If you have Director's Cut, this is even easier.
You can get the Acid Rain bow from the Mystery Wheel. Those kills will count toward this achievement.

For this trophy, you will need to upgrade the Vlad crossbow to use any of the 4 associated power-ups. Once you have it powered it, you will just need 100 kills in a single game for this trophy. For all steps leading up to getting bows and upgrading them, see the Locksmith trophy.
