You will probably get this by playing normally anyway, but I got this on team player the 2nd level, at the beginning you have to shoot enemies across the lake/river whatever you wanna call it and the you get told to switch to the grenade launcher by pressing left, and just shoot across chances are you will have this pop easily

Heya guys
i got this on the 2nd mission called team player
right near the start of the mission you will be given a gun that has the grenade launcher attached to it
simply press left on the d pad
spam a load of shots across the river and you should take out a bunch of enemies
if you dont then just reload the last checkpoint or restart mission
(i dont this on my veteran playthrough)

Mission 2 Team Player
Difficulty: Recruit
You will start this mission with an under-barrel grenade launcher and a bunch of enemies across the river. You should be able to easily get a triple kill on these enemies. Another large group will spawn on the bridge to your left for another easy multi-kill. Reload the checkpoint as needed.

To get this Achievement you must blow up 3 enemies with 1 shot from a grenade launcher.
This can be unlocked on the level Team Player.
The 1st way is to shoot with the M203 across the canal at targets.
The 2nd way is to shoot the enemies by the truck attacking the bridge layer on the bridge to your left.

You can unlock this as early as Mission 2, 'Team Player' or any mission where there are bunches of enemies and you are carrying a grenade launcher attachment.
At the beginning of the mission, when you are encountering resistance across the river, you will see groups of enemies running around. Switch you your M203 grenade launcher attachment and start shooting off grenades (you have 10 rounds). Aim a little high so the grenades travel farther, and with the number of enemies at that location, you should be able to unlock the achievement.
While you are defending, there will be a point where Sgt. Foley will call out enemies on the bridge to your left. If you react quickly, you will see a group of enemies at the edge of the bridge, so fire off a grenade or two.
After defending the bridge and reaching a checkpoint, the enemy will start to retreat. This will be another opportunity to get this achievement while the enemies are climbing the steps.
You can also unlock "Two Birds with One Stone" at this location.
