You can edit your solution:
The suit upgrades are 11, no 12. The armory upgrades changes their armory location. Video shows where are armories, but you can find different upgrades there, depends of this where you miss armory.

I'm not sure why you got the negative votes but you got a positive one from me.

Is there a way to see which missions you missed the armoury on? You say you can check upgrades via the armory, that just lists "v2" (for example, shock grenade v2), I'm more looking to see if there is a way to see what stages I'm missing... Or do you just have to replay and hope for the best?

Hey Maka. This is so confusing. I completed the campaign and I missed upgrades. Is there any way to know what upgrades I am missing?

I started watching he walkthrough. I just don't want to waste unessary time replaying missions I don't need.

They unlock randomly. I wouldn't pay attention to the URL link to gameranx as that had me looking for equipment in mission where the terminal were already unlocked.

Your best bet is to definitley get them during your initial playthrough. If you need to revisit like i did, follow "Maka's guide" omln recruit and speed through.

Burn Water Refinery was my last as it is relatively easy to miss. The first on D-Con is also very easy to miss.

Strangely enough, when i finish Operation Port Armor: Boarding Party for the revisit, i unlocked a piece of equipment which really i should have already unlocked on my first Veteran playthrough.

[3:41] - Operator Deep Execute
Near the beginning of mission in first armory around the 2nd door corner after you've knifed 4 enemies to get the suit. If you start following the person you're supposed to follow, you've gone too far. It's not at the end of the mission as mentioned by Maka.

"[3:41] - Operator Deep Execute
End of level Armory by Eraser"

Same as the guy above me said. this is NOT at the end. Its by the first officer you have to kill. I was leaving the ship and like WTF. I had to restart the mission. But not to hard or long.

No worries. To make the solution comments tidier, I'll remove my old comments but leave this one. I encourage you to remove those that are then missing some context. Good work!

This is not a solution, but a warning:

THE ACHIEVEMENT CAN GET GLITCHED and i know why and how to solve the problem.

The first thing I want to suggest is that you should collect all the upgrades as you progress through the campaign and be careful if you do the collectibles upgrades after you've beted the campaign.

So... I beat the campaign on Veteran and I did not take care of the upgrades, as i wanted to collect them after. I had follow the Maka's guide above, which is actually a very good guide (can not complain).
The problem that has arisen is partly my mistake and partly a bug in the game. -If you ask me, I can not agree with a 2016 game that does not save all 2 upgrades when you press "X" to collect a station and i can not agree with the game to not display your missing collections in the "Mission replay" list. OK... So in my game I collected 2 of the 8 upgrade stations and then resumed the missions to collect the rest.

There are some upgrade stations that offer you // 2 // upgrades(see the Black Flag upgrade station), and the rest will give you 1 upgrade. When a station offers you 2 upgrades, the stupid game system will display 2 pop-up windows for the upgrades that youll get >> one after the other << in the top left corner.
When I resumed the Black Flag mission, the upgrade station would have to give me two upgrades instantly (ATAD v1 and Foam Wall v1), ie two pop-up windows, one for ATAD and one for the Foam Wall. The game gives you a save for the ATAD and another save for the Foam Wall, as soon as the pop-up appear. There is the problem: If you quit the game believing that you get all the collectibles when the first pop-up window appears, you will only get the ATAD upgrade(1st) and not the Foam Wall upgrade too(wich is the 2nd.

Also, this is what i do(mission Black Flag): I quit to menus(as the Maka's guide says) and i didn't wait for the second upgrade window pop-up, because i was in hurry for the achievement, and the game has saved only the ATAD upgrade but not the Foam Wall too, because i didnt get the left top window, because i quit imediatly after pressing "X".

SOLUTION:
You can not get the second upgrade from the Black Flag station anymore(Foam Wall v1) if you do the quit like i do. (Stupid game system).
The only solution to get all the upgrades after this mistake is to delete your HDD and Cloud save file from the "Manage game" and then start a brand new game, but this time wait for all station upgrades pop-up windows, and you will be well. --For your safe go forward to the next cheekpoint for a complete save.
--If you start a new game on the Recruit and you will skip the cutscenes and make a quick run, you will reach your last mission with an upgrade station (Black Flag) in about 3 hours.

I've seen so many people complaining about this mistake and error and nobody got an answer. (Maybe they do the same: They quit the game at the first pop-up window in Black Flag mission.) I've been looking for for 2 hours on internet and nothing.

I hope someone will find the reason and the solution for this problem here. Also, I don't care of the negative votes that i will probably will get because it is just a warning. Hope you all do not get glitched and thank you!

This trophy is awarded for finding all equipment upgrades in the single player campaign. Equipment upgrades are found in armories in various terminals throughout the single player campaign and are acquired by interacting with the terminal that is normally at the back of the armory room.

There isn't any way to see what locations of upgrade terminals you have and haven't accessed other than going to the specific terminals themselves. Upgrades are randomized so while you can see how many upgrades you have total you can't actually see what locations you need to go for the remainder. Because of this it is recommended that you either search very thoroughly or view the guide if you don't want to miss any.

You can view the thread by Powerpyx Here:All Equipment Upgrade Locations (Fully Equipped Trophy) for a video/written walkthrough of all terminal locations along with more info.
