Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 (2009)

My advice for these is to just be patient, and to find a good co-op partner. Having a second person there, even if just to revive you if you get knocked down, is vital. I did this with a friend and 1-starring each level wasn't terribly difficult. The only one that gave us fits was High Explosive, but we realized that we just needed to run around more instead of staying in one place, especially when the Juggernauts were coming in threes.

I suggest that you knock this achievement out with Star 69. You NEED a co-op partner. Chizzle e4's guide is very good and it covers the best ways to accomplish each level, but I found a couple of videos that helped me very much.
