I don't understand your negative votes so I gave you a +1. These are the exact missions needed for the achievement. I would only add my preferred loadout:
GAMP Microlite - high damage, slow rate of fire.
50mm Pathfinder, again high damage slow rate of fire. Perfect for the large enemy ships.
Hull Strength, a must on Veteran.

Kind of self explanatory for this solution, all you have to do is complete all of the side missions in the game on any level to unlock this achievement (Veteran difficulty recommended if trying to achieve "The Longest Day" achievement). the following missions are...

Operation Phoenix
Operation D-Con
Operation Deep Execute
Operation Safe Harbor
Operation Pure Threat
Operation Grave Robber
Operation Sudden Death
Operation Trace Kill
are all side missions you have access to complete after any mission once back to map/board on the retribution. All you have to do is complete each mission on any difficulty, though i recommend you try veteran difficulty if your pushing for "The Longest Day" achievement.

Some are jackel only side missions and some are ship boarding missions, two different achievements, so this is wrong

Gage, Molasar, and, DISCOKING
This trophy is awarded for completing all five Jackal-Only side missions. Three of them are unlocked after finishing main mission Port Armor, and one more each is unlocked after finishing the main missions Operation Burn Water and Operation Dark Quarry.
