To unlock this achievement you need to complete all challenges found at the challenge stations scattered across the map, they are the posts that give you items such as the Rewind, Black Hole Grenade and the Armageddon etc:
Here is a list of what each challenge requires:

Rewind - 15 Melee Kills
Black Hole Grenade - 10 Multi Kills
Transponder - 25 Distance Kills
Repulsor - Re-Build 45 Window Boards/Barries
Armageddon - 25 Crawling Zombie Kills

Thanks to vG x Madness for saying that the Banshee shotgun can be used to create crawling zombies on waves 6/7 for the Armageddon challenge

The first one i would recommend doing is the Rewind challenge and the last one i recommend is the Armageddon but that is completely my own opinion.

Anyway as for the locations to these challenges the Rewind challenge is found if you look at the fire in the spawn building and go through the door to the right and go down the staircase (which the Banshee wallbuy is pointing to) it is found to your left at the bottom.

The Black Hole Grenade is found if you are stood outside the side of the mess hall where the totem pole is and looking at the staircase it is up that staircase and you will come to a door pay for the door and stick to the left and you will reach the cabin area you will notice the challenge board on the first cabin to the left.

Now if you continue your way forward you will come across another door if you pay for that one and head up and to the right the Transponder challenge will be on a post on your left in between the 2nd and 3rd cabin.

The Armageddon challenge can be found if you are in spawn and pay for the door opposite the Machete and go down and take a left the challenge post is next to the metal looking gate/railing.

Now if you are looking at the Armageddon challenge and pay for the door to your left head through this building and you will come to a balcony there is a drop down from this balcony to the beach area and if you drop down and turn around this is where the challenge post for the Repulsor can be found. Once you complete all 5 challenges you will unlock the Achievement.

Best way to make crawlers is shotgun to the legs after like round 5/6 banshee is the one I use and it is totally useful for the 2nd ritual too and to charge the trophies :)

You might want to add the animal names for each challenge, but it's not necessary.

Each Challenge Station has an animal on the board and also on the badge awarded after successfully completing each challenge.

I have listed the animals below for you:

Rewind - Bear
Black Hole Grenade - Wolf
Transponder - Owl
Repulsor - Stag
Armageddon - Eagle

Gage, Molasar, and, DISCOKING

Press the on your controller and you will see the 5 badges you need to complete i.e Bear, Wolf, Owl, Eagle and Deer which are the Challenge stations around the map. You walk up to them and hold to accept the challenge. If you accept another while one is not completed, it will override the challenge and start you with new one. These challenges are not really worth doing. As you complete each challenge, you get a badge to highlight. Once all 5 are done, the trophy will pop.

Eagle Station Challenge: Kill 25 Crawlers
From the starting cabin, take path to split and go left. There will be a station that you can accept the challenge so hold to accept it. This one is for Armageddon. I bought the Banshee shotgun near the "Tough Enuff" perk (It's on 2nd floor of starting cabin after you turn on power), shot the legs off the zombies then finished them off with a melee attack.

Deer Station Challenge: Board up 45 windows
This challenge is located at docks, near the Bait N Tackle shop, right next to the fire barrel. Just board up 45 boards on any combination of windows. Easily done if you have one zombie left and you can outrun them and get them to spawn at a window and lock them down and keep repairing it. Completing it give you a Repulsor.

Bear Station Challenge: Melee kill 15 zombies
Go into Mess Hall and out the back, past Blue Bolts. Before the waterfall will be the challenge station. You only need to melee kill 15 zombies. Using melee weapons from starting cabin is ok for trophy. This will give you a rewind.

Wolf Station Challenge: 10 Multi Kills
In Camp Wolf, you will find this challenge. You will need to get 10 Multi kills. Explosives work best. I cooked regular grenades and used bazooka (just happened to got it out of box before starting challenge). I can confirm that Yetis do count for multi-kills. Completing it give you a Blackhole.

Owl Station Challenge: Kill 25 zombies from a distance
Found in Camp Owl. This one is not as bad as it may sound. The Distance is only like 15ft! It's close enough that you can use a shotgun and get kills. Completing this will give you a transportation device.
