Jackal weapons and upgrades are awarded automatically at the end of the following side missions:
- *Operation Phoenix
- Operation Safe Harbor
- Operation Pure Threat
- Operation Grave Robber
- Operation Sudden Death
With the exception of Operation Phoenix, these are all Jackal-only side missions.
The achievement should unlock upon completion of any one of these side missions.
