How to unlock the Quarter Muncher achievement in Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare - Definitive Guide
UPDATE: A recent update to the game has glitched something and made it so if you fail the Ghost and Skulls game the machine shuts off meaning you need to start a new game to try again. Therefore you have to successfully complete the game 1st try. This isn't such an issue for the other GnS as they are easier, but this one is very difficult to do first try 1-2 players so go in with either 3 or 4 players.
With support for this game thin its unlikely to expect it to be fixed but its not too bad with 3-4 players, and you can always practice by using a Skull Hacker card if you have one. (Because using Skull hacker doesnt shut off the machine upon failure)
Potential Workaround:
Requirements: SkullHacker Fortune card
Steps:
1) complete the first 5 skulls for the machine
2) use the skull hacker fortune card and attempt the game (do not win)
3) Exit and charge the MAD at the machine for skull 6 and play for the achievement. If you happen to lose the machine should continue to work. Just keep using a charged MAD shot for additional attempts like normal.

Skullhop is this maps "Ghost 'n Skulls" side easter egg game that rewards you with all the Infinite Warfare zombies perks upon completion.
I did this in a 2 player game and the game itself was very difficult. Its doable but is much easier with 3 or 4 players so keep that in mind.
As for the steps to get there it is not difficult but they are the most tedious of the ghost and skulls games in my opinion.

Skull 1: Shooting 5 Skulls
For this step you have to find and shoot 5 skull tokens around the map.
The locations are:
Inside the Shack next to Power Switch
-Underneath bus on the bridge (can be on either side)
-In a zombie barrier in the Studio with Elvira
-Behind a dumpster near the Power Station
-On the Mason's Sign outside the map in the Town
-Underneath a shelf in the Beachside Market
-Behind the Snack Shack in the bathroom right outside the map
A sniper is helpful (although not needed) to see the following:
-Behind the Change Chews machine near a dumpster
-On a giant rock to the left of the Radioactive Thing Monster
-On the top right room balcony of the Motel (looking from the bridge)
Skull 2:
Pick up the container full of green slime outside the Gas Station
, then place it down at the radiation puddle near the Ice Cream Parlor
. You must now stand next to the puddle for 5 minutes until it is done. After 5 minutes you'll hear an audio queue and you can now go and pick it back up.
Tip: i'd recommend getting Tough 'Nuff for this to be able to survive easily when putting the container in the slime and picking it up. Its possible to survive without it if you quickly jump in and out but is risky so make sure someone is close by to revive you if doing it this way.
Also if doing it solo you have to stay close but you can run the last zombie in a circle and be fine as long as you dont go far away.
Skull 3:
Place the container you now have in the Pool at the motel. The pool trap is repaired by grabbing the gasoline container from side of the Truck on the road from the motel to elviras studio. Now you must get exactly 16 kills within 1 use of the Pool Trap (No more and no less then 16). Once the trap ends and you got exactly 16 kills you will earn the 3rd skull.
I recommend having the others in the game if in coop not kill any zombies. Horde them up yourself right outside the motel on the main road. run into the motel and to the opposite corner of the pool. the zombies following will split with some going into the pool and some going around making it easier to count. always double check having 16 before going around to use the trap.
Skull 4:
Head over to the playground near the Ice Cream Parlor. You will see 4 symbols lying on the ground in front of swings.
What you need to do is interact with the symbols and you will see symbols on the movie projection screen above you. Of these 4 symbols on the ground you have to do different combinations to get different letters you need in the top row. You are spelling out the word you see on the front of the Ice Cream Parlor above the bench (Your word will change every game).
The bottom row is just the current combination of letters you're using to get the top row letter.
You essentially have to guess different combinations of the 4 letters on the ground you have to find the correct letters you need. You can also do this mathematically (explained in video guide below or by using the solver below)
Once you get the right letter in the top row you have to shoot it to lock it in.
Use this chart to know what #'s the letters are: (ignore the numbers unless solving manually with math)

Skull 5:
Go to the picnic table nearest to the Fuel Tank, there will be a Don't Blink note on the picnic table that you need to melee.
Grab another slime container and head to 1 of the 4 Wyler portraits around the map. Interact with them () and a bubble will spawn around you. In the bubble zombies will move super slow. Once the bubble is there you must place the slime container on the ground and melee it. Ghostly spirits will now circle you. You now need to shoot 7 ghosts before the bubble disappears to complete it. You must do this at all the Wyler portraits around the map.
Locations are as follows:
-In the office of the motel
I recommend putting down the container right at the bottom of the small set of steps on leading to the road and Elvira's studio. Otherwise i found the ghosts always going into walls unable to be shot.
-Behind the Gas Station
Anywhere here since its all outside
-In the backroom of the market with the safe
Hit the portrait the run and place the container in the main market store where all the shelves are. much easier then doing it in the back office.
-In the Ice Cream Parlor
Place the container anywhere outside
Skull 6:
Shoot the Skullhop machine with a fully charge shot from an Upgraded M.A.D.
Everyone Hit on the machine to then enter it.
NOTE: You have to repeat this step if you fail the actual Skullhop game.
The Game
To destroy Skulls, you need to stand on the same color of platform you see of the bar to the left and right of the skull wall. Falling off the platforms and shooting the wrong color cube at the skulls will result in a skull leaving the wall and escaping. You must be on the proper color platform of the color bar to hit the skull escaping. If 3 skulls escape you will lose. You get 3 strikes per skull wall. You must destroy 3 skull walls in order to win.
This is much easier with more people due to there being more people to get skulls. As long as people aren't missing jumps or hitting the wrong color by not noticing when it changes then you should be fine.
A technique that can be used is to quickly use before shooting to kind of "quickscope" as it feels like it has a sort of aim assist and also seems like it speeds up the time it takes your gun to grab the next cube.

Once you win you are rewarded with all the perks on the map and Trail Blazers permanently (unless you're in solo and you will lose Up 'N Atoms upon death). As well as unlimited Fate & Fortune deck refills and your achievement.

This is a mini easter egg for Attack of the Radioactive thing, very similar to previous ghost's and skulls easter eggs on past maps. Do not underestimate this though, it is quite difficult. It can be done with any number of players, however, I strongly recommend you do this with as many people as you can. The final game at the end of this has a time limit to it, and the more people you have in the game, the quicker the time goes. However, it does not scale like you would expect, being 2 x faster for 2 people, 3 x faster for 3 people, etc. Because of this, the amount of time per player increases the more people you have, so that's why I suggest you do it with as many people you can. I tried this with 1 other person and we couldn't beat the final game after 20+ attempts, but with 4 people I got this 3rd or 4th try.
This entire easter egg basically requires you collect 6 skulls from around the map, some are much easier to obtain than others and they must be done in the right order. You can always check to make sure you have a skull by going to the skullhop machine, which is located in the diner just outside of spawn in the backroom.
What is nice about this, is you really don't need much of anything to get through it, you do not need to kill a boss, or survive to a very high round, so perks and powerful weaponry are not really needed unless you want them.
I'm writing this guide assuming you know how to turn on the power and the general layout of the map.
Skull 1: Shooting skulls
This first skull is decently easy to obtain, there are 5 skull icons hidden around the map which you must shoot. Some are a very long distance away, so it may be worth buying a sniper for the scope, but is not required. There are a large number of potential locations, and the 5 skulls change places every game. The locations are:
-Near the power, if you climb up those stairs to your left as you enter this general area, go to the right side of the raised area, and look behind a large trash bin to find this skull.
-By where you actually turn on power, look through the barrier into the shack, on the left side, beside a couch.
-In the market, prone to look under one of the shelves (one of the middle shelves).
-By the gas station, when facing the gas station, look outside the map to your right, you will see a large sign that says "Mason's", Resting on the corner between the vertical and horizontal parts of this sign is the skull.
-Beside the charged chews machine (by the gas station), look to your right when facing the machine, right beside a large trashcan outside the map, this one is very difficult to see.
-Underneath the large buss on the bridge, beside one of the tires, this can spawn in 2 spots under the buss.
-While on the bridge, look towards the motel, there is a section overlooking the beach, the top right room will have the skull on its balcony.
-In El Vira's studio, look through a barrier near the back, on the ground right in front of you and a bit to the left.
-From the beach, look at the giant cliff to the left of the radioactive thing, trace this cliff going left to right until you reach a small drop, at the bottom of this drop in the corner of the rock is the skull (this one is very hard to see without a sniper).
-Near Quickies look through the chain link face to your left and at the bathroom outside the map. Right near the entrance to the left bathroom on the floor is the skull.
I believe these are all the possible locations, if I missed one please let me know. There is a distinct sound when you shoot a skull and it will disappear. When all 5 are shot another distinct sound plays, telling you that the first skull is unlocked. (Try and be able to recognize these sounds, they are useful to know if you completed a step successfully).
Skull 2: Green slime
This one is quite easy. Right in front of the garage for the gas station is a yellow looking device with green slime, grab this with and head to area between power and the diner (where the skullhop machine is). You will see a pool of green radioactive waste outside the map, standing near this quickly kills you. On the right side of this area is a small green pool with a very similar looking yellow device in it. You need to quickly run into the area, hold on the pool to the left of this device (which places the device you just picked up). Because you take damage doing this, it is basically impossible to survive without jug, which you obviously would need solo. However, I suggest the guy placing the device not have any perks, run in to place the device and down, then have a team mate standing by to revive them.
After the device is placed, the person who placed it must stand near the area (not in the damaging area) for 5 minutes in real time (I suggest you start a timer on your phone or something). They don't have to do anything, just stand there. After 5 minutes, they can jump back into the deadly area to retrieve the device, giving you the second skull (again have someone there ready to revive them.
Skull 3: 16 zombies
This one is quite frustrating and is made much easier with more people. First, grab the gasoline container beside the truck on the road from El Vira's to the motel, use this on the generators near the pool to repair them. Activating these generators will electrocute the pool and kill any zombies inside (you can go into the pool as well and not take any damage).
Place that device from the green slime in the center of the pool first. Now you must simply get exactly 16 kills with a single use of this pool trap, no more, no less. This is quite difficult to set up. The issue is, it is very difficult to tell how many zombies are in a train, counting 16 is almost impossible. The solution is having multiple people hold groups of zombies so they are easier to count.
What I did (using 3 people) was as follows. Have 2 guys training up zombies close to the pool, have a 3rd guy on the other side of the map doing the same. There is a spawn cap for zombies, so if you're at the spawn cap no more will spawn in, unless some are killed, this is a problem because if you start electrocuting zombies thinking you have brought 16, and more spawn in, you'll fail. The two guys by the pool need to both get 8 zombies each. Killing any extras. When they both have 8, the third guy training zombies needs to start killing his zombies one at a time, and everyone needs to pay attention to see if a new zombie spawns near them. If one spawns into the group of 8, kill it and do the same thing. A new zombie spawns as soon as you kill one (assuming the spawn cap is reached), so pay attention to see if it spawns with you. The 3rd guy needs to just keep killing zombies one at a time until they stop spawning. Once this happens, have the other guys recheck their zombies to make sure they both have 8, if they do both need to converge on the pool, hit the switch and stand in the pool so all zombies go into it. The third guy needs to keep holding his zombies.
If you were successful, when the electricity stops you can pick up the device from the pool, and you will hear that familiar "skull awarded sound" (also check to see if you have 3 skulls on the machine if you're not sure). If you killed more or less than 16, nothing happens and you need to try again (the pool trap has a cool down mind you).
There are many ways to approach this, another way is have 4 players each hold 4 zombies at the end of a round, or 3 people hold 5,5, and 6. My way is good because it does not require you end the round, and the 3rd guy always has extra guys if the other 2 don't total 16.
Solo this is a nightmare, you need to somehow count 16 zombies and know they are the last 16 of a round. I cannot personally ratify this, but someone who I played with said the following calculator:

is useful for solo, because it tells you how many zombies there are on any round. This means you know to go the number of zombies on that round - 16, and the result is how many zombies you should kill before using the trap. We tried this calculator with more than 1 person and it didn't seem to be accurate, but it is apparently solo, because this would be a nightmare solo otherwise.
Skull 4: Spelling a word
This step is quite a pain the rear end, it take some serious deduction. There is apparently a way to mathematically figure this out, but I couldn't for the life of me figure out how to do that, so I'll explain what I did to figure it out, in a reasonably quick amount of time.
First things first, you need to know what word you are spelling, this is simple, it is written in small white writing on the ice cream parlor, front wall, beside a no smoking sign. Remember this word and exactly how to spell it. You may get lucky and get a short word with repeated letters, or unlucky and get a long word.
Across from the ice cream parlor is a children's park. This is where you will be spelling the word. If you look on the ground spanning across this whole area, there are 4 red symbols on the children play things. When facing the white wall, I'll number these symbols 1,2,3,4, going from left to right.
You can hold on any of these symbols to "input it". By inputting a symbol, you will see it appear on the bottom of the white screen, as well you will see it appear at the top left of the screen. If you then input another symbol (or the same symbol,) you will see this new symbol appear to the right of the lower symbol on the screen. The symbol in the top left will change. You can input 2 more symbols for a total of 4 symbols, each additional symbol will change the top left symbol. If you input a 5th symbol, it will reset and only this 1 symbol will appear. So what the heck is going on?
Each one of these symbols equates to a different letter, this never changes game to game, if you did the Shaolin shuffle easter egg you'll recognise these symbols, and know that they equal the same letters.
Now, obviously, each combination of symbols will yield a different letter appearing in the top left of the screen. Say for example you input symbol 1, then symbol 2, and the symbol in the top left turns into the symbol for "S". If you add another symbol, it will change to a different letter.
The combinations for each letter change every game!
Your goal is to figure out the combo that equates to whatever letter you need to write the word given to you. In order to input a letter, you must shoot the top left letter with a gun, and (if this is the needed letter) it will stick there, and the future symbols will appear to the right of this.
The first thing I suggest you do is go through the following combos:

And do the same things with symbol 2, 3 and 4. Ensure you write down the combos for every letter, even if it is not a symbol you need. There is a good chance some of the letters you need will appear during this. Once you have tried all these combos and written down the letters they correspond to, the stupid part begins. Say your word was ETHYL, and systematically you found the combos for the letters: E,H, and L. Which means you need to figure out the combinations for T and Y. Now, the strategy is to look at the other letters you have found, and their combinations. For "T", look at the closest other letter to "T", say for example it's "N", and the combo is 2,2,2. "T" is a little bit up from "N" on the alphabet, so try combos like 2,2,2,3 or 3,2,2,3, stuff like that, there's no real rhyme or reason to it, if the letter is further in the alphabet than the combo should contain slightly higher numbers. That's basically it. This may seem super sketchy, but it is actually not too bad. This whole step can be done in a decently short amount of time provided there is some strategy to how you pick your combination guesses.
There are far more than 26 combinations, so letters will have multiple combinations, making it easier. When you have figured out the necessary letters, do the required combination for each letter and shoot the top left symbol to input it. When the word is spelt you will be awarded the 4th skull.
Skull 5: Shooting shadow monsters
For this step, one person needs to grab the goo filled device from the pool. Someone also needs to go to the trailer park and by the propane tank trap is a picnic table with a note on it, grab this.
You need to bring the green pump to one of 4 pictures of Willard Wyler around the maps located:
-In the alley behind the gas station, leaning up against some trash.
-In the reception office by the pool.
-Back room of the market.
-In the diner, across from the cash register.
These pictures are fairly easy to see. To start this step, the guy holding the device must place is right beside the picture, hold on the picture, and then melee the device. Doing this will start a short sequence where a number of these weird black shadow creatures start buzzing around the person (there is also a green force field around the area). The shadows do not attack the person, but they move fast and are hard to hit. For a short time, these guys will keep spawning and the guy who started it must kill at least 7 of them. The easiest way to do this is with an upgraded pistol, because the splash damage is useful for hitting them while they move. Only the person who activated the sequence can damage the shadow bois. There is an obvious noise everytime you kill one, so count out 7 and maybe get a few more for good measure, then you can stop shooting to save ammo. If you were successful in killing enough there is an obvious sound (same as when you shoot a skull for the first skull). If you failed, you will need to go and grab the green goo device from the pool again, adn you can give it another go.
You need to do this a total of 4 times at each location. This step is decently easy with the upgraded pistol, once you finish the 4th sequence you will be awarded the 5th skull.
Skull 6: M.A.D
This skull is quite easy, you need to get an M.A.D from the mystery box. A fire sale fate and fortune card is helpful, but not required. It is not super rare, so you should get it in time. You now need to fully upgrade the M.A.D. You will need a crowbar to upgrade it. There are 3 panels around the map you must hit with the crowbar, revealing a part you can add to the M.A.D. Located:
-In the trailer park, just outside the washroom.
-Behind the gas station near the picture of Wyler
-Behind the TV studio, on the TV studio wall.
With a fully upgraded M.A.D, you can hold to spin the crank and charge it up. You must shoot the actual skullhop machine with the M.A.D, careful you do not kill the final zombie of the round with the splash damage. Doingthis gives you the 6th and final skull, that simple.
If you fail the skullhop, you need to shoot the machine again to try again with a charged shot. Each shot consumes 5 ammo, so you can give the machine a go 6 times before you need more ammo. Thankfully, if you do run out of ammo, you can refill it easily by finding one of the numerous circular green blob piles around the map, holding on these will refill your ammo. So you can really try this dozens of times before you actually need a max ammo.
Skull hop
Now if you've done a ghosts and skulls in the past the idea here is similar, though this one is much harder. To start, all players must hold on the skullhop machine at the same time. When you spawn in, you will be on a raised platform, below you are 8 platforms being either red, green, blue, or yellow. After a few seconds a series of skulls will appear in front of you, your goal is to destroy them all. You do this by aiming at one of the many white cubes floating above you, holding to attract it to you, and then releasing to shoot it forwards towards a skull. However, the challenge is you must be standing on the right colour platform in order to destroy a skull. If you look at the skulls, you will see two coloured bars on the right and left sides, these indicate the colour you must be standing on in order to destroy a skull. The cube you attract will change to the colour you are standing on when you throw it.
There are easily 50 odd skulls there and you have a limited amount of time to do it, because they slowly come closer to you and, if they get too close it is game over, and you need to shoot the machine again and start from scratch. This is not the only way to get game over though. You will see in the bottom right of the screen you have 3 lives. If you lose all 3 you will get a game over as well. To lose a life, you must either fall off the platforms while jumping between them, or hit a skull with the wrong colour cube (say it is red and you shoot a cube while standing on a yellow platform).
Now, if you fall off or hit a skull with the wrong colour, you can quickly react to revert the damages. A skull will turn red and start approaching the players, if you manage to quickly hit it with the correct colour cube before it reaches the wall behind you, you will not lose a life. That's why you should immediately tell your team mates if you get a red skull, because they may be in a position to hit it.
It is important you pay close attention to the bars on the sides, the colour changes every few seconds, and the current bars start flashing when they are about to change. When you see the bars flashing stop shooting immediately, and let your teammates know.
Now if you do manage to take out every skull before the time runs out or you get 3 strikes, you will move onto round 2, where the shape the skulls form is a little different, but its the exact same thing (your lives are reset every round, as well as the timer). Completing this round brings you to round 3, which is again identical except for the shape the skulls make. If you fail during rounds 2 or 3, you will need to start over from round 1 again unfortunately.
If you manage to take out every skull in round 3, you will win and get the achievement plus every perk.
It takes quite a bit of practice to get the aiming down, you need to arc your shots a bit. Just keep at it and you will get it eventually.
One other tip, if there is only 1 skull left, and you have lost 0, or 1 life, and the skull is very close to you, a player can just jump off a platform to give it to you for free, because your lives reset after the round ends.
This is a very tough easter egg and you will likely get frustrated. I highly suggest you avoid doing this with less than 3 or 4 people, because it is much easier otherwise.

This entire easter egg basically requires you collect 6 skulls from around the map, some are much easier to obtain than others and they must be done in the right order. You can always check to make sure you have a skull by going to the skullhop machine, which is located in the diner just outside of spawn in the backroom.
What is nice about this, is you really don't need much of anything to get through it, you do not need to kill a boss, or survive to a very high round, so perks and powerful weaponry are not really needed unless you want them.
I'm writing this guide assuming you know how to turn on the power and the general layout of the map.
Skull 1: Shooting skulls
This first skull is decently easy to obtain, there are 5 skull icons hidden around the map which you must shoot. Some are a very long distance away, so it may be worth buying a sniper for the scope, but is not required. There are a large number of potential locations, and the 5 skulls change places every game. The locations are:
-Near the power, if you climb up those stairs to your left as you enter this general area, go to the right side of the raised area, and look behind a large trash bin to find this skull.
-By where you actually turn on power, look through the barrier into the shack, on the left side, beside a couch.
-In the market, prone to look under one of the shelves (one of the middle shelves).
-By the gas station, when facing the gas station, look outside the map to your right, you will see a large sign that says "Mason's", Resting on the corner between the vertical and horizontal parts of this sign is the skull.
-Beside the charged chews machine (by the gas station), look to your right when facing the machine, right beside a large trashcan outside the map, this one is very difficult to see.
-Underneath the large buss on the bridge, beside one of the tires, this can spawn in 2 spots under the buss.
-While on the bridge, look towards the motel, there is a section overlooking the beach, the top right room will have the skull on its balcony.
-In El Vira's studio, look through a barrier near the back, on the ground right in front of you and a bit to the left.
-From the beach, look at the giant cliff to the left of the radioactive thing, trace this cliff going left to right until you reach a small drop, at the bottom of this drop in the corner of the rock is the skull (this one is very hard to see without a sniper).
-Near Quickies look through the chain link face to your left and at the bathroom outside the map. Right near the entrance to the left bathroom on the floor is the skull.
I believe these are all the possible locations, if I missed one please let me know. There is a distinct sound when you shoot a skull and it will disappear. When all 5 are shot another distinct sound plays, telling you that the first skull is unlocked. (Try and be able to recognize these sounds, they are useful to know if you completed a step successfully).
Skull 2: Green slime
This one is quite easy. Right in front of the garage for the gas station is a yellow looking device with green slime, grab this with and head to area between power and the diner (where the skullhop machine is). You will see a pool of green radioactive waste outside the map, standing near this quickly kills you. On the right side of this area is a small green pool with a very similar looking yellow device in it. You need to quickly run into the area, hold on the pool to the left of this device (which places the device you just picked up). Because you take damage doing this, it is basically impossible to survive without jug, which you obviously would need solo. However, I suggest the guy placing the device not have any perks, run in to place the device and down, then have a team mate standing by to revive them.
After the device is placed, the person who placed it must stand near the area (not in the damaging area) for 5 minutes in real time (I suggest you start a timer on your phone or something). They don't have to do anything, just stand there. After 5 minutes, they can jump back into the deadly area to retrieve the device, giving you the second skull (again have someone there ready to revive them.
Skull 3: 16 zombies
This one is quite frustrating and is made much easier with more people. First, grab the gasoline container beside the truck on the road from El Vira's to the motel, use this on the generators near the pool to repair them. Activating these generators will electrocute the pool and kill any zombies inside (you can go into the pool as well and not take any damage).
Place that device from the green slime in the center of the pool first. Now you must simply get exactly 16 kills with a single use of this pool trap, no more, no less. This is quite difficult to set up. The issue is, it is very difficult to tell how many zombies are in a train, counting 16 is almost impossible. The solution is having multiple people hold groups of zombies so they are easier to count.
What I did (using 3 people) was as follows. Have 2 guys training up zombies close to the pool, have a 3rd guy on the other side of the map doing the same. There is a spawn cap for zombies, so if you're at the spawn cap no more will spawn in, unless some are killed, this is a problem because if you start electrocuting zombies thinking you have brought 16, and more spawn in, you'll fail. The two guys by the pool need to both get 8 zombies each. Killing any extras. When they both have 8, the third guy training zombies needs to start killing his zombies one at a time, and everyone needs to pay attention to see if a new zombie spawns near them. If one spawns into the group of 8, kill it and do the same thing. A new zombie spawns as soon as you kill one (assuming the spawn cap is reached), so pay attention to see if it spawns with you. The 3rd guy needs to just keep killing zombies one at a time until they stop spawning. Once this happens, have the other guys recheck their zombies to make sure they both have 8, if they do both need to converge on the pool, hit the switch and stand in the pool so all zombies go into it. The third guy needs to keep holding his zombies.
If you were successful, when the electricity stops you can pick up the device from the pool, and you will hear that familiar "skull awarded sound" (also check to see if you have 3 skulls on the machine if you're not sure). If you killed more or less than 16, nothing happens and you need to try again (the pool trap has a cool down mind you).
There are many ways to approach this, another way is have 4 players each hold 4 zombies at the end of a round, or 3 people hold 5,5, and 6. My way is good because it does not require you end the round, and the 3rd guy always has extra guys if the other 2 don't total 16.
Solo this is a nightmare, you need to somehow count 16 zombies and know they are the last 16 of a round. I cannot personally ratify this, but someone who I played with said the following calculator:

is useful for solo, because it tells you how many zombies there are on any round. This means you know to go the number of zombies on that round - 16, and the result is how many zombies you should kill before using the trap. We tried this calculator with more than 1 person and it didn't seem to be accurate, but it is apparently solo, because this would be a nightmare solo otherwise.
Skull 4: Spelling a word
This step is quite a pain the rear end, it take some serious deduction. There is apparently a way to mathematically figure this out, but I couldn't for the life of me figure out how to do that, so I'll explain what I did to figure it out, in a reasonably quick amount of time.
First things first, you need to know what word you are spelling, this is simple, it is written in small white writing on the ice cream parlor, front wall, beside a no smoking sign. Remember this word and exactly how to spell it. You may get lucky and get a short word with repeated letters, or unlucky and get a long word.
Across from the ice cream parlor is a children's park. This is where you will be spelling the word. If you look on the ground spanning across this whole area, there are 4 red symbols on the children play things. When facing the white wall, I'll number these symbols 1,2,3,4, going from left to right.
You can hold on any of these symbols to "input it". By inputting a symbol, you will see it appear on the bottom of the white screen, as well you will see it appear at the top left of the screen. If you then input another symbol (or the same symbol,) you will see this new symbol appear to the right of the lower symbol on the screen. The symbol in the top left will change. You can input 2 more symbols for a total of 4 symbols, each additional symbol will change the top left symbol. If you input a 5th symbol, it will reset and only this 1 symbol will appear. So what the heck is going on?
Each one of these symbols equates to a different letter, this never changes game to game, if you did the Shaolin shuffle easter egg you'll recognise these symbols, and know that they equal the same letters.
Now, obviously, each combination of symbols will yield a different letter appearing in the top left of the screen. Say for example you input symbol 1, then symbol 2, and the symbol in the top left turns into the symbol for "S". If you add another symbol, it will change to a different letter.
The combinations for each letter change every game!
Your goal is to figure out the combo that equates to whatever letter you need to write the word given to you. In order to input a letter, you must shoot the top left letter with a gun, and (if this is the needed letter) it will stick there, and the future symbols will appear to the right of this.
The first thing I suggest you do is go through the following combos:

And do the same things with symbol 2, 3 and 4. Ensure you write down the combos for every letter, even if it is not a symbol you need. There is a good chance some of the letters you need will appear during this. Once you have tried all these combos and written down the letters they correspond to, the stupid part begins. Say your word was ETHYL, and systematically you found the combos for the letters: E,H, and L. Which means you need to figure out the combinations for T and Y. Now, the strategy is to look at the other letters you have found, and their combinations. For "T", look at the closest other letter to "T", say for example it's "N", and the combo is 2,2,2. "T" is a little bit up from "N" on the alphabet, so try combos like 2,2,2,3 or 3,2,2,3, stuff like that, there's no real rhyme or reason to it, if the letter is further in the alphabet than the combo should contain slightly higher numbers. That's basically it. This may seem super sketchy, but it is actually not too bad. This whole step can be done in a decently short amount of time provided there is some strategy to how you pick your combination guesses.
There are far more than 26 combinations, so letters will have multiple combinations, making it easier. When you have figured out the necessary letters, do the required combination for each letter and shoot the top left symbol to input it. When the word is spelt you will be awarded the 4th skull.
Skull 5: Shooting shadow monsters
For this step, one person needs to grab the goo filled device from the pool. Someone also needs to go to the trailer park and by the propane tank trap is a picnic table with a note on it, grab this.
You need to bring the green pump to one of 4 pictures of Willard Wyler around the maps located:
-In the alley behind the gas station, leaning up against some trash.
-In the reception office by the pool.
-Back room of the market.
-In the diner, across from the cash register.
These pictures are fairly easy to see. To start this step, the guy holding the device must place is right beside the picture, hold on the picture, and then melee the device. Doing this will start a short sequence where a number of these weird black shadow creatures start buzzing around the person (there is also a green force field around the area). The shadows do not attack the person, but they move fast and are hard to hit. For a short time, these guys will keep spawning and the guy who started it must kill at least 7 of them. The easiest way to do this is with an upgraded pistol, because the splash damage is useful for hitting them while they move. Only the person who activated the sequence can damage the shadow bois. There is an obvious noise everytime you kill one, so count out 7 and maybe get a few more for good measure, then you can stop shooting to save ammo. If you were successful in killing enough there is an obvious sound (same as when you shoot a skull for the first skull). If you failed, you will need to go and grab the green goo device from the pool again, adn you can give it another go.
You need to do this a total of 4 times at each location. This step is decently easy with the upgraded pistol, once you finish the 4th sequence you will be awarded the 5th skull.
Skull 6: M.A.D
This skull is quite easy, you need to get an M.A.D from the mystery box. A fire sale fate and fortune card is helpful, but not required. It is not super rare, so you should get it in time. You now need to fully upgrade the M.A.D. You will need a crowbar to upgrade it. There are 3 panels around the map you must hit with the crowbar, revealing a part you can add to the M.A.D. Located:
-In the trailer park, just outside the washroom.
-Behind the gas station near the picture of Wyler
-Behind the TV studio, on the TV studio wall.
With a fully upgraded M.A.D, you can hold to spin the crank and charge it up. You must shoot the actual skullhop machine with the M.A.D, careful you do not kill the final zombie of the round with the splash damage. Doingthis gives you the 6th and final skull, that simple.
If you fail the skullhop, you need to shoot the machine again to try again with a charged shot. Each shot consumes 5 ammo, so you can give the machine a go 6 times before you need more ammo. Thankfully, if you do run out of ammo, you can refill it easily by finding one of the numerous circular green blob piles around the map, holding on these will refill your ammo. So you can really try this dozens of times before you actually need a max ammo.
Skull hop
Now if you've done a ghosts and skulls in the past the idea here is similar, though this one is much harder. To start, all players must hold on the skullhop machine at the same time. When you spawn in, you will be on a raised platform, below you are 8 platforms being either red, green, blue, or yellow. After a few seconds a series of skulls will appear in front of you, your goal is to destroy them all. You do this by aiming at one of the many white cubes floating above you, holding to attract it to you, and then releasing to shoot it forwards towards a skull. However, the challenge is you must be standing on the right colour platform in order to destroy a skull. Skull hop machine glitches out and turns off every time we fail the first time. Your supposed to charge shot it with the mad again but all we have is a black screen. Anybody out here have any suggestions. We have done this around 5-6 times within the past few days and every time the machine loses power.

your mileage may vary, but a group I played with was able to avoid the glitch by doing the following:
1) complete the first 5 skulls for the machine
2) use the skull hacker fortune card and attempt the game (do not win)
3) Exit and charge the MAD at the machine for skull 6 and play for the achievement. Upon losing the machine should continue to work. Just keep using a charged shot for additional attempts.
We only tried this in one game, so there are no guarantees that this will continue to work.

In general, this is probably the most difficult part of all the DLS trophies (except for the 4DS Easter egg - if you don’t do it solo)
Perhaps it can be completed solo or together and in some other way. It didn't work out for us.
We ended up passing in the 3rd. It seemed to me that nothing had changed in relation to the passage together, except that we were now shooting at 3 bodies. There is enough time if everyone fails up to 20% of hits. You can stick a cross made of tape on the center of the sight on the screen - it will make it a little easier)

The trophy will take 3-4 hours, maybe more, the difficulty lies in step 4 (skull) where you need to collect a word from symbols on it, you can sit for a whole hour or even more if you don’t know what to do, I recommend remembering all the symbols that are needed and collecting them at random combinations and write them down so that when you have to enter the trace. symbol, you already knew it. Well, the skullcutter himself completed it solo in 40 minutes+ - the main thing is to try not to fall down as the skulls will fly and knocking them down is still a problem considering that there are only 3 more lives.
