How to unlock the Black Diamond achievement in Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 Campaign Remastered - Definitive Guide

There is an exploit that allows you to play the game on Recruit difficulty and still complete missions on Veteran.
Instructions:
- Mission select on recruit difficulty
- Play to the final checkpoint.
- Save and Quit.
- Mission select the same mission on Veteran
- Quit immediately upon loading
- Load the game and "Resume Game"
- You'll be at the last checkpoint, and on Veteran difficulty. Complete the mission.

This is the third mission of the game. Just sneak and follow Soap's instructions. After he's been compromised, you need to fight and stay in cover. Once you go down the hill, run to the shack and kill the enemies in cover. On the snowmobile, use a zig-zag pattern whenever possible to avoid the helicopter.
