How to unlock the Angel Savior achievement in Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 Campaign Remastered - Definitive Guide

To get this achievement you'll need to progress through the first bit of the mission where you're sneaking past/killing the enemies. After this run past Captain Price and run down the hill straight away. You'll want to be down at the bottom of the hill before he starts talking about the Predator Missile.

Once at the bottom you'll want to go prone next to the dumpster and wait for Price.

He started talking about the UAV as I was about to jump off the hill and I worried I wasn't fast enough but it was just a delayed pop if anyone else starts worrying as well, hah.

I just ran and ran, way ahead of Price. Slid down the hill. Took about 10 seconds to pop after I got the bottom.

Ran to the bottom, turned back to video, got killed by dog that followed me down laugh, achievement popped, thanks!

my achievement is blocked. has anyone had this problem before? because I did what he asks but achievement does not unlock :(

The last guy who commented about his achievement being blocked is lying. He has all achievements for the game. Solution works fine.

Mission 12 Contingency
Difficulty: Recruit

At the end of the forest section, you will have to eliminate 3 enemies and two dogs. Then, run ahead of Price and head down the hill before he instructs you to use the predator drone. If timed correctly, the anti-air vehicle will be destroyed before your predator drone spawns in. Price will say something if your predator drone is destroyed. This can be a bit fidgety, so reload checkpoints as needed.

To get this Achievement you must not let your Predator drone get shot down in the level Contingency.

This is a very easy Achievement since after the forest dog patrols you must slide down a hill & they tell you to use the Predator.

Ignore this order & the drone stays alive earning you the Achievement.

ignoring it doesn't prevent it from being shot down. as long as you reach the bottom of the hill before price says anything about the drone, you should be fine

In Mission 12, 'Contingency', about half way through the mission, you are attacked by a BTR and must avoid patrols in the woods. Normally, there is a point where you would need to make your way up a snowy incline, and at the top of the hill, Capt. Price will instruct you to use your Predator drone, which will subsequently be destroyed by a mobile SAM. Do not do this.

To unlock this, when the coast is clear, as you are walking towards the bottom of the snowy incline (there will be a fence then some logs buried in the snow acting as steps), sprint past Capt. Price and at the top of the hill, slide down the other side and crouch behind the chain link fence. This will bypass Capt. Price from stopping at the top, thus him not instructing you to use your Predator drone. Wait there and eventually the achievement will unlock.
