How to unlock the No Rest For the Wary achievement in Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 - Definitive Guide

An easy trophy, the best place I found to get this 100% of the time is during the special ops mode hidden. As soon as you start the mission there's a guy you have to kill and he has his back to you, simply walk slowly up behind him and stab him. Trophy will unlock shortly afterwards. There’s plenty of chances to get this though in the campaign and other spec ops missions so don’t worry too much about this. Here is a video from Nextgentactics on the level Evasion Mission:

The easiest place to get this is in the Cliffhanger mission in the campaign. When you are told to go plant the C4 by yourself, you will probably come across an enemy that is in a house sleeping. Just walk up behind him and knife him. The location of this enemy is in this video made by Mistical:

You can get it in a single company when you and Price are in the caves (you will have the choice to kill a person or move on, kill him and take the achievement)
