This one is pretty self explanatory, you just need to complete every mission in the singleplayer campaign part of the game. The trophy will pop after you finish the last mission on your first playthrough.

There are a total of 18 missions in the game. Complete them all and the achievement is yours. I personally played the game in my first play through on veteran and passed the game in a day. Just keep in mind that you can't kill civilians and that there aren't any infinite respawns. Take it slow and you will pass the missions.
