This is Shaolin Shuffles version of "Sticker Collector" and "Scrapbooking."
You must simply collect all newspaper clippings to fill in all the blank spots in your inventory AND defeat the Rat King in a single game. Note: Building all the traps and having full Chi abilities are not required.
The 4 pack-a-punch clippings (a flyer, a token, a film reel, and the projector):
The Pink Cat flyer:
- In a pile of garbage to the left of the Dojo
- In a folding chair infront of Racing Stripes on the Heebie Geebies roof
- On a bar stool near the KBS Longbow on the Inferno Disco rooftop
- On the ground in front of the Pink Cat stripclub
Entry Token:
- Underneath the Tuff 'Nuff candy machine
Film reel:
- On a wooden crate in the huge tunnel leading to Tuff 'Nuff (big hole in the stripclub area)
- On a wooden crate in front of the lockers in the Bang Bangs subway
- In the far right Pink Cat entrance on chair
- In one of the drainage sewers in the Rat Kings lair
- On a brown couch across the catwalk in the second floor of the Disco
Video on all part locations
PaP Projector: This unlocks once you enter the projection room where the machine is located
The rest of the clippings are related to different steps of the Easter Egg and can't really be missed as you need them to get to the final fight. NOTE: This is a shorthanded guide written assuming you know the easter egg steps.
The locker key: This is dropped after following around the rat, throwing ninja stars at each cage he enters, and defeating the ninja zombies in the yellow circle.
Rat King Eyeball: This is dropped once you defeat the Rat King for the first time.
Nightmare Summer poster: After solving the phone morse code message, the correct poster can be picked up.
Rat King Brain: This is dropped once you defeat the Rat King for the second time.
Broken Turnstile piece: After the missing scene takes place, kill all the attacking zombies, grab the turnstile piece, and place it in the first subway.
Rat King Heart: This is dropped once you defeat the Rat Kind for the final time before the main boss fight.
Your achievement will unlock after you win your fight against the Rat King boss battle.

@Divine Fear, on this specific map if you kill the rat boss and then invite someone in they can pick up the key AND in turn also pop this cheevo. They'll not pop the turnstile one however.
As far as other maps I'm not too sure honestly. I've run this map plenty for others and I can say 100% they'll pop the two I mentioned above.

Gage, Molasar, and, DISCOKING
You will get this if you opened the Pack-A-Punch (see Sliced and Diced walkthrough for how to open Pack-A-Punch) and kill the Rat King in the final boss battle, see Step 4: Defeat the Rat King detailed in the Pest Control walkthrough.
Note: Some people have reported that the trophy may not pop if you are playing in Director’s Cut Mode. If this happens to you then I suggest trying it without anyone in your lobby enabling Director’s Cut.
