. I do have a Xbox One I can destroy. But I don't want to have this game be the cause. I'm pretty sure this will not work. But please somebody try to make sure.

I know its annoying. i'm over 120 wins and still nothing. Given up for now, got better games to play than shitty warfare. I'll wait a while and hope they patch it or i'll try again once new dlc released for xbox one.

Been trying this achievement for a couple days and am at 70 wins...tried a hard reset on the system (One S) to clear the cache, tried redownloading my profile, nothing seems to work. Tried hardcore TDM, infected, gun game, all of it. Frustrating. Does anyone know if a hard reset on the One S definitively clears the cache?

I really don't think the multiplayer is bad if you just grab some friends and have fun with it lol. Just sort of a pet peeve that it won't unlock. It's whatever.

The multiplayer isn't terrible but if you're playing it just for an achievement (obviously if you're here), yet it can be very frustrating not knowing if it will ever pop up. Myself I had no idea about a cache reset and it eventually just popped up after playing countless hours and prestiges in the game.

Any game mode is fine but I preferred playing something that required little interaction like infected.

It's for completing the game, not for 5 gamerscore

As of 13/08/2017 ... this is still bugged. There is no known fix for it. i have tried clearing the cache, deleting local data and various other possible solutions. Nothing working yet.... :(

Around 200 wins, no joy. In my time playing, I've been checking other players achievement that had certain win numbers. Those over 600 wins always seem to have it.

Do not worry guys! This achievement si not glitched! Is just randomly poped. Is a trick from activision to make us play a lot of COD IW multiplayer wich veterans players find it so bad compared to other COD multiplayers. So dont wait for a patch because it will never come. Last days they release a new DLC so is not hard at all to resolve a possible "glitch". Just play a lot and hope to get the achievement. OR.... NEVER BUY A GAME MADE OR PUBLISHED BY ACTIVISION, BECAUSE THEY KNOW HOW TO TRICK US ALL. AND THOSE TRICKS WORK EVEN TODAY.

So popped this 5 minutes ago, said "ahh fudge it we'll give it another try" I prestiged my weapon because I realized I was max level. Played an infection match and won, and it popped. Nearly shat myself entirely.

Wow, it finally popped. I didn't do much out of the ordinary. But here's a recommendation. Make sure you have no outstanding supply drops to open in multiplayer.

Also if there's a gun you can unlock, for me - despite being a Season Pass owner - I didn't have the VPR. So I completed the Challenge to win 12 games whilst getting a kill with the X-Eon.

When this challenge completed - the same game that was my 12th win for the VPR - popped the achievement for me.

So I recommend trying to complete a challenge to unlock a weapon. If that challenge involves wins, even better.

If that doesn't pop it - I didn't do anything else differently. I played, I won some, and I lost some.

Perhaps I played for a long enough time duration. Sometimes I only play for an hour or two. I played MP for about 4+ hours. Maybe that helped too. I don't often afford a lot of time to play MP.

FINALLY!!! mine popped after losing a game of gun game where I was about 4th from bottom. I had 321 wins in total.

I opened all the supply drops I had etc, then went to armoury and prototype lab and upgraded my NV4 to Vigilance and then the very next game it unlocked as soon as the final kill cam was playing.

150+ wins, prestiged, leveled almost all my guns to 10+, and still no achievement

I'll add onto the last three comments, I have played a ton of Zombies, probably more than multiplayer, I have a cod account and also spaced out my hundreds of wins throughout the game modes TDM, KC, FFA and mostly infected. Thanks for your comments, they are always appreciated. Wish there was some correlation between everyone's comments.

Mine just popped today. I did everything everyone else said, but what @KillCrazyCat did worked for some reason. May have just been luck. I did two infection matches and then lost a core tdm and it popped. I was on 64 wins and was on a 5 win streak before I lost in tdm

I'm still very disappointed I have tried everything posted here and on every single other forum I have found and I'm still not getting it to unlock. My very last achievement I have left too. If it's not fixed by time I finish the final dlc that's being released shortly they can have a very angry letter from me coming there way

Still glitched. I noticed my profile says I have completed the game 100%. However my gamerscore says 1545/1550. This happened to me with a quantum break cheevo... magically unlocked silently later..

Been very unhappy with this games will to fix this. I'm a big conpletionist and it's gonna kill not to have this last one pop. Especially how easy almost anyone should have it. Just destroyed the beast from beyond dlc first day of launch and I'm stuck just hoping my last glitched achievement will finally pop

This achievement is still broken af, the game almost released a year ago, and they still didn't fix this issue. They clearly don't care about having glitched acheivements on their game. Because of this broken achievement people need to keep playing their shit game...

My win streaks keep freezing after a loss so that wins no longer add and losses no longer zero it out. My mutiplayer stats under the achievement page say 0% mutiplayer progress. Everyone that has the achievement on my friends says 100%. Anyone else notice these things?

Yep, I'm pretty sure it has calculated multiplayer stat % by the number of achievements in multiplayer gained over the total. So if you have the achievement you'll be at 100% and if you don't 0%. Silly stat.

That's crazy the number of wins you have and have not unlocked it yet. To my knowledge, you're in the lead as most unlock it around 100-200 wins after messaging me.

It just broken plain and simple, but i more worried the the achievement rarity has gone from 23.82% up 21.54% they should be getting more common not more uncommon, which is worrying though.

I have contacted Activision support numerous times with no success. A few of them didn't even know what I was talking about, I highly doubt that they will fix this achievement when it has been this long. I'll keep my hopes up though.

well guys i think this is the first achievement im giving up on ever, im now 3rd prestige, over 1250 wins, played all modes, prestiged guns and no achievement. Ive really enjoyed the mp by the way, the maps are a bit grindy, its just a shame about this and yes i have tried all the tried solutions above many times including uninstalling/reinstalling the game.

They should just patch this achievement... it's already Under investigation since 4 August 2017, and since then nothing happened, it looks like they just refuse to patch this glitched achievement so we are forced to play their shit MP.

After 11 consecutive days of trying, still nothing. I wanted to unlock this stupid achievement before starting the campaign and the zombie mode, but i guess i have to re-evaluate my choice, right now. In the meantime, i hope this new "fix" works, i played too much multiplayer these days, in my opinion.

This ahievement just won't go. I've played over 100 games in Brazilian lobbies and at least 700 games in all together. I hate everything.

Well I must have the most terrible luck ever 😡 been at it for countless hours joining Brazil servers and still no achievement I've joined games and even had one invite me done well over 20+ games and still nothing going to try Cople of more games later if I still don't get it I give up shame as it be the last achievement I need 😒

Try again tomorrow. I did 6 hours on Brazil lobbies and then another 1-2 the next day. I quit playing infinite, for a while and then decided to try again once more before bed and it popped. Keep jumping lobbies if you can, too.

I can not say with 100% confidence as to why this achievement is buggy, however, I do have a few observations that I believe indicate potential reasons why this achievement is glitchy.

I have unlocked this achievement on two accounts now. The first account I unlocked this on was during the beginning of the game. I had well over 100 wins and it did not unlock until roughly 1 month after the release of the game (sometime in December of 2016). It unlocked immediately after an update, and it was a my games and apps update, not an in game update.

For this account I have just unlocked the achievement on, I had major difficulties unlocking it, like most people attempting to earn this in last 4 or 5 months. I installed the game on 2 xbox ones, and would play one or 2 games, reset the cache, switch to the other xbox, play a few games, reset the cache, and i would repeat this process. I had around 400 wins. I played in United States. A strange thing I noticed everytime I switched xboxs however was that every time my game loaded up the main menu was that I was asked what server state I wanted to sync, my xbox ones saved data, or my xbox live saved data, every time I tried to pick my xbox live saved data, the game was unable to retrieve the data. I waited once for almost 2 hours and it was still stuck trying to retrieve it. So i was forced to pick my xbox ones saved data instead of the most current data which would be xbox lives saved data. I have no clue if this particular interaction has any impact on the dominion achievement but it does at the very least indicate that the servers on this game struggle to recall and retrieve data.

I personally believe that this achievement is quite similar to the way xbox achievements unlock. I'm sure many people have had this happen to them or it has not happened to them they at least know someone who has had it happen to them which is when they unlock an achievement and the message, "Done! Unlocking..." appears. Now eventually over time this eventually fixes itself and it is completely unlocked. I believe this game has a built in trigger that is supposed to unlock after 5 wins, but if a lot of people unlock it simultaneously the queue for unlocking the achievement gets backed up and it takes a manual "flush" to set it up. My guess is casual players who are next in line to unlock the achievement just never go back and play a game to unlock the achievement so there is a very long list of people who are awaiting the achievement upon completing a game of multiplayer but they either quit or gave up the multiplayer of the game. I hope this makes sense to everyone, I know it may sound confusing. My guess as to why this achievement is easily unlocked in a different server region is because there are less players on the server which means the queue for unlocking the achievement is also much lower as well, which obviously makes it easier to obtain. I can't say if dedicated servers or a player hosted lobby makes a difference in counting for the achievement, but I doubt it matters, I would be surprised if it makes a difference, however I can not be sure. I personally played on the japanese server by using a VPN, but adding people through clubs and other methods and joining games off of them would work as well. I used PIA VPN with a USB to Ethernet Adapter. If anyone would like to try doing this through this method here is a video link (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AtJIXzfFUqA) that I think easily tells you how to set it up. PIA vpns do cost money however, so if you want to get this for free you probably want to do what Lythiris suggests in his comment above. Using a VPN would however get you into a brazilian or asian game server everytime you search as opposed to joining off randoms which may or may not be different server regions.

I unlocked this achievement after about 35 games in asian servers, with 400 + games first played in US. I can only hypothesize why this achievement works like it does, and honestly most people probably do not care about how it works, just how to get it and once they get it they do not care at all. For those curious about the achievement and it's irritating quirks you may find this interesting.

The only thing I can say is stick with I was at 547 wins . I opened all my guns and did all my free unlocks/crates and if you get into a super laggy game stay in it that's how mine popped not knowing if it means anything but playing on foreign servers worked for me .

I have just won this today and can confirm that I used the "Brazilian method" and it worked. I was at 101 wins. It took me about 25 games and a further 15 wins from when I started to add random Brazilians to my friends list. So friggin pleased as I can get my 86GB back now, delete all my new "Friends" and sell the bloody game

Well at least people are have good luck with the Brazilian servers because I've had about 30+ games now and still no achievement looking like I'm never going to get this because I'm about to just give up 😡

I can not guarantee that all of these people are form brazil but many of them are. I may also have repeated a few of their names twice on accident. I also may have misspelled a few of their names depending on if they have l's for I's or 0's for O's etc etc etc.

Unlock yesterday, the brasilian method work with me too or maybe is just a coincidence (?). Same as reported by another user up there, my game was estremely laggy when the achievement pop, again maybe is just a coincidence or maybe not.

I have been playing on brazilian servers (joining their sessions, extremely laggy) played around 15-20 games. Still nothing yet :(

I'd recommend just playing one game on the Brazilian servers every day. I think eventually it will unlock for as you have plenty enough wins you just need to "check" the server and you should hopefully get it soon

Well this is strange so I've gotten the last achievement for zombies so the only achievement I need left now is the dominon achievement but I've just gone to my account on gaming on xbox one game hub and it's saying 100% but you can see thyat I'm on 1745 out of 1750 and 87 out of 88 but when I go on to the game it still showing dominon on the locked so does this mean I got or not any thoughts

I've been playing on Brazilian servers for several hours each day for the past 4-5 days and nothing. I have over 400 wins and none of the other suggested methods for unlocking this achievement worked for me. I'm getting tired of trying already.

Brazillian Server finally worked for me... although I had a lot of games on the brazillian servers... around 10-15 a day for 2 weeks.

I joined a game almost over at 24 - 89 and it endded 45-100, we lost... I have no idea how it popped but it did and this nightmare is finally over!

I had never touched the multiplayer before starting to play on Brazilian servers last week. I got the achievement on my twelfth victory with nine losses beforehand. Here are the gamertags of people I friended/played with. Like Aypl v2 said there are no guarantees these are all Brazilian users. You should be able to tell when you get into a game whether it is majority Brazilian or not from the general spelling of gamertags however.

I've played about 40 games on Brazilian servers and won like 20 of them, still no achievement. I've spent hours trying to get a measly 5G achievement that's glitched. If there's any advice/tips that people who've unlocked this can give me, I'd greatly appreciate it.

I finally got it! Complaining really does work lol. I played well over 40 games in Brazilian servers over the course of a few weeks, more than 20 of them were wins. I unlocked it shortly after complaining in a comment. I got on yesterday night and played a few games in Brazilian servers. I joined a game of Team Deathmatch that was in progress off of a Brazilian player. My team was losing when I joined, but we ended up winning 78-76. I had the final kill and I was also in the winners circle. The achievement unlocked during the final kill cam. I got it on my 73rd win. I'm not sure if all of this is relevant, but I just want to include as many details as possible. Keep playing in Brazilian servers and you'll get it. Good luck!

It’s bull they didn’t fix this achievement. It’s been out for over three years and it’s the 2nd most disliked video on YouTube I wonder why. I’m complaining because I herd it worked. But still BS game can’t fix a 5g score achievement. Keep in mind this is the same company that made MW2 one of the best games of all time then went downhill with ghost, advanced warefare now infinite warefare. I’m am not buying another game unless it’s a remake of mw2. Talk about a downgrade.

Got it today after 5 games on Brazilian servers with a mix of wins and loses, the last game was a win. Stats are now 67 wins and 40 loses for my account.

Yesterday I tested it with adding some Brazil players with no success.

Today I tested it with an OpenVPN connection to a Brazil OpenVPN server. But before I did this, I cleared the cache of my Xbox. Then I set up an OpenVPN connection to Brazil and it seemed to work for me. (Read about this solution in a PS forum, where someone used an OpenVPN connection to Japan to get this achievement on the PS4.)

So I’ve tried to join 3 people midgame from brazil so far, and each time I get an error message. Are u guys doing something special in order to connect to Brazilians?

^ it says 100 percent because 99.5 percent of the gamerscore earned rounds up to 100. Also does anyone have an update on how to join these guys? My nat type is moderate (couldn’t find anything simple about how to change it to open) and I can’t join anyone in Brazil. I get the error “can’t connect to host”

Hey guys u guys oh holy sh#t u guys they released a new update today and I got this achievement today! I won two matches in normal Europe Servers , nothing happened . Then I joined one brazil Server game we lost 41-100 I was part of the killcam and boom achievement unlocked.i don’t know if they patched it or not but they released a new update today so try it out yeahh

Inferno, I have no idea why you can't connect with players from Brazil. To my knowledge, you're the first person that I've seen have that problem.

xbox says my nat is open but IW says moderate. message i get when i try to join any brazil player is "Unable to connect to host. status TEA" no fucking idea man

I had that issue before i unlocked the achievement, the way I was able to get in was during the pregame lobby, if it says status TEA and they are in game, continue attempting to join every 45 seconds to a minute until they hit a pregame lobby. I was usually able to connect after the game ended. If you review a status TEA message that's a strong indicator that the lobby is Brazilian. The reason you wouldn't be able to connect is because the you and the host can not connect, when the lobby is in pregame no one is the host it as it determines host during the countdown,

If your internet connection is poor this may cause problems as you have to pray that the host that gets selected is from Brazil and that you can connect to him.

Sure enough, I was able to join a game and came back here to report. Aypl is correct.

I finally got it today I managed to get into a TDM with 9 other players that were 80% confirmed Brazilians (They have Br or Brazil flags in their calling card) and the host raged quit mid-match so it host migrated to someone else and it popped during the winner's circle.

All in all, It took me about 100 games trying to connect with Brazilian players ( i had roughly 60 wins to 40 Losses) just add a bunch of Brazilians players and hope for the best.... also i usually scrolled through these clubs (Brasil Multiplayer, Call of Duty Brasil Offical, Mestre das Armas) for randoms who were playing

So after countless times getting into Brazil server and still not getting it. it just popped the Brazilian servers did not work for me I just loaded a normal EU game had teamdeath match we just got our ass kick and it popped on the final kill cam so I'm not sure what gets it as I look now my win are 449 and w/l ratio is 3.139 also I had seen some people suggest using all your keys and scrap I did not do this I've got 50 keys and 1128 scrap. The only thing what I did is I stopped playing it for Cople months and just went on it now and it's finally unlocked. Good luck everyone still trying to get this ass of achievement finally it's over

Just to clarify as well I did go on the game when they did update it had one game and when it didn't pop in went off the game and as far as am aware when I came on it just now I didn't see any update.

Coming here to bitch in hopes for achievement unlocking, seems to have worked for some people and its honestly worth a shot at this point I'm kind of helpless. Have tried pretty much everything, reset cache, uninstall/reinstall game, removing profile, console reset, different consoles, Brazilian servers VPN, you name it, if its a solution I've tried it. I'm one of the few people to complete every cod game including the different Xbox versions and Windows 10 version, surprisingly enough I was able to unlock it on WIN 10 no problem but its being a real pain in the ass on Xbox and completely killing my 100% completion

I dont know what to do now. I am currently at ~160 games, ~130 wins. Reset cache, reinstall game and joining brazil players didnt work for me.

Won my first 5 with Brazillian guys... after that I got some strange network issues and I was unable to join any games... after booting xbox i was able to play again but no achievement so far... over 20 wins.

Got it with my 76th win. Brazilian method really worked. I kept joining in South American servers until there was horrible lag and we had to migrate host because of lag. After that game achievement popped while in final killcam. My two cents is that you really need some lag to shake it from server cache.

Won 5 without it popping. Reset cache as stated and then left console off for 20-30 mins. First game back was a win and it unlocked in the emote screen at the end of the game.

362 games played, 243 wins...still nothing.
According to activision support this achievements has been patched and they suggest to play the game as normal and it will pop automatically

I have over 320 wins and no Dominion achievement. Tried all kinds of solutions. Clear cache, recover profile, Brazilian method. Played most of the game modes except Hardpoint. Not enough players in that playlist.

I've said this before in previous comments but if anyone has 50+ wins I would highly recommend only playing 2 or 3 games every few days until it unlocks. I strongly believe that you have to wait until the server catches up and gives you the achievement, by playing a game or 2 every couple days you essentially are checking the server to see if you get it. I personally unlocked this achievement after ~350 wins playing on North America servers then I won close to 50 games on Brazilian servers. I also unlocked this achievement on the first game I had played in about 3 or 4 days which is why I suspect that I needed to wait for the game servers to catch up before I could get the achievement.

To my knowledge, this achievement has always been glitched and still is. Some people unlock it instantly, some take hundreds of wins like myself and many others. I myself never used the Brazil servers.

Finally after more than 40 hours of playtime in multiplayer i got this achievement today. Played many tdm games with brazil players but today was the first game with extrem lags.
After the killcam the achievement unlocked.

I don't think theres any solution to this achievement other then just keep playing. I had 98 wins when it popped on a loss. Ive played with some of the Brazilian guys listed above in very laggy games so I assume it was their servers and nothing. I've cleared my cache, nothing. Seems to be completely random with some getting luckier on when it pops then others.

Just got it, did a few games en brazilians servers, and the last game I did was extremely laggy... and POP.

I FINALY GOT THIS BROKE SHIT. 132 wins with about 60 being on Brazil servers. I would always try this one day but give up and not come back for a while. I decided to try what AypL v2 said and play just a few games but more consistently (I don’t think this mattered but I’m just detailing all the steps I did). I looked at who recently got this achievement and see who they added to their friends list to join people from Brazil because all the people i used when I 1st started trying this have stopped playing this game. I finally joined a TDM in progress where it wasn’t that laggy but it did show the connection symbol in the left of the screen during the match. Then on the final killcam it was extremely laggy and unlocked the achievement when we lost by 30.

Guys, I may have found a simpler way (which does not involve connecting to Brazilian / Japanese servers), which worked for me after 2-3 matches (as it seems pretty clear that lagging the hell out of your connection to the server increases the odds of unlocking the achievement) ....

Using the Xbox Windows 10 app, connect to your console and stream the game to your PC. The amount of bandwidth required for streaming will adversely affect your connectivity to your online match, and may cause the game to become increasingly laggy as the match progresses. When I unlocked the achievement, my game was virtually unplayable (and I had a 1-bar connection when viewing the scoreboard). Of course, this may depend on your router setup and network strength (I'm connected to my router wirelessly, on a separate floors). If you have a streaming-friendly router, and never noticing any lag spikes when streaming, then obviously this may be a moot point.

Let me know if this works for other people : )

Might as well combine both of the methods, try making your internet lag while connecting to Brazilian servers.

So basically, the pattern here is pretty much set in stone - LAG the hell out of your connection to the server prior to the match ending ; )

high ping/latecy/delay seems to play some role in the achie yea.. but there's players who lag like mothertrucker and still not getting the achievement.
also theres people who dont lag at all and still get it..

also lot of othere people have got it while joining mid-match, mm... just wudnt really go saying that lag is the permanent key. but you are getting somewhere with your claims..

209 wins... was playing in a match I found by trolling the COD Brasil board. About an hour in I got an invite from someone to play. Joined their lobby. About half way through that match the game got incredibly laggy (4 symbols showed up on the left). Couldn’t kill anyone, but they killed me quite a bit. At the end (win, team deathmatch) unlocked during the final kill cam.

This is so awful. I know I'm on a brazil server. But i lose every match cause the fuckers are all in a group together even if I just No on their lobby. So every time its a loss. And ive never lagged. I don't get it. This is the worst cod game of all of them.

With a name like that I'm pretty certain he's Brazilian, but I haven't lagged once in any of the several games I've played with him so far. I'm 150 wins in and this achievement (my final one for the completion) is really starting to test my nerve lol.

i almost gave up on this, if any1 struggling with it, the key is using VPN software to access Brazilian servers, i got it 1st match and it was loss
i had 110 wins and i tried joining brazilian players in their match but it never unlocked for me, but after i used the VPN software it unlocked in the screen with the top players, 1st match like i said and we lost it...yaayy i can move on to other games :D

If you read thru the comments, theres previous scenarios that somebody got the achievement "just after update".
So either it can be coincidence, or few selected lucky ones gets it after an update.

I got it to unlock with Pisboy Sparxx's VPN solution. I had a little trouble finding a lobby of people to play with, but once I did, it took only one match for it to unlock.

Just got it first game (didn't even win) and I was on a Brazilian server using NordVPN through my laptop.

You definitely don't need to use the VPN but if everything else above doesn't work I would recommend it. I spent hundreds of hours on this stupid achievement. Check out clubs and try to find one that is located in Brazil and join on one of those players.

Anyone know any braziilan gamers GT's that still play infinite warfare? Don't want to piss about with VPN's and stuff that i have zero knowledge of

Hello everyone, I am a Brazilian player and I have this achievement unlocked since my 1st day playing this game 12/06/2016. It was my 4th achievement unlocked in this game and I had no difficulty in doing it. I have this game completed since October, 2017. I will try unlocking it in a secondary account this week to see if I can get it.

Update: got 5 wins today after playing 10 games and the achievement didn't unlock.

I think that it's glitched and that it's more luck related, playing in Brazilian servers didn't help you at all. And it's almost impossible to find a lobby full with Brazilian players only, we get frequently matched with people from all of Latin America. Normally we play against people from Argentina, Chile, Colômbia, even mexicans are included.

This is still glitched as of January 22, 2019. I'm at 24 wins currently, 8 of which were on Brazilian servers - no luck so far. Dumbfounded by this whole mess of a glitch and how long it's been affecting players.

I tried doing the VPN method and I wasn't able to get past the "Connecting to Xbox Live" main menu message. It would always lag out or if I did get past it, I could never find a game.

Had the game for about 6 months, played ~50 hours of multiplayer and won a hundred something games, just popped a few days ago after losing a match.

Still nothing, literally the only achivement i need for this game.

Just started playing about a week ago and nothing so far, I won 149 matches and joined a lot of Brazilian players still nothing. I've started playing just to get this achievement and somehow I'm near to do a prestige mode now lol. Hope to see any difference after doing the prestige thing.

11 August 2019 I finally unlocked this while playing on the Japanese servers. Played normally on Canada, nothing. Won many games on Brazil, nothing. Join a Japanese server, lose, and get the achievement immediately after the game. I checked PS4 sites and they all say joining Asian servers like Japan/Hong Kong/Korea unlocks it all the time.

Achievement hasnt unlocked for me after 50+ wins.

If any foreign player sees this and still plays IW, invite me sometime if you wanna help me get this.

After trying to VPN in Brazil it wasn’t working so I VPN Into Hong Long and invited a bunch of people until I had 5 to start gun game and got it after the first game.

I have the same problem on PS4. (Just got the game) (I played this game on Xbox One a very long time ago) I am at 14 wins and I still haven't gotten the trophy. lol

Is there a way to filter players when searching a club? I'm trying to follow this solution and Step 2 says to find someone in a Brazilian club playing Infinite Warfare. How are people searching these? When I find Brazilian clubs, like ones with thousands of players, many of them are offline or on random games. Is there a better way to find a Brazilian player that's online and playing this game than scrolling through hundreds of players on the club roster?

Just some observations the last 2 days:
When I was in a match lobby I frequently checked other gamers that had a similar rank as me (27) to see if they had the achievement. One guy unlocked the achievement yesterday but most with 15-100 wins didn't. (moral of the story is lots of people are still not getting the achievement after 5 wins).
The ONLY really laggy match I encountered was my last one in which the achievement popped.
I'm certain playing a laggy game has a great chance to unlock the achievement at the end, provided the player has at least 5-10 wins beforehand.
Don't worry about getting overall 1st in anything. Just play team based modes and/or Infected.

The time to move on this achievement is NOW people! Matches are getting SPARSE! I couldn't find any matches in about 1/2 of the game modes and some others took forever. Don't let this achievement get lost forever by not trying just a little more.

Mine just popped and it feels good. Just some info for my achievement. Matches won 30, it popped after 5 wins in a row, the game was not laggy, all american server. 25 wins were in tdm. I thought I was host the 5 in a row I won. It was regular tdm not the dlc tdm. I never cleared my cashe or recovered my gamertag. Hope this information helps. Good luck!!

2. Winning 5 matches in a row
3. Winning 5 different game types
4. Winning in 5 different regions
5. Having DLC or not

upto 30 wins in several different modes...nothing. guess i gotta go till 200 wins like everyone else.

I have a australian friend who has this game, got him to join a TDM match. I tried to join him several times with no luck. It kept saying unable to join host while game is paused...now heres the wierd part...

He quit out to find another match and i kept trying to join him through the games join feature. It finally joined a match he wasnt even in !! i dont know if it was a australian server and there was no lag but i didnt search for a game myself, just kept pressing y and choosing join game on his gamertag.
played TDM, lost massively 53 -100....and in the final kill cam the cheevo popped....like wtf is wrong with this achievement lol

can someone explain to me how to even find the clubs been looking for about an hour was it removed from the site or was it that your bad at explaining things

It's been 4 years and the Xbox dashboard has been updated and changed quite a bit, currently if you click the home Xbox button, right tab once to "people" and halfway down you'll see "Clubs".

so now that im at clubs i dont really see anything that lets me search brazillian players and or games cause this stupid achievement is my very last achievement for the entire cod games and i have been both playing and looking for ways to unlock this for about a week so any help would be great

Just noticed while trying to work on this game that I didn't have this achievement despite having 640 wins. Got it by going to manage game and deleting all saved data. Your game should re sync when you start it back up. I hopped in tdm and got it when we won.

If anyone else is crazy enough to try this I used VPN and did Australian server. Due to this being the only one populated out of Australia, Brazil or Asian servers. First game lost and it unlocked, absolutely butchered my kd but got me 100% completion. Very laggy as others had said, left side got 3 very red symbols and my bullets didn't register in the game. I play this game a lot so if you need help with anything drop me a message

Thank you for your comment, it might be pretty hard to find Brazilian servers and as time goes on servers just in general. The more lag the better so VPNs would definitely work and many people have confirmed they have achieved this via the VPN method before.

Make a session to get people and when searching for a match with your vpn invite the people in your session. Easily done in 5 mins in an infected match

You're most likely going to have to create a session on TrueAchievements to be able to get a public match going. First, make sure you've got your VPN set-up and anyone else who wants to go for the achievement.

Australia servers are pretty populated as long as you are able to be awake on their timezone, at least for me in the UK they worked, not sure if the same would work for USA but doesn't hurt to try

I got to 30 something wins without getting this, turned on the xbox one achievement tracker and played a game, and it popped at the winner's circle. Might be coincidental but I thought I'd mention it just in case

I just got this achievement today by using a vpn (expressvpn). I wasn't able to get Brazil working so I tried Hong Kong and Japan but could never get into a lobby. Then I tried Australia at about 8:00pm their time and was able to get into a game of team deathmatch. I joined mid game and we lost but I still got the achievement, I already had like 40 wins. It popped while I was watching the final killcam. Good luck everyone to this painful achievement!

I can confirm as of September of 2021 that the VPN method still works. Be sure to check your IP address on Edge on iplocation.net before searching to make sure you'll get the correct server. I went for Australia around 8-10pm their time and was able to find a match within 5 minutes. Lost a team deathmatch and the achievement unlocked right after.

Wow. this game is dead, dead. And I was finding games for MW3 yesterday! People really hated this one I guess.

Finally did it by joining a random Australian. He doesn't know because we never interacted but he's my hero for this. After a constant playing i reached 106 wins and all it took was a laggy (red symbol) game .

Huge congrats, I can only imagine this is getting harder and harder to achieve.

damn this one is annoying, shows how little Infinity ward cared about this game, i've got 14 wins and no achievement, the servers are only going to get more and more empty, this is a big reason i hate multiplayer achievements.

I just unlocked this achievement today (6/4/22) by joining a Brazilian server with guest accounts signed in. You only need 5 players to start a match of Gun Game and can have 5 in a party, just be sure to constantly move and shoot your extra controllers so that they don't get kicked for inactivity.

I was able to get this on 8/19/22.
I live on the east coast so first I played games on the east coast severs. Then I went to California for vacation and joined an east coast player from my recent players and it unlocked after I won. I was also playing on a hotspot so maybe the poor connection was what caused it to unlock. Whatever the case the achievement is possible by playing in the U.S.

Tried it with nord vpn (brazil) and connected to pc, hard to find games but after a days worth of waiting a game popped and finished it. Achievement unlocked. So much work for 1 easy achievement

Any advises for this achievement? Tried with a VPN in Brazil but no luck. Can’t find a game with Brazilians.

Got it in 2023. Australians helped me get it. We did gun game. 2 of us did splitscreen and you need 5 people to start a match of gungame. Afk controllers kicks you real quick even if you move the other controller. We all got the achievement, even the dude that did his first match ever. Don't remember the Gamertags of the guys who helped out. Cant help further than this comment!

Almost second prestige and still no achievements

It's hard to have a better solution when there is none. This solution has helped many people but nowhere does it guarantee that it will work. This solution actually did not work for myself and I just had to plug countless hours into the game until it unlocked.

Ive had so many wins (1st place) already and still no achievement. Last one I need, there is like 10 people on TA that arr just missing this achievement.

I did every suggestion above multiple times and they didn't work, my guess is just keep playing it'll pop eventually.

I purposely tried to lose some games of infected just to see if it would help the achievement, you're pretty much guaranteed to win every single match and you can just hide somewhere until the end and be last alive and get killed and it still counts as a win lol it's a good mode for keys for zombies too, I quite enjoy it tbh

^ Yes, this is the very first glitched achievement in a Call Of Duty game. But it's not about the Gamerscore. It's about people not being able to complete this game 100%.

And for your interest, while the achievements themselves have always unlocked in the past, the process that leads to unlocking an achievement has been full of bugs, glitches and other problems in almost all Call Of Duty's.

Looking at COD 1, 2 and 3. Campaigns (BO1 Rebirth, BO3 loading screens). And especially Zombies (Gorod Krovi's EE, every other fucking Treyarch map ever made (bullshit deaths, invisible barriers killing you, errors, freezes etc.)). And don't even get me started on the servers fucking you over during an achievement attempt (especially on the later Call Of Duty's, looking at you: BOIII)...

Games have very simple achievements that for some odd reason don't unlock for specific players for unknown reasons, this isn't new thing to happen to easy achievements in games. Nevertheless they should definitely be looking into it and leaving feedback about this. With project spark they made back routes to unlock achievements for players having trouble. Call of Duty could possibly use the method if this problem is more complicated than it looks. If this achievement is as easy to fix as people are stating I believe they would of fixed it by now.

I've also got all achievements in this franchise (except for the W10 version's and BOIII on the 360). The only thing I wanted to point out was that the achievements have never been faulty before, but that the game sometimes is.

Parts dropping out of bounds on the Gorod Krovi EE, the Leper being stuck outside of the map, hitting a death barrier in Revelations while you shouldn't. Glitches and bugs like that do prevent you from obtaining an achievement. Sadly I've had a lot of those negative experiences with the COD games, hence my frustration in the previous post, sorry about that.

On topic:
More and more support people are responding to gamers in need on the Call Of Duty forums and Twitter. They're now telling us that they are aware of the problem and that they are working on it (but they do not have a clue when it's going to be fixed). As long as the developers are aware a fix will come some day!

hi there, i really do appreciate youre guide in how to get this to unlock, i have tried everything suggested above, i have wins in all available game modes and have over 700 wins lol and guess what?, no achievent. I have prestiged twice and btw ive seen another gamer with nearly 800 wins and no achievement for this. Ive been looking at people who do have it and it would seem that if you started playing after august 2017 like myself and plenty of other gamers you wont be getting it. Ive been playing mp over 80 hrs now and maxed 44 guns prestige wise, just thought id post this fyi.

Hmm, interesting, I got the game on release and spent months trying to get this achievement.

@RENEGADE1934 there have been plenty of people who have played after August and got it i know at least 5 who started in in October and now have the whole game done and people are still unlocking it daily slowly but still daily.

Difficulty is finding someone in japan who speaks english, has infinite warfare and is willing to help. If you can find japanese gamers actively playing you could just add them and connect. I dont know how the PSbros are finding them. Anyone know any way to see gamers by country playing a certain game? Maybe something third party like twitch to find active players in japan?

Never mind. Just joined someone else's game and the achievement finally popped. After 88 matches, of which 76 are victories.

Anyway, i find this situation pretty funny, everyone writes a comment where they complain about the achievement not unlocking in any way, and then, the achievement finally pops after some matches. Maybe TrueAchievements is the right fix, who knows .

So let me add to the mega thread. I didn’t get it after I bitched about it. So that strategy doesn’t always work. But what did work was going to Brazil. There servers or lack there off or how ever you wanna see it.

There are a bunch off theories floating around, but this work for me. So here is what I did, added a bunch Brazilians form my friend how got the achievements hours before. Joined a lobby, after spamming join for 5-10 min. I would suggest to keep spamming instead off waiting till the status goes to in pre game lobby. As there can always be a opening, and you want that foot in the door.

Once your in add everyone, do it in phases or you can get kicked for inactivity before you add the other 10 in the game.

Then get a a list going and hope they go to other lobby’s. You want to hop around. I played about 17 games in Brazil. 10 off those where in the same lobby. Then I hopped around about 4-5 times and it unlocked on a win with me leading. (What is funny because I had a 1 second delay)

So if you can it’s worth the risk to go from lobby to lobby. Since a lot off people got it on there first game in a lobby. You have to find the lobby. Or that’s what it looks like.

Why Brazil? I don’t know, there are theories about it not working on the dedicated servers and Europe and USA have really good coverage. The rumour is that the achievement broke with updates and you need to be in a peer to peer match witch is also nowhere in Europe and USA. Especially with a good connection that most people here have. So that’s maybe why some people still get it in there own region. And you have a lot higher chance off getting peer to peer in Brasil because off less coverage. With dedicated servers.

To be fare I don’t claim to know why, but I know that I won around 330 matches in Europe and a few in Brazil. It unlocked after 2 days off trying in Brazil instead off months in Europe. Maybe where all lucky and is it still not working for everyone. But the last 8 people that commented here got it this way. In relatively short time off one and other.

So I hope this might help someone.

That happened to me to as well, I had it for about a month and a half. Keep playing 1 game a day on a Brazilian server every day and you will get it eventually. Don't lose faith!

Amazing! Brazilian server method worked like a charm. Found a couple of tags through the clubs section, randomly added about 15 'new' friends and joined their games. Still took a while to unlock, had to bounce between a few lobbies but finally unlocked on the 95th win, overall a couple of hours playing on these servers. Laggy as hell!!

Just got this achievement after 4-5 days of playing online constantly , i was playing a mix of Brazil and normal but i did get the achievement on a Brazilian server , but I'm not convinced that's what gave me the achievement, i also lost and got it like a lot of other people have said. But what happened is i joined in halfway but the game didn't even finish it run out of time before the score limit could be reached and also it said loss prevented (only time I've ever seen this and joined multiple games in progress) because i joined in progress and then pop it went that is what i feel forced it to pop, in my eyes anyway or just majorly convenient to see that loss prevention message and it then pop i don't know lol hope this can help some of you in some way

Bitching does work I got the achievement today on brizilian servers. Bitch like never before in a comment. I joined a lobby late of team death match it wa a half over we got killed and the achievement poppped. From what I read it pops best when joined a lobby mid game. Also I was using a sniper and I noticed a lag in the game when I shot try that. Good luck to all keep grinding you will get it sooner or later. I also played about 20 games GG

Well fuck this game god knows how long I've been trying to get this peace of shit to unlock I've been in more than 70 games in the Brazilian servers and still not got it so I give up with this one as I'm confused as if I go to my profile on the xbox it says 100% but its saying 87 out of 88 and if I look on the xbox.com it's not saying 100% untill they release a update that says 110% that if you win or play your next 5 games and the achievement unlocks infinity ward than suck eggs what a shit peace of a game it's it really that hard to get the team that still works on the updates to fix something as easy as player win 5 games = dominion achievement give a brake lazy as fuck just like the whole game garbage 😠

So really joining Brazil servers didn’t work for me for a long time even when I had a laggy game(which was very rare). But eventually it unlocked on a laggy Brazil game on the first match I had joined of that lobby on a loss. So you just have to get lucky in joining the right Brazilian server unfortunately.
And this week I decided to play more consistently taking AypL v2’s advice. I played maybe 4 out of the 7 days this week where I just played 1 or 2 matches for 2 of the days. So not sure if that contributed to me unlocking it but it’s worth mentioning as again I used to only play a bunch one day and then not come back for 1+ months. Also Cmt iLLUSiiON was who I joined when I got the achievement.

There's just been a game update (19/07/18) for less than 1gb and the achievement has just unlocked for me after jumping into a game mid-way (probably not relevant) and losing. Maybe they've finally patched the achievement.

Doesn't mention anything about fixing the achievement but it can't be a coincidence that the first game I play it unlocked, after weeks of playing and earning 150+ wins across several different game modes.

Read about the issues with this achievement so it was the first thing i went for after starting the game.
Got 5 Wins, nothing. 6 Wins nothing. -> Ok definitely bugged.
Setup the VPN on my PC, connected my Xbox, searched for a game for ages (was around noon in Brazil and not many people were playing) and it popped after the first match I played from the brazilian matchmaking.
Joining people I played with previously didnt work, even with the VPN, it hat to be a game found through the matchmaking with VPN.
So this is definitely the way to get this achievement.

OK, um... nevermind? Just got the achievement less than an hour after my above post. GLITCHY achievement... I got it after I won another random match, it popped at the winner's circle screen after having gotten 29 wins... here's some info if it helps anyone:
- To my knowledge I was not on any brazilian or foreign server- I just kept playing regular infections games like normal (I had also played TDM, Domination, Free For All, and Gun Game matches and I believe those are the only types I played due to low player counts in other playlists).
- The game was not noticeably laggy at all. Just like any other game.
- I had cleared my Xbox cache about an hour before I got it, but had played 3-5 more games after having cleared it... I don't think this had anything to do with it.
- No VPN or anything running on my Xbox- again, just played as normal.
- I was never in the Winner's Circle/top 3 players (I was basically idling in the games)

In short... and I know you'll hate this answer... it's just random. So, so random. So, so buggy. Just keep playing (I recommend infection- games go quick and you'll win most of them due to the nature of the playlist and people quitting out on the other team). I got it after 30ish matches... you'll get it sooner or later, I hope. Good luck.

After countless online matches in tdm, infected, and hardcore tdm, I finally unlocked this busted trophy.
Acquired it after a standard TDM match as the #1 MVP on my team.
I'm grateful I didn't save this for last.

I got this achievement today and it was buggy in my favour. I started Infinite Warfare today, played my first multiplayer match and lost. To my surprise at the end of that match this achievement popped, after one match and no wins (I was partly relieved that I got the achievement and partly relieved I’ll never play the game’s multiplayer mode ever again). Clearly this achievement is bugged, but it seems to favour us Australian gamers, even when we lose....
All I can say to those non-Australian gamers out there struggling with this is good luck, there’s nothing worse for an achievement hunter than these sort of things

Ok, just got it, nvm.
What I did to get it (don’t know if it’s related or not) :
-DL nordvpn on my phone
-subscribe 1 month (10€)
-did a connexion sharing of my iPhone 4G to the Xbox
- did something like 20 games with Brazil VPN on
==> nothing

Switched to Australian vpn server ==> nothing
Switched to Hong Kong vpn server ==> 1 game (lost), bingo.

I then invited a friend to get it, he got it also.
I switched of account with my vpn off in the SAME game and the achievement didn’t pop.

The game was not laggy at all, just a normal game.

Will try it another day with the VPN on and see what it does.

Still not popping for me. Been playing the game since November '16.

178 wins on my combat record. All game modes played, wins and losses on all of them. Come within the Winners Circle many times. I've prestiged once, I've prestiged a weapon before.

Tried a 5 win streak but nothing. Tried 1 win for 5 consecutive days but nothing. Tried clearing XB1 cache, tried deleting my profile, tried deleted saved game data, tried uninstalling and reinstalling game.

Nothing seems to work. 178 wins and I'll keep going until it pops.

I have 18 infection wins since the update and the achievement still hasn't unlocked for me. I have the other 49 achievements already so I don't want to wait for another patch. Downvoted because following the solution doesn't guarantee unlocking the achievement. Telling people to "Just play until it unlocks" doesn't count as a solution.

Just unlocked the achievement, here's how I did it so hopefully that can help others.

For reference I only just started the game yesterday so as of 14 April 2017 the achievement is still glitched even for new players.

These may not be necessary but these are the things I did before hand:

• Over 5 wins (I had 15 wins)
• At least 1 win in 5 different modes
• In Winners Circle at least 5 times
• Achieved a 5 Win Streak at least once

The achievement unlocked for me after following these steps:

1. Deleting my profile
2. Clearing Cache
3. Downloading Profile
4. Played 1 game of Infected and won (as MVP)


Achievement unlocked but didn't pop up (could be because I also got a message as the game ended).

I should probably also note that just before following these steps, I cleared my Cache without deleting my profile, lost 1 game of Gun Game and the achievement did not unlock.

Can confirm that it's still bugged as of June 9, 2017. Have dozens of wins; tried the delete profile and clear cache method. Also tried to get it in hardcore tdm as many suggested, and that didn't work. Oh well, this seems to be the most high profile bugged achievement for the console generation. Unfortunately, Infinity Ward has no intentions of fixing it.

Press and hold the power button on the front of the console until it powers down completely.
Unplug the power cable from the back of the console so that the power brick in not connected to the console.
Press the power button on the console three or four times. This will ensure that any remaining power in the battery is drained, clearing the cache on the console.
Plug in the power cable back into the console.
Wait for the light on the power brick to change from white to orange.
Turn on the console using the power button.

These steps should guarantee deleting your Xbox Ones cache.

People should have a better solution then just clear cache. I've done all that and played all game modes and still nothing. Won numerous of matches on most game modes. When is it going to pop for me

Finally got mine last night. Just played a zombie game and died, thought I'd play a few games of MP for the dominion achievement. PLayed 2 games of infected (won both obviously) then decided to change game mode to core TDM. Came MVP overall and my team won and it popped. Seems like it could depend on certain matches where some matches count but then others don't cause i would of been on 2 wins or 4 wins according to the call of duty infinite servers with my MP profile. I finished with 148 wins on record and 127 wins when going on challenges > operations > victories overall. But seems very random.

Still a "known issue" (this page has been like this since december 2016)

However, this wednesday (november 15th, 2017) activision support posted that they are "currently investigating" this achievement so who knows. Not very optimistic at all however as every time i get my hopes hope they just crush without any sympathy...

Wow! Complaining and/or the Brazilian method worked. As someone commented earlier, people seemed to be unlocking it shortly after complaining in a comment and it was the one thing I didn't try until yesterday. I played about 3 games on Brazilian servers today and joined mid game off of a random recent player in Brazil that ended in a 74 to 74 draw and it unlocked during the final kill cam.

I noticed that the lobbies against Brazil players usually seem to have an endless message saying "connecting to matchmaking service..." instead of seeing the match countdown. If this game does have dedicated regional servers that are causing the problem with unlocking this achievement, then maybe that message indicates I wasn't connected to a server and that I was playing on a local host in Brazil. Maybe this achievement is not quite broken when locally hosted or you at least need to be playing on a regional server where it's not broken, such as Brazil.

The way I got it was I joined 1 of my "brazilian friends" called UzielUrias - for a multiple times it kept saying cant connect.. cant connect.. cant connect.. untill finally it did connect, and Uziel wasnt actually in match or matchlobby, he was on mission select lobby. I guess he was having a short break or something.. so I waited for few moments, and then he started searching for team deathmatch and it automatically tagged me along cuz I was in his gameparty (not sure if he even noticed).
Funny enough, the match was very high ping/latecy for me.. cuz it took a while till my bullets hit where I was shooting..
We joined mid-match to losing situation, and ended up winning, and achievement popped at winners circle.
Luck 4 the win, I guess.

I told Mickymuse to join me too, and he joined the same lobby but he didnt get the achievement.
If I got the achie on 1st match, it was 3rd match that micky joined. Maybe it had nothing to do with the situation or just too many players changed, cant tell.
Micky also joined at the start of the match, not mid.

Ou, and I only had matches on Infected and Team Deathmatch gametypes. Didnt touch others.
And I was also just winning 1 game on infected (1st on circle), and 1 win on joining brazilians (winning team) like per day or couple days.
I also cleared my cache like 2 times and deleted my profile like 2 times, but that was week ago. And there was abouts 8 wins between that and achie.

I read all 340+ posts on here and I tried this:
This morning I deleted my save file and Game Update File
I played normally in different modes for probably 6 hours
I got into a Team Deathmatch an hour ago with 2 "Mexican" named individuals and the lag was terrible. I was rubberbanding all over the place.
I remembered several commentators mentioning a very laggy game they had and at the end the achievement popped. I was also thinking at the time I hope I don't get disconnected and that If could simply finish the match to see if the achievement would pop.
Guess what.
IT DID! It's in the lag, guys. The lag.
My solution? Find the laggiest game you can. Somehow. Foreign players. Strict NAT on your router. Something. The Lag brings out the achievement.
The player I joined was named QuintinHustle. He was playing split screen with someone. Hustle and Hustle1.
Sorry I don't have any more concrete information.

^I've unlocked 98% of all Call of Duty achievements, from Call of Duty Classic to Infinite Warfare and this is the only achievement that has given me any problems. Call of Duty has done a great job on keeping their achievements attainable. As you can see this achievement is only partially unattainable as most players have no problem with getting it. That makes it difficult for the company to notice. If 0 gamers had this achievement this situation would be completely different. Onto the subject of bugs and glitches. This game may have bugs and glitches just like almost every game I've ever played but none prevented me from obtaining an achievement. If you can't have a good server during an Easter Egg try finding better partners, maybe ones who live in your region or doing them solo. Most players are more concerned with how the multiplayer works and not on if a small percentage can unlock one achievement.

You can look in clubs: go to guide, scroll left to friends, down to join a club, explore all clubs, find a club, infinite warfare. Scroll down till you see the club with "Brasil" or another with Maniacos in the name. Scroll through till you find someone online playing infinite warfare. Once you join a game, friend everyone in every lobby to ensure you always have a way back in. Joining off recent players works too but your friends list can hold more people. They are active in the early morning to afternoon for people in the U.S. time zones. Be careful, if you join an empty lobby (fewer than say 5?) it may start pulling people in from America. Check profile bios for Brasil, or check their captures to see if their UI text in games is in Spanish.

i would highly recommend to anyone still that has not unlocked this achievement to not grind it out. i have been following this solution thread for about 4 or 5 months now and i strongly believe that the achievement is backed up in the way it awards players with the achievement. if you have played numerous games and you do not have the achievement i do not believe that grinding out games will not increase your chances of unlocking the achievement. i believe the reason that playing on brazilian servers works better than playing on NA or EU servers is because there is a much smaller playerbase so the queue for unlocking the achievement is also much lower. this is all my own speculation but many people that reported how they unlocked this achievement stated that they got the achievement a few days after playing on the brazilian servers, after playing one game after not playing for a while, or after their first game of the day. All 3 of these reports can be connected by the fact that there was a time period in which they waited for the server to catch up to them. I believe that the parameters of this achievement are dependent on some sort of list that eventually gives people the achievement. I believe that very few if any people unlocked this achievement immediately after playing 5 games on the brazilian servers. I can not promise anyone that this is the way it works but i believe there is truth in what i am saying.

TLDR: i think the achievement is backed up in the infinity ward servers so i would recommend only playing 2-3 games every week or 2 and it should eventually unlock without as much time commitment

So I finally got this achievement today after months of on and off trying, combining all advice together to to hope to get this achievement and finally got it at 120 wins and level 40.

So a lot of luck came to me today. I haven’t really been able to use the lag method because I live in the city and my internet is too hard to lag even with Brazilians. There was a massive thunderstorm today that effected my internet so this was a huge break and a lot of my Brazilian friends I’ve added over the few moths were on so I decided to give it a shot.

Few matches in and nothing, I decided to do a cache reset, and while I’ve done it before on my S, this is the first time I’ve really given it a go on my new X and I decided to take someone’s advice and let it sit unplugged for about 10 minutes. Also my internet was still being a pain and was only being a little bit spotty, so when I got back I decided to stream the game to my surface, download files, watch vids etc, anything to lag me out. I played another match, joined one of my Brazilian friends but it was a mix of Brazilian and other regions, I didn’t get the countdown timer, but just the “connecting to matchmaking service message” so also good, but I only got about 3 MS of lag with occasional drops and lag. Got another win, but wasn’t enough and was left hopeless again.

I decided to give it one more go for the day, as another Brazilian just got on, and I was able to get in his lobby while he was searching before anyone else was able to (also a first). The lobby merged with another mix, some players from the last lobby, and some new, we got paired with all the elite high ranked players though, and didn’t get the countdown message displayed, so everything good here. I didn’t have extremely bad lag again, but players on the other team did,and overall the match was decently laggy for everyone, but they were getting destroyed by our team. Some people got frustrated and left, and had to do a host migration (really shaking the servers out with everything I can) and eventually all the players left, we had a team forfeit timer come up, and we won the game by forfeit. I also believe that was a first for me as well, and was a little bit laggy at the end of the match, I got the achievement pop actually in the lobby menu after this, but that could have been due to lag.

Finally and clearly all the stars had aligned for me today, and I was able to nab this achievement. I played the game since day one, so I thought maybe the achievement was glitched for my end and that I wa screwed. You will eventually unlock it, just keep playing. I took the advice of many and just kept playing through it even when I thought there was no hope. Thanks for all the help and suggestions everyone (I will list some of the more helpful contributors later, have to gather all information)

Edit: Finally managed to get this absolute pain of an achievement. Wasn't able to find any help so I looked into the VPN method but I couldn't set it up myself because I lacked an ethernet port on my laptop, which I didn't realize was needed until the final step (of course). Apparently, there is a way to set the VPN up wirelessly but I wasn't able to figure it out. Thankfully, my brother let me use his laptop for it and I used Nord VPN.

So the servers for Brazil seem completely dead now or at least very dodgy with what it was actually letting me join. For instance, I would end up in a lobby with only 2 or 3 people who would shortly back out after seeing nobody else was joining. A short time later, I would view them on Recent Players and join the game they had managed to find which was vastly populated. This however, failed to get me the achievement despite the game being very laggy and I tried many times with different people in Brazil. I also tried other servers too but wasn't able to find any games on them so I went back to Brazil.

I then saw comments posted by people above and also on the other solutions stating that, the way to get the achievement is, you have to find a match yourself while using the VPN, you cannot join one any other way, you have to wait for it to find one for you. This is 100% correct and it's what finally got me the achievement. I waited a long time and eventually it threw me into a lobby with many people. At the end of the game (Team Deathmatch), we lost and the achievement unlocked. Big thanks to every one who figured this out!

In short, use a VPN to connect to Brazil servers. Search for a match (Team Deathmatch seems the only active one), patiently wait almost forever for it to find one and then complete it. During searching for a match, if you get to a point where the game says 'Looking' instead of 'Searching', I'll recommend backing out and restarting the search as this means it's put you in your own lobby alone. Obviously, do this with the time zone difference in mind too. Good luck!

How do you know you’re on the Brazilian p2p servers.

Ok, so as I use vpns anyway I decided to try this.

If I bridge the connection from laptop to Xbox, it connects to the internet no problem. As soon as I run the vpn it either won’t connect or disconnect.

Any ideas as to why?

You don't bridge the connections. You just need to right click proprieties on the VPN virtual adapter and click sharing and then "share this connection". And select from the drop-down list your ethernet adapter.
You can check your location after you connect at whatismyip.com or iplocation.com search Google.

Couldn’t get the vpn to share via cable, so did it wirelessly.

I’m glad you got it. Probably you were trying at a bad timeframe regarding Brasilia, when no people were playing. You must try when in Brazil it’s around 7-11 pm to get a full lobby.

I have NordVPN all set up and ready to go, xbox connects fine to Brazil servers, but as soon as I try to connect to multiplayer, the game errors and says "unable to access online services". I think the connection is so poor when connecting to Brazil that the COD servers don't connect at all.

Just Close the game and restart it after you connect thru VPN. I hâd that Isuse Before. You must restart the game. You could also try another VPN service.
Just keep trying.

BTW, I don’t know how this solution manage to get 1 negative vote, just because people don’t really know how to set up a VPN connection it doesn’t mean that the solution is not working. Haters I think.

I figured out how to accomplish the vpn with little research and these suggestions and it worked flawlessly first game and try. This definitely works! Only played 8 games, then got NORD 3 day free trial, connected to Brazil VPN, shared this connection in network settings, restarted xbox and fired up game. Lost and popped.

i was strugling with finding any players on the brazil servers. so i connected to US (from central europe), ended up with a strict nat, and a really laggy game. Achievement popped in the first game.

+1 for VPN solution. Had a kind soul search for me using the NordVPN, so you can join others that have this VPN set up to search. First game pop, after having played at least 60 games in Brazilian servers with no luck. Not quite sure why the VPN method works, but it does. What a mess of an achievement.

So I have an issue, if anyone could help - that would be awesome. I've managed to connect fine on the NordVPN with my xbox, yet it isn't unlocking for me. (used the ip location website to make sure I was in Brazil) I've played A handful of games connected to it, both wins and losses. I have a total of 17 wins and still nothing. Anyone encounter this issue?

I'm stunned to say this actually worked! I ended up going with WiFi to unlock mine. Any chance you could be clearer about setting up the VPN? It took me ages to work out how to change the adapter settings to allow this set up and then to work out which network adapter was sharing with which.

VPN method still seems to be working. I tried it today using ExpressVPN from my PC to my Xbox (using a massive ethernet cable since they're in different rooms). There were no games on the Brazilian or Japanese servers so I went to the Australian servers. Took a little while to get enough people in the lobby, but right after my first game it popped. Glad to be done with this game.

Took several tries before the game would connect to the EA servers. Tried Brazilian, Australian and even US servers. The game would finally accept the internet connection once I used US servers. But after a win the achievement didn't unlock. So, I tried Australia again and the game finally allowed me to join matchmaking. Achievement unlocked right after the first win.

...now to cancel my NordVPN trial....

After trying to join Brazilian servers through spamming Brazilian friend requests and clubs ( 29 wins), thought i would try the VPN method.
Struggled a little at first setting it up and connecting due to me not knowing what i was doing but once i did connect i got it on my first game.

Definitely worth a shot. All you need is an Ethernet cable, laptop and free trial NordVPN...job done!

Read about the issues with this achievement so it was the first thing i went for after starting the game.
Got 5 Wins, nothing. 6 Wins nothing. -> Ok definitely bugged.
Setup the VPN on my PC, connected my Xbox, searched for a game for ages (was around noon in Brazil and not many people were playing) and it popped after the first match I played from the brazilian matchmaking.
Joining people I played with previously didnt work, even with the VPN, it hat to be a game found through the matchmaking with VPN.
So this is definitely the way to get this achievement.

to be honest, I didn't want to go through the trouble of installing new software, create an account, connect cables, etc.

but you know what, it paid off.

I had to quit and restart the game a couple of times for it to find games but eventually I joined a standard TDM and as soon as the game was over (we lost) the achievement popped.

I'm glad I went trough the trouble now.

I tried this solution but using Mac OS and it did not work (which I think was a problem of Mac OS). I used the option in settings called "sharing" but MAC OS won't let me passthrough the IP of NordVPN. If any Mac user has a solution, let me know!

GOT IT. Don't give up. What I did was, I got the update. Then played 3-4 matches...The achievement did not pop. Went back to dashboard, quit the game. Went back in. Tried one more infected. The achievement popped! Not sure I did 5 in a row then it suddenly popped.

I just got the achievement after completing 5 games of infected... Didn't pop, played a couple of domination and team deathmatch games and then it popped on a team deathmatch I joined right at the end of the game... and we lost...

still nothing fuck this achievement played an extra 15 matches won 8 nothing. Can you be specific as to when the achievement pops? Do you have to be first place or just be in winners circle? or on winning side?

As of 12/17, I got the achievement as well, but it definitely seems like a random unlock, as it actually unlocked shortly after a LOSS, haha. In all, I had about 90 wins, overwhelming majority in TDM (I did try the Infected game mode to get it to unlock a while ago, with no luck). As far as the speculation that you needed to lead either your team and/or the lobby (both teams), I'm actually not sure I had 5 games where that was the case, though I definitely had more than 5 games in the Top 3 on my winning team.

Bottom line, even after the most recent patches on 12/17, it still seems totally random.
